AIM: To investigate the clinical significance in determination of the P-selectin levels in subjects with prethrombotic state or thrombosis by flow cytometry (FCM). METHODS: The P-selectin expression on platelet membrane in 42 patients with diabetes mellitus, 33 with hyperlipidemia, 23 with cerebral infarction and 20 healthy individuals, were analyzed using fluorescently-labeled SZ-51 by direct FCM comparing with indirect FCM and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects and side effects of recombinant erytropoietin(rEPO)on patients with anemia in chronic renal failure(CRF).METHODS:128 patients with anemia in CRF had been given rEPO by subcutaneous injection for12weeks,the clinical effects were observed by own control method.RESULTS:Excellence cases amounted 91,efficacy cases33,and the overall efficacy rate was96.88%;The side effects included hypertension,coagulation in dialysis machine,pain in injection site and head,no severe adverse drug reactions were found;No degradation in renal function was found in non-dialysis patients during the medication.CONCLUSIONS:rEPO could improve anemia in CRF safely and effectively.

Objective: To observe the therapeutic actions of Wenjinghuayu Mixture(Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Cyperi, Herba Leonur, etc.) on dysmenorrhea and irregular menstruation. Methods: The uterus and ovary of mice were weighted. The ear edema and writhing and isolated rat uterus were used for experiment models. Results: Wenjinghuayu Mixture could significantly increased the weight of uterus of mice. It had inhibitory effects on mice ear edema and could reduce the writhing of mice and rats. It had biphasic effect on rat's isolated uterine contraction. Conclusion: Wenjinghuayu Mixture has effects of analgesia and anti-inflammation and has biphasic effect on uterine contraction.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound in discovering secondary pathological changes in infant with developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH).Methods Thirtyfour infants with 36 dislocation hips were involved.Among them,32 were with unilateral dislocation of hip joint,2 were with bilateral dislocation of hip joint.High frequency ultrasound were used to observe the morphological changes of hip glenoid labrum,adipose hyperplasia in acetabulum,thickness variation of articular capsule,and development of the ossification center of the femoral head.Besides,the morphological changes of hip glenoid labrum and adipose hyperplasia in acetabul were compared with those from MRI.Results The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound in diagnosing glenoid labral introversion were 82 ％ and 100％ respectively.The coincidence rate of diagnosing glenoid labral introversion and glenoid labral extroversion were both 83％.Adipose hyperplasias in acetabul were clearly seen in 31 hips using ultrasound.The thickness of articular capsule in the affected hip and in the healthy hip was (2.8 ± 0.6)mm versus (1.7 ± 0.4) mm,and the difference was obviously significant (P ＜0.01).The ossification center of the femoral head in the 34 infants were classified as the following four types:① which was smaller in the affected side than in the healthy side (22/34);②which was shown in the healthy side (7/34) but not in the affected side;③ which in both sides were not shown (4/34);④ which in both sides were small (1/34).Conclusions Ultrasound is a method of simple,rapid,non-invasive in diagnosing DDH,and it can be used to discover secondary pathological changes in infant with DDH,which provide important reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To evaluate HSP90 levels in the diagnosis and staging of gastrointestinal tumors.Method Patients with gastrointestinal tumors hospitalized from 2014 January to 2015 April were enrolled in this study.Serum level of HSP90 was detected.Results The serum HSP90 level of cancer group(112 ± 74)was significantly higher than the control groups,the area under the ROC curve of HSP90's was 0.875 and the cut-off point was 63.63 with sensitivity of 76.1％ and specificity of 92.6％.The HSP90 level in gastric cancer group(135 ±73)ng/ml was the highest,in colon cancer group was (105 ± 60) ng/ml and in rectum cancer group was(79 ± 42)ng/ml (all P ＜ 0.05).Serum HSP90 levels in moderate and low differentiated adenocarcinoma were higher than well differentiated adenocarcinoma group (P ＜ 0.05).Serum HSP90 level was higher in tumors with submucosa and serosa infiltration (P ＜ 0.05).Those with lymphatic metastasis tend to have a higher serum HSP90 level than those without.Conclusion Serum HSP90 level has a good predictive value on gastrointestinal tumor diagnosis,and it is correlated with tumor staging and infiltration status.

Objective: To analyze the pre-hospital and in-hospital linkage effect on reducing the degree and reduce the complications of phenol burn. Methods: From January 2015 to July 2016, 51 patients with phenol burns in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Medical Center were treated by in-hospital and in-hospital treatment. Gathering the general data, clinical situation, treatment methods and treatment results were compared with the previous literature on phenol burn treatment. Results: Among the 51 cases, 50 patients with burn area <5%, 1 patient with burn area 5%~0%, 51 patients were cured, and the cure rate was 100%, during the period under observation and all treated patients out of follow-up after under observation, there were no obvious abnormalities in blood and urine routine, did not appear damage of liver and renal function. Conclusion Phenol can damage many important organs and tissues of the whole body, and it can affect the body and develop corresponding symptoms within a few minutes and hours. Therefore, it is very important to quickly and correctly respond to the injury caused by phenol. The treatment of pre-hospital and in-hospital linkage treatment method has obvious effect on reducing phenol injury and reducing the incidence of complications.

Objective To explore the mental health and its relationship with mental quality of training logistic soldiers in field.Methods Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Mental Quality Questionnaire for armymen (MQQA) were employed to evaluate the mental health and mental quality of 230 training logistic soldiers in field,and then an analysis was carried out on the characteristics of the training logistic soldiers on mental health and its relationship with mental quality.Results ①The psychological problem's ratio of training soldiers was 21.3％,and the ratio of the male(22.8％) was significantly higher than that of the female(15.2％) (x2 =8.64,P=0.00).In SCL-90,the scores of somatization (1.46 ± 0.63),hostility (1.49 ± 0.75) and psychotism (1.43 ±0.68) were all higher in training soldiers than the army norm.The factor scores of somatization (1.49 ± 0.66)and psychotism(1.46 ± 0.72) in the male training soldiers were considerably higher than those of the male soldiers norm (P ＜ 0.05),but not in the female(P ＞ 0.05).②There existed a significantly negative correlation between the factor scores of the mental quality and that of SCL-90 (P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01).③The SCL-90 scores existed clear differences in obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility and paranoid ideation among different mental quality groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The mental health of training logistic soldiers is poor.The mental health is closely related to the mental quality.Therefore,the mental health education and mental quality training should be strengthened to the training logistic soldiers.

Objective To explore the effects of group psychological training on mental health of military students and field soldiers.Methods A total of 60 students and 48 soldiers received group psychological quality training and studied a textbook Mental Quality Training for armymen for 3 months.Mental Quality Questionnaire for Amymen (MQQA),Symptom CheckList 90 (SCL-90),Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI) were employed to evaluate mental health and psychological quality of subject before and after the training.All the data were analyzed by independent-samples t test.Results (1) The difference in MQQA score of field soldiers before and after training was significantly larger than that of military students in loyalty and general score,and lower in willpower((-16.58 ± 7.75) vs.(-1.75 ± 8.68),(-27.74 ± 28.74) vs.(-12.57 ± 30.96),P ＜ 0.05).(2) The SCL-90 difference of field soldiers between before and after training was significantly larger than that of military students in hostility and phobic anxiety((0.26 ±0.47) vs.(0.07 ± 0.24),(0.13 ± 0.40) vs.(0.02 ± 0.13),P ＜ 0.05).(3) The difference in emotion score of field soldiers between before and after training was significantly larger than that of military students in SAS,SDS,SAI,TAI and STAI (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The effects of group psychological quality training on field soldier group are better than that of military students,which is helpful to improve mental quality and mental health,as well as to relax anxiety and depression of soldiers.

Objective To explore the application of high frequency ultrasonography in the rapid diagnosis of irreducible radial head subluxation in children.Methods Twenty-three patients aged 1 to 5 with unilateral radial head subluxation in children were observed by high-frequency ultrasonography and radiography,and then compared the symptomatic to the contralateral side.Results No case of radial head subluxation was found by radiography.23 cases of radial head subluxation were found by high frequency ultrasonography,10 cases with articular cavity effusion.On the diagnosis of radial head subluxation in children,the sensitivity of high frequency ultrasonography was obviously higher than that of radiography.Conclusions The sensitivity of high frequency ultrasonography in the rapid diagnosis of the radial head subluxation in children is obviously higher than that of X ray film.High frequency ultrasonography through continuous scan can determine the continuity of anatomical structure and the relationship between some views to show the location of the specific structure relations.Specifically,it can be quickly and clearly diagnosed on anterior long-axis view and the lateral coronal view of radiohumeral joint.
