Objective:To explore the components of medical professionalism among excellent physicians , and discuss the approaches and ways of cultivating professionalism of physicians .Methods: We designed a question-naire, on the basis of literature retrieval , to investigate 50 excellent clinical doctors that came from 8 class 3A hos-pitals in Shanghai .Then we interviewed 20 famous doctors of them , who had good reputation and prestige .Re-sults:The components of excellent physician's professionalism include moral quality character , achievement behav-ior character and interpersonal communication character .And each character consists of a collection of different competencies .Conclusions:There is a stable positive correlativity relationship between the degree of excellence and physician's professionalism .The cultivation of medical professionalism should be based on ability , practice and humanistic quality , and through various ways and measures .

[Objective] To discuss the reasonable treatment and skil of gal bladder calculus.[Method] Select 81 cases of such patients, take their clinical data as examples for analysis foundation;and choose relative documents for evidence of theoretic analysis.[Result] 77 cases were successively operated of laparo-scope, 3 transferred for laparotomy owing to difficult anatomy of Colot triangle, 1 made probe of choledoch because of choledocholithiasis;compared with documents results, the incision length, bleeding, operaiotn time, in-hospital time and complications of laparoscope operation, transferred laparotomy in the study were similar to relative documentary reports, the differences had no statistical meaning;the intranperative bleeding, operation period, in-hopital time, complications were better than documents, the differences had statistical meaning. [Conclusion] The correct pre-operation evaluation of disease condition, operation chance and methods selection, 3 operation points were the key of successful operaiton.

Objective:To investigate a method to identify Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans serotypes by polymerase chain reaction. Methods:18 Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans strains representing serotypes a to f were used in the test. 6 pairs of specific oligonucleotide primers for gene clusters involved in the biosynthesis of serotype specific polysaccharide antigens were designed. The primers were developed and evaluated in a genetic method of identifying serotypes of Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans strains by using a PCR assay. Results: Each pair of primers can specifically identify one serotype of Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans strains. No cross reaction was observed in all 18 strains. The PCR product sizes were as follows: 428 bp (serotype a), 298 bp (serotype b), 559 bp (serotype c), 690 bp (serotype d), 211 bp (serotype e) and 232 bp (serotype f). Conclusion:PCR method may be useful to identify Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans serotypes rapidly and directly.

Objective To investigate the serum levels of fatty cytokines in hepatitis B patients with liver fibrosis.Methods Fifty six hepatitis B patients with liver fibrosis admitted in Wenzhou Central Hospital from April 2014 to March 2016 were recruited as case group and 65 healthy subjects as control group.Serum cytokines including omentin,leptin,adiponectin and visfatin were detected in both two groups and glutamyl endopeptidase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and hepatitis B virus DNA were detected in the case group.Liver biopsy was performed in the case group and histologic activity (HA) and histologic fibrosis (HF) stage were evaluated.Results The level of omentin in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group [(358-119) vs.(305 ± 108) μg/L,t =2.236,P =0.037].Serum omentin,visceral fat hormone,leptin and adiponectin were not associated with liver function and HBV-DNA (P ＞0.05).There was no significant difference in adipocytokines levels between the low and high HA group (P ＞ 0.05).The level of omentin in high HF stage group was significantly higher than that in low HF stage group [(398 ± 130) vs.(292 ± 120) μg/L,t =2.648,P =0.009],while the other fatty cytokines did not show significantly differences between high and low HF groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Serum omentin level is elevated in hepatitis B patients with liver fibrosis and is associated with liver fibrosis severity.

Objective To explore the change of serum osteopontin levels in preoperative and postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinic significance.Methods The levels of serum osteopontin were detected by ELISA.Results In 88 NSCLC patients,serum osteopontin levels were significantly higher than in benign pulmonary disease and healthy control group(P＜0.05.P＜0.01.respectively) There was no difference between benign pulmonary disease and healthy control group(P＞0.05).Serum osteopontin levels were related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis,and the levels of serum osteopontin were lower in postoperative patients than in preoperative cases(P＜0.05).For NSCLC.the detection of osteopontin had a sensitivity of 84.1%,a specificity of 92.5%,and an accuracy of 88.1%. Conclusion Increased serum levels of osteopontin may be useful as a helpful clinical biomarker to diagnose earlier,predict prognosis and differentiate from benign pulmonary disease.

Objective To investigate the preventive effects of anti-viral therapy in combination with transcatheter arteria chemoembolization (TACE) on recurrence of HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after operation. Methods According to selection standards, 49 patients treated in this hospital from January 2003 to June 2009 were enrolled in this study and divided into a control group and combined group.The cumulative tumor-free survival rate, cumulative survival rate, the 1-, 2- and 3-year recurrence rates and cumulative recurrence rates were determined in all the patients and compared between the 2 groups. Results The cumulative tumor-free survival rate and cumulative survival rate were significantly higher in the combined group than in the control group (P=0. 019, 0. 008). The 1-, 2-, and 3-recurrence rates were 24% vs. 38.9%, 28% vs. 33.3%, and 28% vs. 22.2% in the combined group and control group, respectively. The 1-, 2-, and 3-year cumulative recurrence rates were 24% vs. 38. 9%, 52% vs. 72. 2%, and 80% vs.94. 4% in the combined group and control group, respectively. Conclusion Anti-viral therapy in combination with TACE can exert significant preventive effects on recurrence of HBV-related HCC after operation.

Objective To explore the status of adult attachment and its relationship with cognitions, emotions, behaviors, and personal relationship of undergraduate from rural areas with left-behind experience( URLB ).Methods This study investigated 4271 rural college students through questionnaires ( Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory Questionnaire, Simplified Coping Style, the Self-Esteem Scale, Center for Epidimiologic Studies Depression Scale, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, and College Student's Personal Relationship Synthetical Diagnostic Scale), and 1062 URLB were screened.Results 1.URLB have significant difference from those without in attachment avoidance, anxiety, depression, active coping style, self-esteem, and personal relationship ( t = 2.970,8.063,2.192,1.969,-6.605,-2.913,4.065 respectively, P ＜ 0.05 ).2.URLB with higher adult attachment avoidance showed obvious interpersonal difficulties( t =-3.415, P＜0.01 ); those with higher attachment anxiety showed dramatic rise in depression, state anxiety, trait anxiety and interpersonal difficulties ( t = 7.436, 7.961,10.131,2.633,6.764,10.598 respectively, all P ＜ 0.01 )Conclusion The psychological behavior features of URLB were affected by adult attachment.There are needed appropriate psychological interventions to URLB with high attachment avoidence and high attachment anxiety.
