Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
An old educational mode is conducted in the teaching and research section for a long time, which is not in conformity with the development of higher education. It is urgent to strengthen the administration reform of the teaching and research section. It is significant in improving educational quality for a college to make the assessment of the educational level, and these activities promoted the management level of the teaching and research section.
2.Preparation and characteristics of patterned TiO_2 thin film on TC4 made by sol-gel method
Journal of Medical Biomechanics 2010;25(1):21-25
Objective To improve the long-term biocompatibility and mechanical stability of Titanium alloy implants.Method Micro-nano patterned TiO_2 thin films have been prepared on TC4 substrates via a sol-gel dipcoating method with Ti(OC_4H_9)_4(TEOT)as precursor and polyethylene glycol(PEG)as organic template. The Influence of PEG concentration upon the morphology of the target films has been studied by using AFM.The wettability and tribological properties of the target films have been studied by means of optical contact angle measuring instrument and UMT-2.Results When increasing the PEG concentration to 3.5 g/100 mL,a parallel arranged groove structure can be obtained on the surface of the sample;compared with TiO_2 sol-gel film without adding organic template, the wear resistance of the patterned film is better. Conclusions The feature of the patterned TiO_2 films can be controlled by adding different amount of Organic template;and it has been proved that a certain kind of patterned structure can imeprove the wear resistance of the film.
3.Evaluation of the centralization status of the distal stem of hip femoral pro sthesis
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 1998;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the centralization of the distal stem of hip femoral prosthesis after total hip replacement with CT imaging. Methods T he 4th zone of the femoral stem of hip prosthesis in 18 cases was scanned with c omputerized tomography; the affected limb was fixed, the window level was 1 500 to 2 000. The rectangular coordinat was established, its origin was the center o f femoral medullary cavity, and the line parallel with the connecting line betwe en the posterior borders of femoral medial lateral condyles was X axis. The foll owed variables were recorded on CT imaging: 1)the distance of the centers(the me dullary cavity center and femoral prosthetic center); 2) medullary cavity radius ; 3) the distance of the centers/medullary cavity radius; 4) the relationship of the prosthetic hip and quadrant; 5) metal pseudo imagines. The distal femoral st em of hip prosthesis could be measured and analyzed. Results Through CT scan, th e location of the distal stem in femoral medullary cavity could be accurately sh own and viewed directly. The distances between the femoral stem tips and the cen ters of medullary cavity, the radius of femoral medullary cavity, and the quadra nt which the stem tips are located at, could be considered as quantitative indic es on the centralization of the femoral distal stem of hip prosthesis. Conclusio n The centralized status of the distal stem of hip prosthesis can be observed wi th CT imaging. CT imaging is a kind of accurate and quantitative analysis method . It not only can guide the doctor to study and improve the surgical techniques, but also offer a reliable basis for correlative research. [

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2016;39(10):925-927
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of far lateral lumbar disc herniation (FLLDH). Methods The CT and MRI imagine data of 34 patients with FLLDH were retrospectively analyzed and compared. Results The positive rate of CT in diagnosis FLLDH was 88.24%(30/34), and the positive rate of MRI was 94.12%(32/34). There was no statistical difference (P>0.05). There were no statistical differences in the diagnosis of disease region and image representation between CT and MRI (P>0.05). Conclusions There is higher coincidence rate of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of FLLDH, but the two imaging methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. In clinical practice, the two imaging methods can be used to improve the clinical diagnosis rate, and provide a reliable basis for determining the surgical treatment options.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2009;30(4):268-270
Objective To discuss whether potassium sensitivity test(PST) is correlated with PUF in Interstitial Cystitis (IC). Methods The data of 14 IC patients (female 13, male 1) were an-alyzed. The mean age was 48 years (range 35-67 years). The clinical symptoms included urinary fre-quency, urgency, pelvic and peritoneal region pain after bladder filling. All the patients met the diag-nostic criteria of NIDDK for IC. Dilatations by hyponome were performed, medicine including heparin-sodium, lidocaine, NaHCO3 were used by intravesical instillation. PST and the pelvic pain and urgen-cy/frequency patient symptom (PUF) were used for evaluation. The relationship of the PST and PUF was assessed by statistics. Results PST median decreased from 4.0 to 1.0 (P<0.01). PUF medi-an decreased from 27.5 to 13.5(P<0.01). PST was directly correlated with PUF (rs=0. 868, t= 4.418, P= 0.001 before treatment, rs = 0.779, t=4.300, P = 0.001 after treatment). Conclusions PST and PUF are correlated. Both can be used as index in diagnosis, differential diagno-sis, symptom severity and treatment effectiveness evaluation of IC.

Journal of Veterinary Science 2020;21(2):e30-
Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae (Mo) is difficult to culture, resulting in many difficulties in related research and application. Since nucleotide metabolism is a basic metabolism affects growth, this study conducted a “point-to-point” comparison of the corresponding growth phases between the Mo NM151 strain and theMycoplasma mycoides subsp. capri (Mmc) PG3 strain. The results showed that the largest difference in nucleotide metabolism was found in the stationary phase. Nucleotide synthesis in PG3 was mostly de novo, while nucleotide synthesis in NM151 was primarily based on salvage synthesis. Compared with PG3, the missing reactions of NM151 referred to the synthesis of deoxythymine monophosphate. We proposed and validated a culture medium with added serine to fill this gap and prolong the stationary phase of NM151. This solved the problem of the fast death of Mo, which is significant for related research and application.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2013;12(8):646-648
Sixty five patients with of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into intervention group (n =32) and control group (n =33).Patients in control group received conventional treatment only ;in addition to conventional treatment, patients in intervention group also received community intervention, including health education, psychological counseling and joint function exercise. The treatment lasted for 6 months,29 patients in intervention group and 28 in control group completed the trial. The results showed that the spinal motion (flexion, extension, lateral bending),chest expantion, finger to floor distance, occiput to wall gap in intervention group were better improved than those in control group after treatment (P < 0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were lower in intervention group than those in control group after treatment (P < 0.05).The results indicate that community intervention can effectively improve spinal mobility, reduce spinal deformity; relieve the anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life for patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
