Objective To define the best dose of PMSG/hCG for superovulation and optimize the biological purification system for genetic-modified mice of C57BL/6J background, we injected different dose of PMSG/hCG to promote superovulation, and carried out in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation.Methods 5-week old female C57BL/6J mice were injected with 4 different doses(5 IU,7.5 IU,10 IU and 15 IU, respectively) of PMSG/hCG.Then the mice were mated with wild type male mice and embryos were obtained by cesarean section.In another approach, oocytes of superovulated mice were fertilized in vitro and then transplanted into surrogate female mice . Results In the cesarean section group, the highest rate of pregnancy was 89.00 ±19.05% in the 5 IU injection group.But the difference compared with other groups was not statistically significant.In the embryo transplantation group, the average number of oocytes from 10 IU injection group was 30.33 ±0.89, and the average number of 2-cell embryo was 23.78 ±0.19, significantly higher than those in the other three groups.Conclusions Administration of 5 IU PMSG/hCG will improve mating efficiency in cesarean section-based purification of C57BL/6J mice.10 IU PMSG/hCG is the best dose for superovulation of C57BL/6J mice.The number of 2-cell embryos is maximized when 10 IU PMSG/hCG is used in the embryo transplantation.

The hydatid fluid, secondary hydatid and protoscolex of Echinococcus granulosus were used as template, 417 bp special band was got after being amplified by PCR. The PCR product was purified and labeled with DIG. The special DNA probe was successfully got and was used to detect the Echinococcus granulosus. Results The DNA from Escherichia coli, Shigella, Tubercle, Cysticercus granulosus and healthy human leukocyte were extended by PCR and hybrided by DNA probe labeled with DIG, and only Cysticercus granulosus expressed 471 bp special band. The sensitivity of PCR was that one Cysticercus granulosus can be detected or 100-10 fg DNA, while the dot hybridization was 2500 fg. Heterologous DNA did not be positive reaction, even increasing the spotting membrane dosages. In the treatment of hiccup in the elders by acupuncture plus ear-point embedding method, main acupoints Neiguan (PC 6), Zusanli (ST 36) and Tiantu (CV 22) were treated. Qihai (CV 6) and Taixi (KI 3) were added for those with weak constitution due to old age and severe illness, Zanzhu (BL 2) added for those with cerebrovascular disease, and Zhigou (TE 6) added for those with digestive disease and constipation, and Hegu (LI 4) added for those with respiratory disease. Ear-point embedding method on Diaphragm(MA), Stomach(MA), Ershenmen(MA-TF 1), Subcortes(MA-AT1) and Kidney(MA) were conducted. Results showed cure in 45 cases, improvement in 10 cases and the effective rate was 100%.

Objective To investigate the relationship between antipituitary antibodies (APAs) and hypopituiarism following traumatic brain injury (TBI),as well as the severity of brain injury.Methods The study included 73 patients who suffered TBI 9 to 12 months ago and were diagnosed with hypopituitarism during the follow-up.Based on their Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) on admission they were categorized into three groups:A (3-8),B (9-12) and C (13-15).Levels of plasma pituitary hormones (GH,TT,FT3 and FSH/LH) and APAs were measured in all patients with chemiluminescence assays and ELISA,respectively.Results Patients in group A had higher levels of APAs and lower levels of hormones compared with those in group B(P＜0.001) or group C(P＜0.001),while no significant difference was found between group B and group C for levels of either APAs (P＞0.05) or hormones (P＞0.05).Levels of APAs were negatively correlated with both GH (r=-0.64071,P＜0.001) and GCS (r=-0.50132,P＜0.001).Conclusion The present investigation provides preliminary evidence that APAs may be associated with the development of TBI-induced hypopituiarism.It suggests that the severity of hypopituiarism following TBI could be predicted by measuring the level of APAs.

Objective To investigate the relationship between EphA2, EphrinAl and E-cadherin expressions and tumor stage and prognosis in pancreatic cancer. Method EphA2, EphrinAl and Ecadherin expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry in the tumor tissue and normal tissue specimens from 48 patients with primary pancreatic cancer. Results The expressions of EphA2 and EphrinAl were higher in the pancreatic carcinoma tissues than in the normal pancreatic tissues (P<0. 05). The E-cadherin expression was lower in the pancreatic cancer tissues than in the normal pancreatic tissues (P<0. 05). With decreasing histological differentiation, the expressions of EphA2 and EphrinAl in carcinoma tissues increased significantly (P<0. 05), while the E-cadherin expression decreased significantly (P<0. 05). The positive expressions of EphA2 and EphrinAl in the primary tumor significantly increased in stageⅢ and Ⅳ than in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ (47. 9%vs 6. 25% , P<0. 05;47. 9% vs 8. 3%, P<0. 05), while the negative expression of E-cadherin was reversely correlated with these tumor stages (14. 6% vs 64. 6%, P<0. 05). Cox multivariate analysis showed that the clinical stage, EphA2 positive expression and E-cadherin negative expression were significantly associated with survival. Conclusion Abnormal expressions of EphA2, EphrinAl and E-cadherin were involved in the progression of pancreatic cancer and they were useful in predicting prognosis.

Aim To determine the possibilities and mechanisms of EGFR, a receptor protein tyrosine kinase associated with many important cellular processes re-sponsible for cardiovascular remodeling in renovascular hypertensive rats. Methods 2K1C hypertensive rats were used in the present study. Blood pressure was measured with the tail-cuff method. LVMI and his-topathological changes in the cardiovascular system were analysed. EGFR expressions of aorta and myocar-dium as well as phosphorylation levels of ERK in hy-pertensive rats were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis, respectively. Results Sys-tolic blood pressure was markedly increased 2 weeks after 2K1C surgery. Cardiovascular remodeling induced by hypertension was confirmed by elevated LVMI, pro-liferation of collagen fibers in myocardial interstitium, histopathological changes in cardiovascular system and increased IMT of thoracic aorta 6 weeks after 2 K1 C surgery. Compared with sham rats, EGFR expression in the ventricular myocardium of 2 K1 C rats was signifi-cantly increased at 6 weeks ( P<0. 05 ) , and the EG-FR/GAPDH ratio was higher in 2 K1 C rats with higher systolic blood pressure ( P < 0. 05 ) . Phosphorylation level of ERK 1/2 was upregulated correspondingly in 2 K1 C rats ( P <0. 01 ) . Increased EGFR expression was also found in aortas of 2K1C rats, particularly in tunica intima and media. Conclusion EGFR and its down-stream kinases ERK 1/2 are involved in cardio-vascular remodeling in association with the severity of hypertension in renovascular hypertensive rats.

This article ana-lyzed the influence factors and the measurement methods of intramedullary pressure. The influence factors included edema, vascular regula-tion and bleeding, spinal dural, pia mater spinalis, cerebrospinal fluid, canalis vertebralis and body position, etc. The measurement methods included direct measurement methods, as the sensor placed in the parenchyma of spinal cord, intradural extramedullary or lumbar catheter, and measuring in vitro, and indirect measurement methods, as computer modeling and intraocular pressure measuring.

With the development of science and technology, and the emergence of artificial intelligence, wearable technology is becom-ing a hot topic in the field of rehabilitation medicine. Wearable technology is characterized by miniaturization, intelligency and convenience, and has been widely researched and applied in many fields, such as neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation and rehabilitation for senile degenerative diseases. The further research may focus on the reliability of signals under dynamic monitoring, the comfortable feeling during long-term use of wearable devices, the data security based on personal privacy, and so on.

Objective: To study the relationship between nutrition status and physical fitness in 8-10 year-old children in 3 cities, and to provide a scientific reference for improving physical condition of chidren of pre-school age. Methods: To investigate the weight, height and physical fitness (standing long jump, endurance running, rope skipping in one minute and sit-ups in one minute) of 1 384 children in grade four from 24 primary schools in Beijing, Changzhi, Urumchi in 2018. Evaluated overweight and obesity by using the standard of “Screening for Overweight and Obesity among School-age Children”. Then used mixed linear model to compare the physical fitness of students with different nutritional status and to analyze the relationship between BMI and physical fitness. Results: The prevalence of overweight and obesity were 17.41% and 23.48%, respectively. And the prevalence in boys was both more than that in girls(χ2=9.84，47.68，P<0.01). The increase in BMI of children from the same age and the same gender was related with the decrease in physical fitness by correlation analysis(P<0.05). In comparison method, the performance of the students of normal weight was better than obese students, but the male and female students had got the same results in their physical fitness test(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a negative correlation between nutrition status and physical fitness and the physical fitness in normal weight and obese children are better than the overweight children or obese children.
