Objective To investigate the surgical techniques and curative effect for the treatment of tibial plmeau fracture. Methods Totally 107 cases( male 62 cases;female 45 cases) of tibia plateau fractures were operated with internal fixation from January 2000 to December 2006 in our hospital. According to Schatzker classification, there were type Ⅰ fracture 2 cases, type Ⅱ 37 cases, type Ⅲ 29 cases, type Ⅳ 22 cases, type Ⅴ 10 cases, type Ⅵ 7 csses. Type Ⅰ fractures were treated with cannulated screws, other type fractures were treated by open reduction, internal fixation with buttress plates, and bone graft if bone defect existed. The therapeutic characteristics and the functions of the knee were evaluated. Results 107 cases cases were followed-up for 15 ~96 months, mean 28. 8 months. All fractures were healed without any complications. The knee Merchant scores were excellent in 62 cases, good in 24 cases, common in 17 cases, bad in 4 cases. The rate of fineness was 80. 37%. Conclusion Surgical operation is effective methods of treating tibia plateau fracture.

Objective To study the changes of pressure in cervical disc after percutaneous radiofrequency nucleoplasty, and provide theoretical basis for percutaneous radiofrequency nucleoplasty in the treatment of cervical disc herniation. Methods Forty-two patients with cervical disc herniation (33 cases of nerve root-type cervical spondylopathy and 9 cases of vertebral artery-type cervical spondylopathy) were treated with pereutaneous radiofrequeney nucleoplasty. The pressures of operated cervical disc were measured in the operation, and their clinical effects were evaluated using the JOA values 1 week after operation. The relationship between pressure changes in cervical disc and clinical effect was studied. Results The pressure in the cervical disc in 33 cases of nerve root-type cervical spondylopathy was decreased (1.84 ± 0.96) kPa (P=0.000), and the JOA values increased (3.27 ± 1.35) scares (P=0.000) 1 week after operation. The pressure in the cervical disc in 9 cases of vertebral artery-type cervical spondylopathy was decreased (1.72 ± 0.92) kPa (P= 0.000), and the JOA values increased (2.78 ± 0.67) scores (P= 0.000) 1 week after operation. Correlative analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the pressure decrease of cervical disc and the JOA values increase (P < 0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous radiofrequency nucleoplasty can help to reduce pressure in the cervical disc and relieve the clinical symptoms.

OBJECTIVE:To establish microbial limit test for Compound clindamycin hydrochloride gel and to carry out the validation of three methods.METHODS:According to the appendices volumeⅡof Chinese Pharmacopeia(edition 2005),microbial limit test which contained routine test, medium dilution method and membrane-filter method was adopted to validate Compound clindamycin hydrochloride gel.Recoveries of three methods were compared to make sure the suitable validation method.RESULTS:In routine test, recovery of trial bacteria was lower than 70%and controlled bacteria couldn't be found out.In medium di-lution method, recovery of trial bacteria was higher than 70%and still lower than the recovery of diluents. In membrane-filter method, recovery of trial bacteria was higher than 90%,and controlled bacteria grew well.Membrane-filter method could eliminate inhibition effect of Compound clindamycin hydrochloride gel on bacteria.CONCLUSION:Membrane-filter method is effective and practical for microbial limit test of Compound clindamycin hydrochloride gel.

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2010;35(4):335-340
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) C and D in gastric cancer and its relationship with tumor angiogenesis and lymph node metastasis.
METHODS:
Immunohistochemistry(SABC) and real-time PCR were used to detect the expression of VEGF-C, VEGF-D protein and mRNA in 32 gastric cancer tissues and 32 normal gastric tissues.
RESULTS:
The positive expression rate of VEGF-C and VEGF-D in gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of normal gastric tissues (P<0.01), the expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D in the gastric cancer group and the lymph node metastasis group were significantly different (P<0.05). The expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D in gastric carcinoma was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.01), the expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D in well-differentiated carcinoma, moderately differentiated carcinoma and poorly differentiated carcinoma was statistically different (P<0.05). VEGF-C and VEGF-D expressions in gastric cancer cells were not related to the patient's age, sex, and lymph node distant metastasis (P>0.05).
CONCLUSION
The non-intake high expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D in gastric cancer cells is closely related to lymph node metastasis. They serve as the important reference indicator to assess the prognosis in gastric cancer patients.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2023;57(3):266-273
Objective:To explore the relationship between the imaging features of enhanced MRI in patients with central chronic pulmonary artery thromboembolism (CPTE) and pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR).Methods:Thirty-nine patients with CPTE who had contrast-enhanced MRI examination were retrospectively enrolled this study from January 2018 to December 2020. And 33 patients who received right heart catheterization were divided into two groups based on PVR=1 000 dyn·s·cm -5. The differences of imaging features of CPTE in enhanced MRI between the two groups were compared. The relationship between gender, duration of disease, age, pleural thickening, bilateral bronchial artery dilation, number of the involved vascular segments, number of thrombosis, number of the thrombus-related delayed enhancement of artery wall and PVR was analyzed by binary logistic regression. Results:In 39 patients with central CPTE, the dilated lumen (168, 43.30%) and delayed enhancement of wall (122, 31.52%) were found in most of pulmonary arteries. The rate of the lumen dilatation associated with thrombus was the highest among that of the lumen abnormality (66, 52.80%). There were more thrombi in PVR<1 000 dyn·s·cm -5 group than those in PVR≥1 000 dyn·s·cm -5 group (χ 2=9.55, P=0.002). There was no significant difference in the incidence of wall delayed enhancement associated the thrombus between the two groups (χ 2=0.90, P=0.344). The incidence of bilateral bronchial arterial dilatation in PVR<1 000 dyn·s·cm -5 group was higher than that in PVR≥1 000 dyn·s·cm -5 group ( P=0.019). Logistic regression analysis showed that female, the less number of involved vascular segments and bilateral bronchial artery dilation were correlated with the lower PVR. Conclusions:Enhanced MRI is helpful to accurately evaluate the lumen abnormality of pulmonary artery and wall remodeling in central CPTE, which is of great value for the assessment of patients′ conditions and treatment effect.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2021;37(11):944-948
As medical record management is key to hospital management, a hospital introduced paperless practice of automatic archiving in the following practices. Clarification and identification of the scope of business system transformation, establishment of an architecture integrating various business systems, integration platform, hospital data center, archiving system and certification authority, creation of three automatic archiving processes: initial archiving, late return archiving and modification archiving, for refined management of the review and tracking of archived medical records. Thanks to this paperless management, the automatic archiving rate was as high as 95.95%for medical records, 96.47%for laboratory reports and 99.58%for medical orders respectively. A full-process and whole-cycle informationized closed loop management was achieved for the collection, archiving, review and utilization of medical records, substantially upgrading hospital informationization and medical record management.
