Objective To study the color digital fundus photography of the fundus in the physical examination in screening and clinical importance to guide treatment.Methods 50 245 cases (100 490 eyes) healthy subjects with Topcon TRC NW100 digital color fundus camera to take pictures after the screening analysis.Results The number of the Inspector General,50 245 cases,45 373 cases of normal,accounting for 90.3％,a general description of those 359 cases,accounting for 0.7％,the positive findings in 4513 cases,accounting for 9.0％.Positive comparison between men and women of all age groups showed no significant difference ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Positive findings of retinal arteriosclerosis in the detection rate of 7.4％,0.1％ of the diabetic retinopathy,macular degeneration,0.1％,0.6％ of retinopathy,optic atrophy 0.1％,the optic nerve C/D greater than 0.7％.Screening of the positive findings of the subjects to give timely and accurate diagnosisandtreatmentrecommendations.Conclusion Digitalcolorfundusphotography objectivity,reproducibility andnon-invasive characteristics of the image data to facilitate thestorage and exchange,andretinalmicrovascular disease couldbetter predictthe effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascularevents,and therefore have important applications in the field ofhealthy value.

Objective To analyze the phenomenon of monozygotictwin(MZT)in in vitro fertilization/intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection-embryo transfer (IVF/ICSI-ET),and explore possible laboratory-related factors that may contribute to MZT. Methods Patients who transferred single embryo in our center from January 2015 to October 2016,including 1786 fresh embryo transfer cycles and 1710 thawed embryo transfer cycles and 49 preimplantation genetic diagnoses(PGD)cycles,were retrospectively analyzed. Correlation between fresh embryo,embryo freez-ing and thawing,embryo quality,artificial assistant hatching and MZT were analyzed. Results (1)There was no significant difference in the MZT rate between embryo age ,in vitro culturing time and in vitro fertilization mode (P > 0.05).(2)The MZT rate between fresh blastocysts and frozen-thawed blastocysts showed significant differ-ence(0.88%vs. 3.08%,P<0.05).(3)The incidence of MZT was significantly higher in laser hatching than that in mechanical hatching in PGD(25.00% vs. 0.00%,P < 0.05). Conclusion Frozen and assisted incubation of blastocyst are risk factors for MZT.

ObjectiveTo observe the immunotherapeutic effects of dendritic cells vaccine pulsed with tumor cell lysate on mice with pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Dendritic cells (MTSC4)were pulsed with tumor cells lysate. The immune preventative and immnotherapeutic effects of DC vaccines on mice with pancreatic carcinoma were assessed. Results After vaccination of the DC vaccines, mice remained tumor-free for at least 25 days in DCs vaccines group,but in other groups the subcutaneous implantation tumorigenesis were found beginning 3 to 9 days. Objective To investigate the etiological factors of hepatic dysfunction during late gestational period,and explore its effect on the mothers and babies.Methods The causes and prognosis of 347 cases with hepatic dysfunction during gestational period were retrospectively analyzed.Result Of the 347 cases of pregnancy,viral hepatitis was present in 216 cases(62.2%),and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP) present in 80 cases(23.1%);Postpartum hemorrhage rate increased significantly in viral hepatitis,and the rates of premature birth,fetal distress in uterus and cesarean increased obviously in ICP.Conclusion Viral hepatitis and ICP were the main causes of hepatic dysfunction,different complicated diseases may increase the danger of the mother and baby during pregnancy and childbirth.

Objective To understand the mental health status of healthy young men from 18 districts or counties in Beijing,so as to provide evidence for mental health management.MethodsVolunteers who had participated physical check-ups and got normal results underwent psychological examinations,including computer tests,paper pencil intelligence tests,and structured psychological interviews.Results From 2006 to 2009,a total of 28 386 healthy young men from 18 districts or counties of Beijing completed psychological examinations.The unqualification rate was 2.53%,3.28%,7.56% and 7.52% in year 2006,2007,2008 and 2009,respectively.Conclusion The overall psychological condition of young men living in Beijing may be comparatively better,which might be related to the higher level of psychological education,increased school-entrance rate,better economic condition,higher educational level of parents and improved social and cultural activities.The computer software for psychological test could be stable to some certain extent.

AIM:To study the application of ultrasonic extraction in process of extracting diosgenin from Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H.Wright,and to evaluate its merits.METHODS:A new process of ethanol extracting and hydrochloric acid hydrolysis was provided to extraction diosgenin,and five different extraction methods were studied and compared,and the reaction mechanism was discussed.RESULTS:The ultrasonic extraction method was more efficient.Compared with the traditional water-hydrolylis,extraction rate was 15 percent higher,dosage of hydrochloric acid was registered 90 percent decrease,and the production was purer.CONCLUSION:The grinding pretreatment of Dioscorea zingiberensis is help to enhance the effects of ultrasonic extraction,the method has some advantages in efficiency,energy-saving and low pollution.

Objective To observe the effect of a specific T-cell induced by lysate-pulsed human dendrtic cells against pancreatic cancer(PC) cells . Methods Dendritic cells were amplified and purified from peripheral blood of PC patient and were pulsed with tumor cells.Then they were co-cultured with autologus T-cell in vitro and divided into lysate-pulsed DCs group, unplused DCs group, lysates group,and control group. The supernatants of every co-culture group were collected and the concentration of IL-12 and IFN-? were measured by ELISA. The capacity of DC induced proliferation of T-cells was tested.The specific cytolytic activity of CTL was assessed in a 4-hr 51 Cr-release assay. T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 3 (Tim-3) is well known to negatively regulate T cells responses, but its role in burn-induced T cells immune suppression remains unclear. In the present study, in order to identify the relationship between Tim-3 expression and post-burn T cells immune suppression, C57BL/6 mice were subjected to burn injury or sham injury, and the liver and spleen were harvested at the day 1 after operation. The expression level of Tim-3 on hepatic or splenic T cells and the functional properties of Tim-3(+) T cells were evaluated. It was found burn injury induced dramatically elevated Tim-3 expression on both hepatic and splenic CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cells in contrast with the post-burn depletion of T cells. Furthermore, Tim-3 expression was correlated with the suppressive phenotype of T cells following burn injury, including increased expression of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10, decreased expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines IFN-γ and TNF-α, reduced T cell proliferation and elevated co-expression of Tim-3 and PD-1. Moreover, Tim-3(+) T cells subsets were more prone to spontaneous apoptosis than Tim-3(-) T cells subsets. Our findings reinforce the idea that the up-regulated expression of Tim-3 on T cells after burn injury plays an important role in the development and maintenance of burn-induced T cell immune suppression.

Objective To explore the relationship between the QT dispersion in simple central obesity youth and carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 38 patients with simple central obesity (obesity group) aged from 18 to 35 years, and 34 normal weight healthy control subjects (control group), age-matched were chosen. The blood pres-sure(BP) ,body mass index(BMI) ,waist-hip ratio(WHR) ,QTd,QTcd,plus the ultrasound examination of the inti-ma-media thickness(IMT) of carotid were measured and plaques on the patients' carotid artery were detected. Re-sults Comparing to the control group,BP,BMI,WHR,QTd,QTcd were larger in the obesity group with significant difference (P < 0.05) ; When QT dispersion was > 50 ms, the risk of IMT was higher than that when QT dispersion was < 50 ms (OR = 7.0,P < 0.05). Condnsion In the youth who are simple central obesity, their QT disper-sions are over the normal reference value, intima-media thickness are abnormal; the risk of IMT is higher when QT dispersion is > 50 ms; suggesting that QT dispersion can be one of reference index for forecasting the cardiovascular disease.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect on the prevention of eccyesis by optimizing fallopian tube to be pregnant.Methods Three hundred and seventy-nine patients with infertility were divided into two groups:control group with 187 patients received the combined optimized treatment,and study group with 192 patients received the combined optimized treatment and optimizing fallopian tube to be pregnant.All patients received the hysterosalpingography uterosalpingography(HSU)whik the patients of the study group received the ultraphonic monitor for the.dominant follicle besides for 6 ovulatory cycle.Results There were intrauterine gestation 59 patients(31.55%,59/187),eccyesis 20 patients(10.70%,20/187)and infertility 108 patients(57.75%,108/187)in control group while there were intrauterine gestation 83 patients(43.23%,83/192),eccyesis 10 patients(5.21%,10/192)and infertility 99 patients (51.56%,99/192)in study group.The intrauterine gestation rate in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the eccyesis rate was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in the infertility rate between two groups(P＞0.05).The eccyesis rate in fallopian tube unsmooth was higher than that in salpingemphraxis and fallopian tube canalization respectively[12.59%(18/143),2.63%(2/76),2.70%(2/74),P<0.05].Conclusion Selecting the optimizing fallopian tube by HSU and monitoring the dominant follicle by ultraphonic to guide pregnancy can let the dominant follicle grow and conceive in the optimizing fallopian tIlbe,and this treatment can raise the intrauterine gestation rate and decrease the cause of eccyesis.
