Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(2):188-190
Patent ductus venous is a kind of the congenital portosystemic shunts (CPSS). In recent years, the related case report increased gradually, but the domestic research is rare. In this article, we review the current diagnosis and treatment of neonatal patent ductus venous based on literature available.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
Howtodevelop promotional strategies ofnetwork teachingplatform in medical colleges has laid a good foundation for the network teaching platform for successful application in medical institutions. These issues are currently facing the construction of digital campus teaching element that must be addressed. Through the research of the promotion process of Chongqing Medical University's network teaching platform,we have described effective promotion strategies of network teaching platform at the "pre-publicity," "functions of the departments," "development of policies and measures",etc.
3.Determination of Trace Catechol in Waste Water by Kinetic Fluorimetry
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(09):-
Objective To establish a new kinetic fluorimetry method for the determination of trace catechol in waste water. Methods Trace catechol inhibited the catalytic oxidation of pyronine Y by potassium periodate in the presence of vanadium(the catalyst) in H2SO4 medium. A linear relation appeared between the concentration of catachol and the changing of catalyzed reaction speed. A new inhibitory kinetic fluorimetry method for the determination of trace catechol in waste water was established. Results The linear range of determination was 10.0-1 500.0 ?g/L,and the detection limit was 7.8 ?g/L. The RSDs and recovery rates of the method were 2.42%-2.71%,and 98.3%-103.3% respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and sensitive for the determination of trace catechol in waste water with satisfactory results.

Objective To explore the effect of double cypress powder (DCP) combined with TDP irradiation on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and summarize nursing experience. Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomized into the observation group and control group. The control group was treated with massage and electro-acupuncture and the observation group received DCP fumigation combined with TDP irradiation besides treatments the controls received. The two groups were compared in terms of pain level and curative effect after two courses of treatment.Result The score on pains by VAS in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the curative effect was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the massage,electro-acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,DCP combined with TDP irradiation is therapeutically effective in the reduction of the pains from lumbar disc protrusion.

China Pharmacist 2016;19(5):974-976,1018
The convenient measures for medicine taking of chronic patients mainly depend on a long-range medicine taking mode. The diversity of prescription re-dispensing and research focus in the future in America were analyzed through data analysis, the significance of prescription re-dispensing in enhancing the compliance of patients was evaluated from the perspective of management, and how to achieve the multi-win-win situation for doctors, pharmacists, nurses and medical technicians was discussed in the study. Although the operation process and technical support process of the long-range medicine taking are detailed and concreted,it is necessary to further improve the mode according to the situation of the United States.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(06):-
Objective To study the effect of applicaton of the implanted artificial defecation control device (IADCD) in patients with lower rectal cancer. Methods The "radical resection aiming at achieving automatically controlled defecation" was performed in 32 patients with lower rectal cancer, On the basis of Mile's operation, the IADCD was implanted in those patients. Postoperatively, the defection control, psychological effect of the defecation mode on the patients, complications and adverse effects were observed. Results In treatment group (32 cases), satisfactory defecation control was achieved in 31 cases 1 month after the operation, and in another case 2 month after operation, and no obvious complications and untoward effects. In control group(16 cases), 8 cases had 1~2 times formed stool 3 months after operation, 4 cases achieved 6 months after the operation. Conclusions For patients with lower rectal cancer, the "radical resection aiming at achieving automatically-controlled defecation" could achieve the complete resection of lower rectal tumor and near to normal defecation without obvious untoward effects.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
To observe the protective effect of lidocaine on acute lung injury(ALI) following intestinal ischemia/reperfusion(I/R). Adult SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups ( n =8): control group, with super mesenteric artery isolation only; I/R group, intestinal I/R (60/180min); two lidocaine treated groups, in which lidocaine in a dose of 2mg/kg was administered intravenously immediately or 60min after reperfusion, respectively. Intestinal I/R resulted in deterioration of MAP, increased the lung permeability index, serum TNF ?level and lung TNF ?mRNA expression ,and produced histopathological changes in the lung. Lidocaine given immediately after reperfusion could attenuate these changes, while lidocaine 60min group showed no effects on the changes in MAP, serum TNF ? and pathological changes in the lung. These data suggested that lidocaine could attenuate lung injury following intestinal I/R,in part by inhibiting the sequestration of neutrophils and the production of TNF ?. Lidocaine given early after reperfusion seemed to be more effective .

Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 1999;(2):99-
OBJECTIVES:The effect of water-soluble polymers polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) and polyethylene glycol(PEG)on the complexation of drugs with β-cyclodextrin were investigated.METHODS:the thermodynamic properties of drugs in aqueous β-CD solution and in aqueous solut.RESULTS:The maximum solubilization concentration of PVP or PEG appeared from 1.5g.L-1 to 3.0g.L-1.At this low concentration,PVP or PEG had insignificant effect on the viscosity of the aqueous β-CD solution. The solubilising effect ofβ-CD on chloramphenicol was improved by 15% when containing 2.5g.L-1 polyethylene glycol in the solution and on vitamininum B2by 98%when containing 2.5g.L-1 polyvinylpyrrolidone. In aqueous solutions water-soluble polymers were shown to increase the solubilising effect of β-CD on drugs.Additing of PEG or PVP to the aqueous complexation medium resulted in an increased negative enthalpy change, together with an increased negative entropy change.CONCLUSION:Water-soluble polymers were shown to increase the solubilising effect of β-CD on drugs.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(16):2182-2196
OBJECTIVE:To find the active ingredient of on antithrombotic chuanxiong rhizoma using computer aided drug de-sign. METHODS:Usingthrombosisas keyword, thrombosis related proteins were searched and screened in therapeutic target da-tabase;target proteins'three-dimensional structure were downloaded in protein database, then the protein preparing tool were used to determine the coordinates of the active area center. PyRx software and Discovery Studio Visualizer were used to match the 247 small molecules of chuanxiong rhizoma with target protein that downloaded from Taiwan traditional Chinese medicine database. The active molecules were screened and binding force was analyzed. RESULTS:Active molecules of neochlorogenic acid,1-H-benz-imidazole-2-amine,3,8-dihydrodiligustilide,chuanxiongterpene were selected by blinding energy, and there were high binding ac-tivity among these active molecules, thrombin, antithrombinⅢ,coagulation factorⅩa and thrombomodulin, and the binding ener-gy were -6.1,-4.5,-7.7,-8.6 kJ/mol. Analysis results showed van Edward force and electrostatic interactions played an im-portant role in their respective docking. CONCLUSIONS:Neochlorogenic acid,1-H-benzimidazole-2-amine,3,8-dihydrodiligusti-lide,chuanxiongterpene may be the antithrombotic activity ingredients of Chuanxiong rhizoma.
