Acute undifferentiated leukemia (AUL) is a clinically rare subtype of acute leukemia (AL). AUL lacks the serial specific antigen expressions, and the blasts have no morphological features of myeloid differentiation. Due to the rarity of AUL in clinic, there is no unified understanding of clinical and biological characteristics. It′s difficult to diagnose and choose the optimal treatment for AUL patients. And the prognosis of patients with AUL is poorer compared with other types of AL. Thanks to the big development of biotechnology in recent years, the related researchers have a better understanding of this rare disease. This article reviews the progress of diagnosis and treatment in AUL.

Objective To explor the value of Tei index for evaluation the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Tei index in 60 patients with CHF(CHF group) and 30 normal controls(control group) were evaluated and compared with the levels of NT-ProBNP and the NYHA class,and the sensitivity and specificity of Tei index for CHF diagnosis were appraised.Results (1) Tei index in CHF group was significantly higher than that in control group.When Tei index was more than and equal to 0.45,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of Tei index for diagnosing CHF were 85.6％,90.4％,89.8％ and 78.0％.(2)There was a remarkable positive correlation between Tei and Log NT-ProBNP(r =0.84,P ＜ 0.01).(3)There were significant differences in Tei index among NYHA Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ class [(0.47 ± 0.06),(0.56 ± 0.08),(0.64 ±0.13)].Conclusion Tei index can be used to diagnose CHF and evaluate the degree of it.

Objective To develop a new quasi-zero stiffness isolator for the vibration isolation of the sick and wounded on the ambulance stretcher.Methods The isolator was designed and verified on the basis of the quasi-zero stiffness of slotted disk spring, vibration isolation design method with high static while low dynamic stiffness and co-laminated structure of the spring.Results The theoretical analyses and tests proved the force-displacement curves of the new quasi-zero stiffness isolator fit well. The frequency-weighted acceleration at the buttock and head under different speeds on the asphalt roads was less than 0.315 m/s2.Conclusion The new quasi-zero stiffness isolator developed behaves well in vibration isolation and comfortability for the ambulance stretcher sick and wounded.

ObjectiveIn order to compare the alteration of reelin-immunoreactive Cajal-Retzius cells (CR cells) in molecular layer of dentate gyrus of APPswe transgenic mice with wild type, the histochemical and developmental characteristics of CR cells were studied, therefore, the roles of CR cells in Alzheimer's disease would be revealed further.Methods The Thioflavine S staining, reelin immunofluorescence with or without reelin/glutamate and reelin/GABA immuno-double staining were carried out in the study. In the meantime, Western blotting was used to study the expression of reelin in hippocampi of the both wild type and transgenic mice. Results Reelin positive CR cells could be double-labeled with either glutamate or GABA immunostaining. Caspase-3 immunofluorescence demonstrated that some CR cells went through apoptosis during their development. Compared with wild type, CR cells in APPswe transgenic mice had significantly decreased in the molecular layer of the dentate gyrus. The result was supported with Western blotting analysis of reelin expression in hippocampus. Conclusion Reelin could be co-expressed with either glutamate or GABA, suggesting CR cells would be glutamatergic exciting neurons and GABAergic interneurons. The loss of CR cells during development probably was caused by the neuroapoptosis. Significant decrease of CR cells in hippocampus of APPswe transgenic mice indicated reelin may play an important role in AD pathological alterations.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of pulmonary carcinoma by bronchical arterial infusion (BAI) and bronchical arterial infusion with the addition of pulmonary arterial infusion (PAI).Methods Totally 69 cases with pulmonany cancinoma were treated by intervention therapy .Of them ,38 cases were undergone the bronchical arteriography and arterial infusion and 31 cases were undergone the brochical pulmonany arterial dual infusion.Results The bronchical arteryies taken part in the blood supply of neoplasmin all cases ,while the pulmonany artery only in 77% of cases .The effective ratio of BAI +PAI was 87%, and BAI was 65.7%,there were markly different (?

An effective, reliable and practical staging is of great help to the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor using clinical stage in gynecological tumors, but staging lacks objectivity in judging the tumor size, para-uterine invasion, vaginal margin, vascular invasion and so on. By October 2018, the International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FIGO) had revised the 2009 FIGO cervical cancer staging that had been used before.However, the changed points of the 2018 FIGO cervical cancer staging are controversial.

Objective To investigate the expression of programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1) in primary tumor cells(TCs) and tumor-infiltrating immune cells(TICs) in patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer(CRC) and determine its predictive value for recurrence after microwave ablation(MWA) of liver metastases. Methods The paraffin-embedded specimens of 28 patients with CRC liver metastasis were collected retrospectively. The expression of PD-L1 in the primary lesions was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between PD-L1 and clinical features was analyzed. Recurrence-free survival(RFS) was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method and Log rank test. Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to analyze the factors influencing recurrence. Results The positive rates of PD-L1 in TCs and TICs in primary CRC were 14.3%(4/28) and 46.4%(13/28), respectively. PD-L1 expression in primary TICs of CRC patients with liver metastases was significantly correlated with the largest hepatic tumor diameter (P < 0.05). PD-L1 expression in primary TICs of CRC patients with liver metastasis was correlated with poor RFS after MWA (P < 0.05). PD-L1 expression in primary TICs and the largest hepatic tumor diameter > 3 cm in CRC patients with liver metastases were the risk factors for recurrence after MWA (P < 0.05). Conclusion PD-L1 expression in primary TICs of CRC patients with liver metastasis may increase the risk of recurrence after MWA for liver metastasis.

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of cataracts, the surgical coverage, and postoperative visual acuity of adults in Ningxia.Methods:A cross-sectional study using multistage cluster random sampling was conducted.Ten survey sites in Ningxia were selected and the population aged 18 years and over was surveyed with questionnaire, height and weight measurements, visual acuity, intraocular pressure, fundus photography and slit-lamp examinations.Cataract prevalence and its influencing factors were analyzed.Cataract prevalence, surgical coverage and presenting visual acuity (PVA) and best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) after surgery were investigated in different age groups of the examined population.The study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethics Committee of the People's Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (No.[2023]-LL-010).Participants signed informed consent prior to the examination.Results:A total of 6 145 people should be examined, and 5 721 people were actually examined, with an examination rate of 93.10%.The study population consisted of 2 558 males, accounting for 44.71%, and 3 163 females, accounting for 55.28%, with ages ranging from 18 to 93 years old and an average age of (64.27±13.48) years.Among them, 1 180 patients diagnosed with cataract, with a cataract prevalence of 20.62%.The prevalence of cataract increased with age and decreased with education level, showing statistically significant differences ( χ2=1 091.32, 581.92; both at P<0.01).The prevalence of cataract was significantly higher among people with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, and coronary heart disease than those without these diseases ( χ2=274.65, 118.15, 78.05, 182.71; all at P<0.01).Cataract surgery was performed in 245 cases in the cataract patient population, with a surgical coverage rate of 20.76%.Of the 245 cases, 229 cases were implanted with IOLs, with an implantation rate of 93.40%.The social burden rate of cataract blindness was 2.29%, and increased with age.Of the 339 eyes that underwent cataract surgery, 241 had a PVA≥0.3, accounting for 71.09%, and 272 had a BCVA≥0.3, accounting for 80.24%. Conclusions:In Ningxia, cataracts are still the main cause of vision impairment and blindness in the elderly, and the social burden rate of cataract blindness is high.Moreover, the coverage rate of cataract surgery is low, so both the coverage and quality of surgery need improvement.

Background and Objectives: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, which the mechanisms behind its initiation and development are related to many factors. DMSCs (dermal mesenchymal stem cells) represent an important member of the skin microenvironment and play an important role in the surrounding environment and in neighbouring cells, but they are also affected by the microenvironment. We studied the glucose metabolism of DMSCs in psoriasis patients and a control group to reveal the relationship among glucose metabolism, cell proliferation activity，and VEC (vascular endothelial cell) differentiation in vitro, we demonstrated the biological activity and molecular mechanisms of DMSCs in psoriasis. Methods: and Results: We found that the OCR of DMSCs in psoriatic lesions was higher than that in the control group, and mRNA of GLUT1 and HK2 were up-regulated compared with the control group. The proliferative activity of DMSCs in psoriasis was reduced at an early stage, and mRNA involved in proliferation, JUNB and FOS were expressed at lower levels than those in the control group. The number of blood vessels in psoriatic lesions was significantly higher than that in the control group (p＜0.05), which the mRNA of VEC differentiation, CXCL12, CXCR7, HEYL and RGS5 tended to be increased in psoriatic lesions compared to the control group, in addition to Notch3. Conclusions We speculated that DMSCs affected local psoriatic blood vessels through glucose metabolism, and the differentiation of VECs, which resulted in the pathophysiological process of psoriasis.

Reflux esophagitis （liver-stomach disharmony， Spittoon-Qi interties， Qi and blood stasis syndrome， turbid poison intrinsic） and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （liver depression， spleen deficiency， phlegm and blood stasis syndrome， hot and humid embodiment， phlegmy wet resistance） and functional dyspepsia （liver depression syndrome， liver stomach with spleen deficient， spleen deficiency cold syndrome， in a word， fever） is a common disease and frequently encountered disease of digestive system. The course of disease is prolonged and the prevalence is high. The successful establishment of animal model combining disease and syndrome is the premise of exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） effect and the foundation of the development of new preparations. At the same time， mastering the complex relationship network among disease， syndrome and prescription is the prerequisite of effective treatment. When the same syndrome occurs between different diseases， the concept of "treating different diseases with the same treatment" in TCM suggests that methods can be cross-referenced for the shortage of some syndrome models. TCM intervention of digestive diseases has the characteristics of multi-path， multi-target， multi-dimension and multi-level. Therefore， this article through the literature review， summarizes the reflux esophagitis， nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and functional dyspepsia is a common disease such as the combined operation method of the model and the intervention mechanism of TCM， so as to diseases of the digestive system of different syndrome types provides the theory basis for the objective of research， and the basic research of TCM prescription and achievements provide methodological guidance.
