1.Quantitative analysis of life quality losses of patients with respiratory diseases
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(11):-
Objective:To quantitatively analyze life quality losses of patients with respiratory diseases. Methods: Using the self-designed quality life scale, we surveyed 360 people who had respiratory illnesses as inpatients in a hospital in Shanghai. Quantitative analysis was made through quality of life index, and the influencing factors of life quality were analyzed by establishing model. Results: The respiratory illness produced a mean of 5 points loss quality of life or 19% loss in every patient(P

3.Influence factors of investment management of hospital intangible assets: take reputation as an example
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of investment management of hospital intangible assets,so as to provide countermeasures for establishing and optimizing the investment management system of hospital intangible assets. Methods: Taking hospital reputation as an example,we analyzed its role in the investment management of hospital intangible assets and the maintenance of hospital reputation in an economic perspective using Shapiro model and game theory. Results: The factors, such as the blueprint of hospital, efficiency of medical quality information transmission, and cost variance, all influenced the reputation of hospital. Conclusion: In the health care field, stable property right system should be established and market information agents should be cultivated. The administrative actions of involved departments should abide by the related regulation and the running system of hospitals should be optimized.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2011;28(4):189-191
Objective To investigate the influence of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) on life quality of patients with common bile duct stones. Methods The life quality of 35 patients, who underwent ERCP because of common bile duct stones, were assessed by GIQLI questionnaires before, 2 and 6 weeks after the procedure. Results The mean GIQLI score of patients before ERCP was 99. 9, which was significantly increased to 112. 2 and 121.9 at 2 and 6 weeks after ERCP (P <0. 01 ). At 6weeks after ERCP, the GIQLI score was similar to that of normal population. Conclusion ERCP can improve the life quality of patients with common bile duct stones.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2010;27(2):77-79
Objective To compare the durability and economic value of o-phthalaldehyde(OPA)and glutaraldehyde as endoscope disinfectors in continuous use of cleaning machine. Methods Compare the maximal number of endoseopes which could be disinfected by the two disinfectors at its minimal effective concentration,as well as the corresponding costs. The cost-effectiveness of two disinfectors were evaluated with Revenue-Incremental Cost Analysis. Results The number of endoscopes disinfected by OPA were 1.56 times as compared with glutaraldehyde, and an additional 2.95 yuan could be gained with OPA at the cost of 1 yuan. Conclusion When cleaning machine is full loaded,OPA is more durable than glutaraldehyde, and Can gain more benefit at the same cost.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2013;(6):531-533
[Summary] A 19-year-old male patient with central diabetes insipidus complained of polydipsia and polyuria and was found to be accompanied by cervical vertebra lesions. The diagnosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis was confirmed by laboratory and pathological results. Therefore,it should be alert to consider the possibility of Langerhans cell histiocytosis in a patient with central diabetes insipidus coexisting with the signs of multisystem lesions such as bone disease.

Objective To study the effects of olanzapine on glucolipid metabolism, liver function and prolactin level in childhood onset schizophrenia(COS) to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods Thirty-eight patients with COS aged 13-17 years old were treated with olanzapine for at least two weeks. The changes of body mass, alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),glucose (GLU) and prolactin (PRL) were detected and compared between before and after treatment. Results The body mass after medication in children patients was significantly increased, average increase by (3.50-t-1.90)kg (P<0.01).The levels of ALT,AST,TC,TG and PRL after treatment were higher than before treatment (P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in blood GLU level between before and after treatment(P=0.598).The body mass change before and after treatment was positively correlated with ALT and AST levels(r=0.366,0.377,P<0.05);whereas the PRL level before and after treatment was negatively correlated with the body mass change (r=-0.432,P<0.01).Conclusion Olanzapine can lead to the body weight gain and increase of ALT,AST,TC,TG and PRL levels in COS patients.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2010;31(2):205-207,230
Objective To investigate the incidence and the possible risk factors of hepatic dysfunction in patients with Graves' disease (GD). Methods Totally 280 outpatients with hyperthyroidism (caused by GD) were divided in two groups: untreated group (131 patients) and treated group (149 patients). The hepatic function, serum thyroid hormone, TGAb and TMAb were detected for analysis of the incidence, clinical characteristics and correlative factors of the hepatic dysfunction. Results Patients who had at least one abnormal result of liver function test accounted for 70.99% in untreated group and 61.07% in treated group. The most common abnormal hepatic function parameter in patients with thyrotoxic hepatic lesion was increased alkaline phosphate enzyme (ALP), which was 57.3% in untreated group and 51.0% in treated group. Abnormalities of alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase(AST), gamma-glutamyl tyanspeptidase (GGT) and total bilirubin (TBIL) were 28.2% (37/131), 18.3% (24/131), 10.7% (14/131) and 21.4% (28/131) in untreated group and 21.5%(32/149), 15.4%(23/148), 4.7% (7/149) and 20.1% (30/149) in treated group, respectively. The possibility of thyrotoxic hepatic dysfunction was correlated with the patients' age and FT3 and FT4 levels, but not with the genesis and course of disease, sex, family history of hyperthyroidism, or levels of TGAb and TMAb. Conclusion Abnormal results of liver function test are commom in patients with hyperthyroidism. Increased alkaline phosphate enzyme and alanine transaminase are the most common abnormal hepatic function parameters; the possibility of thyrotoxic hepatic dysfunction is correlated with patients' age and the level of thyroid hormones.

Objective Meningovascular syphilis is the intima inflammation of blood vessels caused by the syphilitic infec-tion, which is associated with the occurrence of ischemic stroke. The study analyzed the clinical, imaging features and prognosis for meningovascular syphilis so as to improve its diagnosis and treatment. Methods 14 patients diagnosed with meningovascular syphilis were collected prospectively from December 2007 to March 2015 in the neurological department of Jinling Hospital. The patients were followed for a period of 21.5(range 10.2~37.9)months,and the prognosis were evaluated. Results Patients with meningovascular syphilis presented with dizziness, hemiplegia, hemidysesthesia and cognitive decline.Lesions showed multiple, scattered on MR ima-ging, intracranial vascular stenosis was seen in the CTA/MRA, and the laboratory examination had characteristic changes. With a large dose and sufficient courses of penicillin treatment, meningovascular syphilis may hopefully get predominant effects.78.57%patients got good prognosis(modified Rankin Scale ,mRS≤2)at 3 months and 85.71% patients got goodlong-term prognosis(mRS≤2). Conclusion Meningovascular syphilis was usually presented as acute onset, lacks the specific clinical and neuroimaging manifesta-tions.Most patients has favourable prognosis after treatment of syphilis with full course of penicillin.
