Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(23):3229-3230
Objective To investigate the efficacy of combination therapy with alprostadil Lipo preparation (lipo-pge1)and enoxaprian in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). MethodsA total of 60 ACS patients were randomly divided into two groups. The therapy group were treated with ASA,nitrates, statins, enoxaprian and alprostadil 10 days for a course, the control group were treated with ASA,nitrates, statins and enoxaprian 10 days for a course.Clinical symptoms,ECG changes, blood lipid changes were measured before and after treatments. ResultsThe total effective rate of the therapy group and control group in-patient treatment within 10 days were 96.7% and 83.3%(P<0.01).The remission rate of angina pectoris, improvement rate of ECG changes and lipid levers were better in therapy group than those in control group(all P<0.01). ConclusionIt was effective to use Alprostadil Lipo agent combination with enoxaprian in treatment of ACS.
2.Effect of chondroitin sulfate on the proliferation of HL60 cells and sensibility for chemotherapy
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To determine the proliferative activity of HL60 cells by chondroitin sulfate (ChS). MethodsThe proliferative activity was measured using cell counting after incubation with ChS of different concentrations. The acid phosphatase activity of each group was examined with ELISA to observe the differentiation of HL-60 cell. Results The concentration of ChS(
3.Equity Problem During Process of Mass Higher Education——Discussion on Tuition in Higher Education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
Popularization of higher education gives an impulse to the equity of education development, but if tuition in higher education is beneficial to realize education equity? This article analyses the unfairness problem of increasing tuition during the process of mass higher education, based on the situation of our country, and proposes some countermeasures to solve this problem.
4.Investigation and analysis of male nurses' social support, job burnout and subjective well-being
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(21):58-60
Objective To study the correlation of perceived social support and job burnout with subjective well-being of male nurses. Methods 122 nurses were selected from three large hospitals of Yantai and Weihai region, including 61 male and 61 female nurses, perceived social support scale, job burnout scale and subjective well-being scale were used for investigation. The correlation of perceived social support and job burnout with subjective well-being of male nurses was analyzed. Results Male nurse' occupation self-efficacy score as well as perceived social support score were significantly lower than those of female nurses. The three dimensions of job burnout of male nurses were negatively correlated with subjective well-being and perceived social support, perceived social support and subjective well-being.Perceived social support was positively correlated with subjective well-being.Job burnout and perceived social support could predict subjective well-being.Conclusions The social support and job burnout have a large impact on subjective well-being of male nurses.
5.Correlation of adiponectin gene SNP+45 T/G polymorphism with coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
AIM: To investigate the relationship between adiponectin gene SNP+45 polymorphism and coronary heart disease(CHD) in south China Han population.METHODS: The nondiabetic CHD patients diagnosed by the coronary angiography were selected as CHD subjects(153 cases),and 73 healthy adults served as normal control subjects. The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) was performed to identify the distribution pattern of adiponectin gene SNP+45 in all subjects. The levels of plasma adiponectin were measured by ELISA.RESULTS: The frequency of T/G + G/G genotype and G allele in CHD patients were significantly higher than those in control subjects(P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the telomerase activity and abnormality of p16 gene in liver metastatic tumors of colorectal carcinoma. Methods Telomerase activity was detected by a non isotopic PCR based TRAP assay (Telomeric repeat amplification protocol) and the homozygous deletions of p16 gene was detected by a semiquantitative multiple PCR in tissue samples from 24 liver metastases of colorectal carcinoma. Results Telomerase activity were observed in 19 (79 2%) out of the 24 colorectal carcinoma patients. There was no correlation hetween the telomerase activity, the number of metastasis, differentiation, liver fibrosis and HBsAg status of the patients. Homozygous deletions of p16 gene were found in 9 out of 24 (37 5%) patients, and homozygous deletions of p16 gene was significantly correlated with telomerase activity. Conclusion The abnormality in telomerase activity and homozygous deletions of p16 gene may be important for elucidating in liver metastases of colorectal carcinoma.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(01):-
Daphnetin, isolated from Daphne koreane Nakai, has been reported to dilate blood vesse ls, inhibit thrombosis and have antiinflammatory effect. In this study, type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ protcin kinase A partially purified from rat skeletal muscle and protein kinase C from rat brain were incubated with varying concentrations of daphnetin. Type Ⅱ protein kinase A was siguificantly inhibited by daphnetin at the concentration of 0.0056?mol/L, while type Ⅰ protein kinase A and protein kinasc C were inhibitcd at the concentrations of 5.6?mol/L and 56 ?mol/L, respectively. The results indicated that daphnetin might be used as a specific inhibitor of type Ⅱ protein kinase A

Objective To investigate the expression of CD4 +CD25 +CD127 low regulatory T cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells( PBMNCs) in order to explore the influence on the immune status and disease progression in the different period of acute ischemic stroke. Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the stroke group, and divided them into the 24~48 h group (n=16), 3~7 d group (n=22) and 8~14 d group (n=22);22 healthy human were set as the control group. To analyze the percentage of CD4 +CD25 +CD127low regu-latory T cells in the peripheral blood of acute cerebral infarction patients and healthy human with flow cytometry. Results The percentages of CD4 +CD25 +CD127 low and CD4 +CD25 high regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of the stroke group were significantly decreased at 24 ~48 h,3 ~7 d ( P <0.01 ) when compared with the control group, and then tended to return toward the control value at 8~14 d (P>0.05);the percentage of CD4 + regula-tory T cells in the peripheral blood of the stroke group was significantly higher than control group ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Imbalance of regulatory T cells is very likely to play an important role in the immunological injury of acute ischemic stroke. Regulatory T cells may be involved in the pathogenesis of acute ischemic stroke, and early detection may provide a basis for treatment.

China Pharmacist 2014;(4):635-636
Objective: To investigate the effect of Tanreqing injections combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia. Methods:Totally 56 cases of pediatric bronchial pneumonia were selected in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 28 cases in each. The control group was with azithromycin treatment, and the observation group was with Tanreqing injections additionally. The effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were studied and compared. Results:In the observation group, the effective rate was 92. 9%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0. 05). The hospitalization time and the symptoms disappearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The adverse reactions showed no significant difference be-tween the two groups. Conclusion:Tanreqing injections in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia is rapid, effective and safe.
