1.EFFECTS OF PHOTOLOCALIZATION AND PHOTOCHEMOTHERAPY OF PHOTOCAR CINORIN ON THREE KINDS OF TRANSPLANTED ANIMAL TUMORS
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(04):-
The results of observation on experimental photolocalization and photochemotherapy with a new drug photocarcinorin (PsD-007) and argon laser (514.5+ 488nm) for different transplanted animal tumors are reported. The interrelationship among the dose of light irradiation, dose level of the drug and the efficiency of experimental photodiagnosis and photochemotherapy for animal tumors was studied. It has been shown that the degree of photodynamic damage on tumors is proportional to the light dose. The upper and lower thresholds of effective light-dose seem to be about 150 mw/cm2 and 40 mw/cm2 for 30 min respectively. The light dose for curing half of experimental animals ranged from 80 to 100 mw/cm2 for 30 min with a drug dose of 5mg/kg.The photodynamic damage on tumors in closely correlated to drug dose with a given light dose. The photodynamic effects on different tumors are essentially consistent with each other.A bright oranged-red fluorescence appeared on the fumor tissues of S180 sarcoma,Lewis lung carcinoma or U14 cervical carcinoma bearing mice on exposure to argon laser and/or UV light (365nm) 24 and 48 h after the injection of 5mg/kg of PsD-007.But no fluorescence was found on the normal tissues around the tumors under the same conditions. It is suggested that PsD-007 may be specifically uptaken into the malignant tissues. The intensity of fluorecence on tumors is directly proportional to drug dose and inversely proportional to the time interval between drug administration and observation on the fluorescence. The homogeneity of distribution of light energy was improved by using a "lens aperture" placed between the light source and irradiated animal.A model system was thus provided for the evaluation of the efficiency of drugs in the photochemodiagnosis and photochemotherapy for animal tumors.
2.Advances of combined treatment for chronic hepatitis B with lamivudine
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2003;1(2):146-50
This paper summarized the effects of the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) by lamivudine combined with traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine in the past few years. Combined treatment of lamivudine and the other medicine had higher efficiency than lamvudine alone in the treatment of CHB. The Combined treatment should be a tendency of the treatment for chronic hepatitis B. The focal point is that the traditional Chinese recipe produces a multitarget effect in the treatment of CHB. The combined treatment of lamivudine and traditional Chinese recipe can reduce the treatment course and the recurrence rate. Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has notable superiority and broad developing prospect in the treatment of CHB.
3.Current research on unilateral cervical facet dislocation of the lower cervical spine
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2016;18(9):824-828
Unilateral facet dislocation of the lower cervical spine is an important subgroup of cervical spine injuries, accounting for from 12% to 16% of all cervical spine injuries.Unilateral facet dislocation occurs the most commonly at the C5-6 level, and is closely related to the anatomic and morphometric features of the cervical facet. This injury has been attributed to combined flexion and rotation, but it remains unclear whether flexion or rotation is the component of greater importance. Its treatment includes nonoperative and operative measures but optimal treatment has not been established. It is generally accepted that a recommendable treatment protocol begins with closed reduction and proceeds depending on whether the closed reduction succeeds and traumatic disc herniation is present or not.
4.Distribution of Hematoporphyrin Monomethyl Ether in Tumor-bearing Mice
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
spleen(?)heart(?)muscle. The pharmacokinetics of PsD-044 in mice was fitted by an open three compartment model. The pharmacokinetic parameters calculated were shown to be essentially consistent with the determination of tissue distribution. It was also shown that PsD-044 can't pass through blood-brain barrier.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(11):1218-1222
The growing number of cognitive dysfunction patients is bringing heavy mental and financial burdens to the society and families.Voltage-gated potassium channels (Kv), which consist of delayed rectifier potassium channels and transient outward po -tassium channels , are involved in the incidence of cognitive dysfunction .This review summarized the role of Kv channels in cognitive dysfunction and their relationship with N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptors ( NMDARs) that play an important role in the process of learning and memory .

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2014;(8):1041-1044
Tanshinones are a large class of hydrophobic natural products isolated from traditional Chinese herb Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and related plants. Tanshinones include tanshinone ⅡA, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I, dihydrotanshinone, and so on. Both the tanshinones and the salvianolic acids have been identi-fied as the characteristic and main active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge with cardiovascular protective activities. Ac-cumulated data in recent years have revealed that tanshinones possess remarkable anti-cancer activities both in vivo and in vitro. In this review, we summarize the latest progress of the an-ti-cancer effect and the underlying mechanisms of tanshinones, particularly with emphasis on tanshinone ⅡA, which might pro-vide reference for the further research and development of these compounds.

Objective To explore the regularity of the distribution of traditional Chinese medical syndrome elements in early renal injury patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM) . Methods A total of 200 patients with T2DM early renal injury were enrolled into the study. Syndrome element differentiation was carried out for the analysis of the distribution of syndrome location and syndrome nature. Results ( 1) Kidney had the highest scores of syndrome location , and then came the spleen, and meridians and collaterals . The syndrome location scores of kidney, spleen, meridians and collaterals differed from those of liver, heart, lung, and stomach ( P<0.01) . ( 2) In excess syndrome elements, the percentage of syndrome elements of phlegm, blood stasis, dampness was in decreasing sequence. In deficiency syndrome elements, the percentage of syndrome elements of yin deficiency, qi deficiency, and yang deficiency was in decreasing sequence. ( 3) For the distribution of syndrome elements, kidney yin deficiency had the highest scores, next came spleen qi deficiency, and finally came blood stasis of meridians and collaterals. Conclusion In T2DM early renal injury patients, kidney, spleen, meridians and collaterals are the main affected location; yin deficiency, qi deficiency, and yang deficiency are the predominant deficiency syndrome elements, and phlegm, blood stasis, dampness are the predominant excess syndrome elements. Kidney yin deficiency, spleen qi deficiency , and blood stasis of meridians and collaterals are the commonly-seen syndrome patterns in T2DM patients with early renal injury.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
The chemical composition, separation and identification of the components as well as the tumor photobiological activities of the major components of the new tumor-photochemodiagnostic and photochemotherapeutic agent photocarcinorin (PsD-007) were represented in this paper. It has been shown by the results of HPLC analysis in combination with spectroscopic determinations that PsD-007 is composed of 7 different porphyrins: MHD, DMD, MVD, AHD, HVD, Hp and Pp. The experimental results show that MHD, DMD and MVD are the major tumor photobiologically active components of PsD-007.
