Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(23):3229-3230
Objective To investigate the efficacy of combination therapy with alprostadil Lipo preparation (lipo-pge1)and enoxaprian in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). MethodsA total of 60 ACS patients were randomly divided into two groups. The therapy group were treated with ASA,nitrates, statins, enoxaprian and alprostadil 10 days for a course, the control group were treated with ASA,nitrates, statins and enoxaprian 10 days for a course.Clinical symptoms,ECG changes, blood lipid changes were measured before and after treatments. ResultsThe total effective rate of the therapy group and control group in-patient treatment within 10 days were 96.7% and 83.3%(P<0.01).The remission rate of angina pectoris, improvement rate of ECG changes and lipid levers were better in therapy group than those in control group(all P<0.01). ConclusionIt was effective to use Alprostadil Lipo agent combination with enoxaprian in treatment of ACS.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To determine the proliferative activity of HL60 cells by chondroitin sulfate (ChS). MethodsThe proliferative activity was measured using cell counting after incubation with ChS of different concentrations. The acid phosphatase activity of each group was examined with ELISA to observe the differentiation of HL-60 cell. Results The concentration of ChS(

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
Popularization of higher education gives an impulse to the equity of education development, but if tuition in higher education is beneficial to realize education equity? This article analyses the unfairness problem of increasing tuition during the process of mass higher education, based on the situation of our country, and proposes some countermeasures to solve this problem.
4.Investigation and analysis of male nurses' social support, job burnout and subjective well-being
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(21):58-60
Objective To study the correlation of perceived social support and job burnout with subjective well-being of male nurses. Methods 122 nurses were selected from three large hospitals of Yantai and Weihai region, including 61 male and 61 female nurses, perceived social support scale, job burnout scale and subjective well-being scale were used for investigation. The correlation of perceived social support and job burnout with subjective well-being of male nurses was analyzed. Results Male nurse' occupation self-efficacy score as well as perceived social support score were significantly lower than those of female nurses. The three dimensions of job burnout of male nurses were negatively correlated with subjective well-being and perceived social support, perceived social support and subjective well-being.Perceived social support was positively correlated with subjective well-being.Job burnout and perceived social support could predict subjective well-being.Conclusions The social support and job burnout have a large impact on subjective well-being of male nurses.
5.Correlation of adiponectin gene SNP+45 T/G polymorphism with coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
AIM: To investigate the relationship between adiponectin gene SNP+45 polymorphism and coronary heart disease(CHD) in south China Han population.METHODS: The nondiabetic CHD patients diagnosed by the coronary angiography were selected as CHD subjects(153 cases),and 73 healthy adults served as normal control subjects. The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) was performed to identify the distribution pattern of adiponectin gene SNP+45 in all subjects. The levels of plasma adiponectin were measured by ELISA.RESULTS: The frequency of T/G + G/G genotype and G allele in CHD patients were significantly higher than those in control subjects(P

Objective Investigate animal model of experimental myasthenia gravis with peptide 125-147(T?125-147)of the acetylcholine receptor(AchR)?-subunit.Methods 12 Lewis rats of experiment group were injected in hypo with synthesized peptide T?125-147 of AchR of electric eel.The muscle fatigability, repetitive nerve stimulation(RNS)for decrement response and ELISA assay for serum AchRAb titers were observed and compared with control group. Results A week after the second inoculated,6 rats of experiment group appeared weakness. The RNS and serum AchRAb titers of 11 rats of experiment group were positive, none of the control group appeared weakness, all RNS were negative, serum AchRAb titers of 7 rats were negative and of 1 rat was probable positive. There were significant differences between experiment group and control group(all P

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence and trends of nosocomial infections of preterm infants in NICU and to explore their risk factors and strategies of infection control.METHODS A study was made among 1 026 hospitalized preterm infants from Jan 1992 to Dec 2004.RESULTS There were 316 times nosocomial infections in 266 preterm infants.Cumulative incidence rate for nosocomial infection was 25.9 neonates out of 100 admissions. The incidence density was 18.6 infections per 1000 patient days. The high risk factors for nosocomial infections included the parenteral nutrition, birth weight ≤1 500 g and mechanical ventilation(P

[Objective] To investigate the effect of the ER stress on the process of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease which is induced by methionine-choline deficient diet.[Methods] C57/BL mice were randomly divided into 8 groups (n =10),group 1-4was given normal diet,5-8 group was given MCD diet. Then took one group from both normal diet and MCD diet in the 2nd,4th,6th,8th week, recorded each group's body weight and liver weight. The liver fibrosis and inflammation in mice were analyzed by histopathological staining and NAS.The expressions of endoplasmic reticulum stress markers such as p-PERK,p-eIF2α,CHOP were detected by Western Blot and real time fluorescent quantitative PCR (q-PCR).[Results] ①The ALT and AST in serum,TG and TC in liver tissue were both higher in MCD group, the same as NAS;②The expressions of PERK,eIF2α,CHOP were significantly higher than the nommal diet group, while the GADD34 expression was lower. What's more,as time went by,the difference was more obvious;3.There was a significant correlation between the ERS index and NAS score in MCD group.[Conclusion]The liver damage and inflammatory response was lifted gradually in the mice fed with MCD diet. The ER stress may take an important role in this process.

Objective To investigate the methods and therapeutic effects of anterolateral thigh perforator free flaps for reconstruction of soft tissue defects around the ankle. Methods A retrospective case series study was made on 30 patients treated with anterolateral thigh perforator free flaps for traumatic soft tissue defects around the tibia between January 2010 and June 2016.There were 22 males and eight females, with the age range of 16-58 years [(41.5 ± 1.2) years].Dimension of the soft tissue defect ranged from 9 cm ×4 cm to 23 cm × 12 cm.Flap stabilization time, flap survival rate, postoperative complications, second plastic surgery rate, and ankle joint function by Baird-Jackson score were recorded. Results All patients were followed up for (13.0 ± 5.4) months (range,6-24 months).Time for flap stabilization was (6.5 ± 1.1) days. All flaps survived except in one patients with flap loss due to postoperative arterial thrombosis.Postoperatively, one patient had arterial crisis, one had venous thrombosis, and one presented sinus formation due to infection. No second plastic surgery was carried out.According to the Baird-Jackson score, the results were excellent in 25 patients and good in five. Conclusion Anterolateral thigh perforator free flaps for reconstruction of traumatic soft tissue defects around the tibia has advantages of easy harvesting and survival, less postoperative complications, less second surgery, and good function recovery.
