Objective To explore the effect of estradiol benzoate on the expressions of heat shock protein (HSP)70, 90 in endometrial glandular epithelial cell. Methods Normal endometrial glandular epithelial cells were isolated, and cultured by enzymolysis method and identified by electron microscopy and immunohistochemical analysis. The normal endometrial glandular epithelial cells were treated with culture medium only, estradiol benzoate (10 -9 , 10 -8 , 10 -7 or 10 -6 mol/L), estradiol benzoate(10 -9 , 10 -8 , 10 -7 or 10 -6 mol/L) and antiestrogen ICI 182780(fulvestrant,faslodex, 1?mol/L)and ICI 182780 only for 6, 12, 18, 24 hours respectively. The dose-and time-related effect of estradiol benzoate and ICI 182780 on the cell growth was measured by mononuclear cell direct cytotoxicity assay (methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay), and that on the expression of HSP70 and HSP90 in normal endometrial glandular epithelial cell in vitro was measured by immunohistochemical analysis and computerized image analysis system. Results Estradiol benzoate stimulated cell growth in a time-and dose-dependent manner and the effect was attenuated by the antiestrogen ICI 182780. There exist a number of medical psychology teaching gaps in the present Chinese medicine institutions including the course nature,teaching content,course construction and what is in line with the requirement of examination outline for professional doctors. By changing medical psychology into the required course,increasing class time,fractionizing teaching content and carrying out case teaching and practice teaching can enhance Chinese medicine graduates’ability to understand and apply the principle of modern psychology and technology.

The construction of psychology specialty in medical universities is adapted to the needs of social development and to meet people's growing need for mental health. However,there are some problems in the construction of psychology specialty,such as the difficulty to unify teaching mode,the curriculum dilemma,awkwardness of graduates'employment,which greatly affected the psychology specialty in medical universities. To resolve this dilemma,we propose a clear specialty goals,the establishment of medical colleges for psychology professionals as well as the alternative policy in the present state.

ObjectiveTo evaluate central compartment lymph node metastasis in cN0 papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) patients. MethodsThe clinical data of 166 cN0 PTC patients was retrospectively analyzed. ResultsThe central compartment lymph node metastasis rate of age ＜ 45 years group was higher than the group of age≥45 years(39％ vs.22％,P ＜0.05).Tumor size ＞0.5 cm tends to metastasize more often than tumor size ≤0.5 cm(P ＜0.05) ; there was significantly difference in central compartment lymph node metastasis rate between upper pole tumor ( 25％,12/48 ) and middle ( 45％,13/29 ) or lower pole (43％,31/72),P ＜ 0.01. ConclusionscN0 PTC patients with tumor located in middle pole or lower pole,tumor size ＞ 0.5 cm or age ＜ 45 years are at higher risks for central compartment lymph node metastasis.

Objective To investigate the laws of the treatment of diabetic retinopathy with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods By searching domestic literature of treating DR with traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI from 2000 to 2010, made primary summary and analyzed. Results 85 eligible published documents were found involving 147 medicinal herbs. Herbs with the functions of tonifying, activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis and heat were mostly seen.Cases reported in literature were mainly non-proliferative lesions,occupying a ratio of 58.82%;drug observation time was mainly 12 weeks, occupying a ratio of 44.17%. Conclusion Asthenia,statis and heat were pathological factors existing throughout the whole process of DR. Invigorating, romoting blood circulation, and,cooling blood should be the basic therapeutic methods.

Objective To investigate the effects of maternal deprivation at different time periods in rat pup development on depressions in adults.Methods Newborn SD rat pups were randomly divided into 5 maternal deprivation groups(n=5 in each group) and one control group (n=7).The rat pups in the maternal deprivation groups were separated from their mother for 6 hours in one day,at p0,p5,p 10,p15,p20 respectively,lasting for five days.Then the rats will be screened for depression at the age of 10 weeks,using different behavioral tests,which included forced swim,coat score,sucrose preference test.Norepinephrine concentration in the cerebral spinal fluid was also measured through high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results Maternal deprivation for rat pups induced depression like behavior in adults.The floating time during forced swim test increased from(58.5 ±7.5) s in control group to(p0(75.6±9.4) s,p5(150.4±12.5) s,p10(174.5±14.3) s,p15(155.4±11.4)s,p20 (112.4±10.3) s respectively in maternal deprivation groups;and it was significant different among the groups(P＜ 0.01).Compared with the control group(0.87±0.1),the sucrose preference in maternal deprivation groups decreased(p0 (0.73±0.12),p5 (0.53±0.09),p10 (0.5±0.06),p15 (0.54±0.07),p20 (0.67±0.05)).And the coating scores in maternal deprivation groups decreased from 4.5±0.6 in control group to p0(3.3±0.6),p5 (2.3±0.4),p10 (1.9±0.3),p15 (2.4±0.4),p20 (4.4± 0.4).Finally,maternal deprivation also induced low concentration of catecholamine in the cerebral spinal fluid compared with that in control group (p0 (94.5± 11.5) ％,p5 (78.5± 9.6) ％,p10(67.6±±7.4)％,p1S(64.5±6.6)％,p20(88.5±7.5)％,P＜0.01,n=5-7).Conclusion Maternal deprivation at different lactation periods may induce depression behaviors in rat offspring,and also lead to lower concentration of catecholamine in the cerebral spinal fluid.

AIM:To study the microRNA profiling in the serum of insulin-resistant mice and the mechanism of insulin resistance induced by related microRNAs.METHODS:A high-fat diet was used to induce insulin resistance model in KM mice.The microRNA profiling in serum of insulin-resistant and normal mice was analyzed by microarray chip and were validated by real-time PCR.miRanda data base was used to forecast target genes.miRBase was used to obtain the se-quences of related microRNAs, based on which protein interactions were predicted using the online analytical tool STRING. RESULTS:In serum of insulin-resistant mice, the expression of miR-125, miR-126, miR-143, miR-30a, miR-199a, miR-127, miR-184, miR-30e, miR-134, miR-195, miR-206, miR-429, miR-212, miR-362, miR-382, miR-154 and miR-466h was significantly up-regulated.miR-211, miR-504, miR-877 and miR-1930 were significantly down-regulated. miR-143 associated with insulin resistance was able to bind to 3'-UTR of fat mass and obesity-associated protein (FTO), and FTO was found to interact with Rpgrip1l, Tmem18, Mc4r, Npy, Hhex, Tcf712, Cdkal1, Slc30a8, Igf2bp2 and Tha-da.CONCLUSION:Twenty-one microRNAs in the serum of insulin-resistant mice induced by a high-fat diet are signifi-cantly different from those of normal mice, in which 17 kinds were significantly up-regulated.miR-143 closely related to in-sulin resistance is able to regulate FTO protein expression, which interacts with other 10 proteins associated with the occur-rence and development of diabetes.The results are also useful for further study of the molecular mechanisms in insulin re-sistance.

Objective To discuss clinical characteristics and surgical treatment of patients with pulmo?nary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(PIMT). Methods From April 2010 to June 2015 in Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, there were 15 cases patients diagnosed as PIMT and trea?ted. The clinical datas of the patients were analyzed retrospectively. The main clinical manifestations,pathological results,clinical treatment and prognosis of the patients and follow?up outcome were analyzed. Results There were 10 males and 5 females,at the age of 39 to 6 8 years old with the median age of 52. Among the 15 cases of patients with PIMT,1 case was recurrence,14 cases were initial treatment. The treatment reason was due to the abnormal physical examination,or cough and sputum with blood,or chest pain,or chest tightness or fever. Chest CT showed that the mass was round or class round, lobulated, part of them showed the burr shape edge. Immunohistochemistry showed that Vimentin positive and smooth muscle actin positive. All patients accept?ed the open chest or thoracoscope surgery. The main operations concluded partial resection,lobectomy or lobecto?my with lymph node eradication. No perioperative death occured,no complications such as postoperative bleed?ing,bronchial pleural fistula and other complications happened. The average follow?up time was from 8 to 58 months. Follow?up rate was 100. 0%(15/15). There was no tumor recurrence. Conclusion The clinical mani?festations of the pulmonary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor is complex. The PIMT should be confirmed by pathologic examination,the main treatment is surgical resection with good prognosis and lower recurrence.

Objective To explore the effects of passive smoking on vascular endothelial function in office women.Methods Totally,94 healthy office women volunteers from urban(36 women)and townships or towns(58 women)were divided into three groups based on the extent of their daily exposure to passive smoking,group A exposed to one to eight cigarettes,group B exposed to nine to 15 cigarettes,and group C exposed to more than 15 cigarettes,respectively,with 20 healthy young women without exposure to passive smoking as controls.Internal diameter of the brachial artery Was measured by color Doppler ultrasound scanning for each of the participants and its changes were observed before and after congestive reaction of the brachial artery test and nitroglycerin test.Results Thirteen of 36 office women from urban and 38 of 58 from townships or towns exposed to passive smoking of more than eight cigarettes daily,with chi-square of 7.74,P=0.0054.The brachial artery in groups A,B and C dilated less than that in the controls did.The brachial artery in group C dilated less than that in the groups A and B did.Conclusion Passive smoking could damage vascular endothelial dilatation function in office women.
