OBJECTIVE:To discuss the practice of voluntary principle on the community pharmacy so as to provide some good suggestions for the smooth implementation of the GPP.METHODS:The voluntary principle of GPP was analyzed from several aspects,including the purpose of GPP,the integrated pharmaceutical service level,justice,law and policy and etc.RE_ SULTS:The feasibility of the implementation of voluntary GPP principle in China is expected to be verified,meanwhile,the concerned law and policy should be established in no time and the knowledge of medicine administration should also be publi?cized widely among the public.

Objective To establish a GC method for the determination of menthol in Fufang Caoshanhu Hanpian. Method HP-FFAP elastic quartz capillary vessel column was used,FID detector,programmed temperature,injection and detector temperatures was 250 ℃. Result The linear range of menthol were 0.020～ 0.300 ?g,respeetively. The average recoveries was 99.36% (RSD=1.12%). Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the determination method of menthol in Fufang Caoshanhu Hanpian.

Objective To establish a method to determine lead in air. Methods The filter film used to collect the lead in air was digested with acid followed by adding mixed solution of potassium ferricyanide,oxalic acid and hydrochloric acid, then double ways atomic flurescence spectrophotometry was employed to determine lead. Results The optimal concentration of hydrochloric acid, potassium ferricyanide and oxalic acid were 0.12 mol/L, 8 g/L and 0.4 g/L respectively. The detection limit of lead was 1 ?g/L, the relative standard deviation was 2.5%. The recovery rates ranged from 90% to 95%, the linar range was 10-80 ?g/L. Conclusion This method was simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It was suitable for determining lead in air.

Objective To explore the application effect of ICU checklist of medical cooperation on prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods Totally 728 patients with mechanical ventilation from July 2015 to July 2016 in ICU were assigned to the experimental group with using of the checklist; and 685 patients with mechanical ventilation from June 2014 to June 2015 were set as the control group who did not use the checklist. The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia and medical cooperation were compared before and after the implementation of the checklist. Results The incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia were 6.72% (46/685) and 3.02% (22/728), the intervention strategy execution rates were 63.36% (434/685) and 84.89% (618/728) before and after the application of checklist, there was significant difference between two groups (χ2=10.51, 86.03, P<0.01). Medical cooperation (doctors and nurses) and satisfaction scored 18.53 ± 2.39, 21.91 ± 2.16, 30.93 ± 2.18 and 26.71 ± 2.21, 28.64 ± 2.55, 45.33 ± 1.74 before and after the application of checklist, there was significant difference between two groups (t=6.14, 14.25, 2.39, P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusions The application of checklist can improve the medical cooperation on prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia management, reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia, improve medical cooperation, nursing satisfaction and the management efficiency, which is worthy of popularization and application.

We have studied mainly the distribution of this ~3H-labelled schistosomicidal drug in the livers and brains of the albino mice. In livers the ~3H-labelled substances were localized in greater quantity in the liver cell trabecula than in the sinusoids, and were taken up by the Kupffer's cells too. But the most prominent condense localization of the ~3H-labelled substances were in the interlobular bile ducts indicating that the original agent and its metabolites were excreted through the bile ducts system. The nuclei of the liver cells contained a certain amount lof the ~3H-labelled substances, about 7 silver grains in each nucleus with a diameter of about 10.7? seen in 2? thick freezing sections. One of the metabolites of this schistosomicidal drug being a mutagenic agent, the appearance of ~3H-labelled substances in the cell nuclei attracts our great attentions. As for the genesis mechanism of jaundice after administration of this schistosomicidal drug, our opinion is that it might be chiefly the result of drug sensitizied allergy reaction in accordance with a lot of works in the clinics, immunological test, pharmacological principles and our present studies. In the brains, the ~3H-labelled substances distributed much more in the white substances than in the gray substances, with the exception of the substantia nigra which had the same density of number of silver grains as the white substances. With these findingsthe clinical symptoms of the nervous system and their recovery were reviewed.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the pharmaceutical care trustworthiness imperfection from the perspective of eco?nomics and to put forward some suggestions for the reduction of trustworthiness imperfection behavior in the pharmaceutical care.METHODS:The behavior of the pharmaceutical care trustworthiness imperfection was analyzed from the perspective of profits maximum,information dissymmetry,and trade cost etc.in the economics theory.RESULT&CONCLUSION:It is of positive meaning to reduce pharmaceutical care trustworthiness imperfection behavior by establishing and improving related laws and rules,popularizing the medicine knowledge,strengthening monitoring,reforming the salary mode of the pharmaceuti?cal technical personnel.

Objective To explore the association between the 5-HTR2A (-1438A/G)promoter region gene polymorphisms and unipolar depression and effcacy of antidepressant drugs in northwest Chinese Han population.Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the distributive frequency of serotonin 2A receptor promoter region polymorphisms of 136 unipolar depression patients( patient group) and 160 normal people tween the patient group and the control group.The frequency of AG,GG genotypes; and G allele in patients was phisms of 5-HT2AR promoter region were correlated with SSRIs treatment response(F= 6.317, P= 0.013 ).There was significant difference of the effective power at the end of week 2 ( x2 = 5.878, P= 0.015 ).The effective power of AA, AG genotype was much higher than that of GG genotype and the effective power in the group with AA genotype was higher than that with AG genotype( each 87.8% ,57.6% ,53.7% ).Conclusion The frequency of GG genotype of 5-HTR2A( 1348A/G)may be associated with episode of unipolar depression in northwest Chinese Han population and A allele may be correlated with well response to paroxetine.

With introduction of current main methods for heart fluid mechanics researches, we studied the characteristics and weakness for three primary analysis methods based on magnetic resonance imaging, color Doppler ultrasound and grayscale ultrasound image, respectively. It is pointed out that particle image velocity (PIV), speckle tracking and block match have the same nature, and three algorithms all adopt block correlation. The further analysis shows that, with the development of information technology and sensor, the research for cardiac function and fluid mechanics will focus on energy transfer process of heart fluid, characteristics of Chamber wall related to blood fluid and Fluid-structure interaction in the future heart fluid mechanics fields.

Objective To investigate muscle MRI characteristics of lower limbs in Chinese patients with dysferlinopathy. Methods Detailed clinical information of 42 patients with dysferlinopathy confirmed by Western blot or DYSF genetic test were studied retrospectively, including age, course, serum creatinine kinase (CK) and modified Gardner?Medwin and Walto score, and T1WI, STIR image. Each muscle was scored according to its fatty degeneration evaluated on T1WI (fat replacement score). The patients were divided into 3 groups:Miyoshi myopathy (MM), limb girdle muscle dystrophy 2B (LGMD 2B) and preclinical stage (asymptomatic hyperCKemia or exercise intolerance). The data including the scores of each muscle between MM and LGMD 2B were compared by ANOVA analysis and Chi square test. The relationship of fatty replacement score with course and GM?W score was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results Thirty nine patients underwent thigh MR scanning and 36 patients underwent leg MR scanning. At the thigh level, there is no specificity that the fatty replacement was found in both the anterior and posterior parts while the rectus femoris, sartorius and gracilis were rarely involved. At the leg level, the most severely involved muscle was the soleus, followed by gastrocnemius. It formed a sandwich?like pattern that the anterior part (anterior and posterior tibial muscle and peroneus longus muscle) and the posterior part (medial and lateral gastrocnemius) were less involved than the middle part (soleus). Of 42 patients, 14 cases were MM, and 24 were LGMD 2B. The fat replacement score of each muscle between two groups showed no significant differences (F=0.066 to 3.907,P all>0.05) except for the adductor muscle (F=5.239, P=0.028), semimembranosus (F=6.703, P=0.014) and semitendinosus (F=7.689, P=0.009). Of 4 pre?symptomatic cases, 3 showed edema of posterior part of leg on STIR, especially soleus. In all patients, the fat replacement score correlated positively with course (rs=0.732, P=0.000) and GM-W score (rs=0.485, P=0.001). Conclusions The MRI of Chinese patient with dysferlinopathy was characterized by the milder involvement of rectus femoris, sartorius and gracilis muscle in the thigh and a sandwich?like pattern in the leg, which is helpful for differential diagnosis of inflammatory Myopathy versus other types of muscular dystrophy.
