Objective To explore the effect of non-invasive labor analgesia on postnatal depression among primipara. Methods Three hundred primipara of spontaneous labor in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2014 were assigned as control group and another 300 primiparas of spontaneous labor from May 2014 to August 2014 as experiment group. In the control group, one-to-one responsibility system was conducted for the delivery with an accompanying midwife and in the experiment group, non-invasive labor analgesia was done apart from one-to-one responsibility system. The two groups were compared in terms of analgesic effect at three stages of labor, postnatal depression scores and incidence of postnatal depression. Result The analgesic effect of the experiment group was better than that of the control group during the three stages of labor (all P<0.01), and postnatal depression scores and the incidence of postnatal depression in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (both P<0.05). Conclusion Non-invasive labor analgesia can relieve the labor pains and decrease the incidence of postnatal depression among primiparas.

Aim To investigate the protective effects of beraprost sodium on cerebral cortical neuron injury in chronic aluminum-overload rats and its effects on PGIS-IP signaling pathway. Methods 75 SD rats were randomized into five groups: normal control group, chronic aluminum-overload group ( model group) and beraprost sodium groups-low dose (6 μg· kg-1 ), medium dose ( 12 μg · kg-1 ) and high dose (24 μg·kg-1). Aluminum gluconate (Al3+ 200 mg ·kg-1 d-1, once a day, 5d a week, for 20 weeks, p. o. ) was administered to rats of cerebral damage model. The rats of experimental groups were concomi-tantly treated with beraprost sodium ( p. o. ) daily for 20 weeks. After the model was built successfully, the spatial learning and memory( SLM) function was done by Morris water maze. The cortical neurons damage was detected by HE staining, SOD activities and MDA contents. The 6-k-PGF1α levels in cortex were meas-ured by ELISA. The expressions of PGIS, IP mRNA and IP protein were also studied. Results Compared with the rats of normal control group, the SLM function was significantly impaired ( P<0. 01 ) and considera-ble karyopycnosis was observed in model group rats. The SOD activities were weakened ( P <0. 01 ), the MDA contents increased ( P<0. 05 ) and the levels of 6-k-PGF1α raised significantly ( P <0. 01). The ex-pressions of PGIS and IP mRNA in the rats cortex obvi-ously increased ( P<0. 01 ), so did the expression of IP protein(P<0. 05). Compared with the rats of mod-el group, the SLM function of rats in experimental groups decreased significantly ( P<0. 01 ) and damage of cortical neurons reduced remarkably. The SOD ac-tivities increased ( P <0. 01 ) and the MDA contents decreased ( P <0. 01). Besides, the content of 6-k-PGF1α, the expressions of PGIS mRNA and IP protein in the rats cortex decreased significantly ( P<0. 05 ) as well as IP mRNA ( P<0. 01). Conclusion Our re-sults demonstrate that in cerebral cortical neuron of chronic aluminum-overload rats, beraprost sodium has notably protective effects and the mechanism might be related to PGIS-IP signaling pathway.

Objective:
To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of menopausal syndrome among postmenopausal women in Pan'an County, Zhejiang Province, so as to provide the basis for guiding the health management of postmenopausal women.
Methods:
From May 2023 to April 2024, the postmenopausal women aged 40 to 69 years in Pan'an County were selected using the random cluster sampling method. Demographic information, lifestyle and prevalence of gynecological diseases were collected through questionnaire surveys. The prevalence of menopausal syndrome was assessed by modified Kupperman Score Scale. Factors affecting menopausal syndrome were analyzed by a multivariable logistic regression model.
Results:
A total of 816 postmenopausal women were surveyed, with an mean age of (57.63±2.92) years and a mean natural menopause age of (49.85±2.13) years. There were 574 cases with menopausal syndrome, with a prevalence of 70.34%. Flashes and sweating, insomnia and irritability were common symptoms, accounting for 62.87%, 47.43% and 41.18%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that monthly personal income of ≤5 000 yuan (<3 000 yuan, OR=3.124, 95%CI: 1.829-5.335; 3 000-5 000 yuan, OR=2.399, 95%CI: 1.370-4.201) and having gynecological diseases (OR=1.970, 95%CI: 1.292-3.004) were associated with a higher risk of menopausal syndrome, while average (OR=0.141, 95%CI: 0.072-0.276) or sufficient sleep quality (OR=0.095, 95%CI: 0.049-0.185) were associated with a lower risk of menopausal syndrome.
Conclusion
The prevalence of menopausal syndrome among postmenopausal women in Pan'an County is relatively high, and is mainly influenced by personal economic status, sleep quality and the presence of gynecological diseases.

Objective:
To detect the alterations of telomerase activity and the expression for oxidative stress responsive genes related with senescence during cellular replicative senescence and hydrogen peroxide-induced premature senescence in human embryonic lung fibroblasts (HELFs) in vitro.
Methods:
The HELFs were divided into young cells (22 population doubling levels, 22PDL) , mid-aged cells (35PDL) and replicative senes-cent cells (49PDL) and premature senescent cells induced by H2O2(premature senescence, PS). The telomerase activity was detected by ELISA assay during cellular replicative and premature senescence. The mRNA level of oxidative stress responsive genes related with senescence for Foxo1, Foxo3, Pdx1, apoA-I and MMP1 was per-formed by RT-Q-PCR separately.
Results:
The mRNA level for Foxo1, Foxo3, apoA-I and Pdx1 was decreased separately during cellular replicative senescence compared to that in the young-stage cells with statistical signifi-cance (

Objective To quantitatively evaluate the diagnostic value of blood oxygen leveldependent (BOLD) MRI in the diagnosis of different degrees of liver warm ischemia-reperfusion injury (WIRI) in rabbits and evaluate the intervention effect of liposomal prostaglandin E1 (Lipo-PGE1).Methods Seventy healthy adult New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into sham -operated group (A0),thermal ischemic groups (A1~A3) and intervention groups (A4~A6).All experimental rabbits were scanned by routine MR and BOLD MRI after 6-hour reperfusion.R2* images were calculated by two radiologists. The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),asparate aminotransferase (AST) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were examined. And liver pathological sectioning was performed. All data were processed by one-way,Spearman's correlation and receiver operating characteristic curve analyses. Results The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was 0.805 of two measurements suggesting that the repeatability of the outcome was decent.R2* values among sham-operated,thermal ischemia and intervention groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).R2 * values in sham-operated and ischemia groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).As warm ischemia time elapsed,R2* value showed a rising trend.R2* values in sham-operated and intervention groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).R2* values of sham-operated group at the same timepoint of thermal ischemia and intervention groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Under the same ischemic time,R2* values of intervention groups were smaller than those of thermal ischemia groups. With the prolongation of ischemia time, reduction of R2* values became more pronounced. However,it did not reach the level of A0 group.R2* values were significantly positively correlated with ALT,AST and LDH (r>0.5,P<0.05).ROC analysis indicated that R2* had an excellent diagnostic performance. Conclusions BOLD MRI may be applied for noninvasive assessment of liver ischemia-reperfusion injury in different degrees.Lipo-PGE1 alleviates ischemia -reperfusion injury and BOLD MRI can evaluate the relieving degree of Lipo-PGE1.
