Objective To study the effect of simvastatin combined with trimetazidine on cardiac function and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 160 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into control group and the observation group according to the random number table.The control group was treated with diuretics,inotropic,vasodilators and other conventional treatment,on the basis of this,the observation group received simvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment.The cardiac function and hs-CRP of the patients were observed,and the treatment effects were evaluated and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 82.50％,which was significandy higher than 52.50％ of the control group (x2 =16.4103,P ＜ 0.001).Compared with before treatment,IL-6,TNF-alpha and hs-CRP levels of two groups after treatment were significantly decreased (t =12.234,13.342,5.463,8.533,7.896,3.536,all P ＜ 0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (t =4.653,3.976,3.674,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Simvastatin combined with trimetazidine has good effect on the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure,and can effectively reduce the level of hs-CRP,it is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To explore the mental-behavior characteristics in serious internet game addicts.Methods To investigate internet addiction questionnaire, EPQ, social support questionnaire, purpose in life test and sensation seeking scale in 30 serious internet game addicts ( age from 16 ～ 25 years) and 43 non-addicts.Results Internet addicts have obviously lower social support questionnaire score, subjective support score, purpose in life test score and sensation seeking TAS score than non-addicts( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ). Objective support score, the use score for social support and sensation seeking score can forecast the internet addiction extent of the internet addict group. Internet addicts have obviously lower L score of EPQ than non-addicts ( P<0.01 ). There is the negative correlation between N score of the internet addicts and sensation seeking score( r=-0. 452, P<0.05). Conclusions Serious internet game addicts have the metal characteristics of low social support, low purpose in life and low adventure; sensation seeking and social support scale have prognosticative function for internet addiction degree; serious internet game addicts of low N score have high sensation seeking characteristic.

Objective This study aims to develop a lottery addiction scale (LAS) for Chinese welfare lot-tery buyers. Methods A scale made by authors was applied to 8238 welfare lottery buyers from 31 provinces,one sample of 4071 cases for exploratory factor analysis (EFA) ,and the other 4167 cases for confirmatory factor analy-sis (CFA). Results Through EFA, the scale consisted 10 items established, and it was divided into two factors: functional impairment and emotional dependency. These two factors could explain 45.5% of total variance, The scale was confirmed by CFA (X2/df=13.34 ;IFI=0.96 ;CFI=0.96 ;NFI=0.96 ;RSMEA = 0.054). The internal consistencies of the scale answered to the basic statistic criterion (r=0.59～0.74). Criteria validity shown by higher LAS scores in high expending group than low expending group was also satisfying. Conclusion The LAS has good psychometric features and could be applied to Chinese lottery buyers.

Objective To study early face processing of internet addiction patients by using ERP method. Methods Ten healthy young man 18~21 years and 10 internet addiction patients 17~22 years served as subjects in experiment. Two runs of 300 stimuli (duration: 50 ms) of 3 facial and 3 non-facial pictures were randomly presented with equal probability (ISI: from 1 000 ms to 1 500 ms randomly), and the subjects were asked to react to facial stimuli and non-facial stimuli by pressing the left button and right button respectively as quickly as possible. Thirty two channel electroencephalogram (EEG) was recorded by Neuroscan Nuamps System. Results 1) Specific-face component Nd170 (face N170 minus object N170) was found in both groups, which was distributed at the temporal-occipital region in control groups but at occipital region in internet addiction group; 2) Compared with Nd170 in internet addiction group, Nd170 was significantly lower at occipital negion and delayed in control group. Conclusion The early face processing mechanism of internet addiction patients may be different from normal people.

Objective: To test the reliability and validity of a questionnaire on knowledge, beliefs and intentions about AIDS/safe sex for university students. Methods: Based on the data investigated with this questionnaire from 598 university students and the test-retest data from 63 university students, the internal consistency, test-retest reliability and construct validity were calculated. Results: This questionnaire had good reliability, with most parts having Cronbach ? coefficients large than 0.7 and retest coefficients large than 0.6. The factor structure was consistent with the theoretical hypothesis and the factors could explain 58.85% of the whole questionnaire.Conclusion:This questionnaire can be applied among university students to assess AIDS/safer sex related knowledge, beliefs and behavioral intentions.

Previous studies have shown that hearing loss people are more likely to have not only abnormal speech communication, but also psychological problems especially emotional disorders, cognitive impairments and personality defects. Therefore, it is necessary to provide psychological support to patients during they accept medical therapy.

Objective To prepare and evaluate the reference materials for plasma von Willebrand Factor antigen testing with fresh frozen plasma.Methods The candidates were prepared by low temperature centrifugation in 5 different concentration levels.The homogeneity and stability of the preparation was evaluated according to the ISO Guide35 and CNAS-GL03.The comparability between STAGO and IL system was evaluated according to the WS/T 356-2011.Then the preparations were characterized by six laboratories with the Secondary Coagulation Standard established by NIBSC(SSCLOT4).Results Homogeneity evaluation of the preparation showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the groups (P >0.05),the F values of factor analysis of variance were 0.317~0.844,the uncertainty range was 1.01% ~2.06%.A linear regression based on stability evaluation indicated that the linear trend (within 24 weeks)was insignificant (P >0.05). The uncertainty range of long-term (within 24 weeks)stability was 0.79% ~ 1.20%.The results of the preparations on STAGO and IL system were comparable.The certificated values of the candidates were range from 12.2% to 138.9% with uncertainties were 0.06%~0.09%,respectively.The range of combined standard uncertainty was 0.03% ~ 0.16% while the expanded uncertainty was 2.2%~6.7%.Conclusion The reference materials for von Willebrand Factor antigen testing were stable and homogenous with comparability between STAGO and IL.The method of characterization was accurate and reliable.

Objective To develop a father involvement scale and test the reliability and validity.Methods The scale was developed based on previous studies and depth interviews with more than 20 fathers.Totally 1565 families from 3 provinces were recruited.Item analysis was conducted to identify valid items.Then the construct validity of the scale was tested by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis (EFA & CFA).Finally the reliability and criterion validity of the scale was examined.Results The scale was consisted of 8 factors wihch were involvement attitude,activities and playing,accompany and taking care of children,attentiveness,discipline and school encouragement,economic support,protection,support mother.They explained 59.94％ of the total variance.Besides,the CFA results demonstrated a satisfactory construct validity of the scale (RMSEA =0.05,NFI =0.95,NNFI =0.96,CFI =0.97).The Cronbach(')s α coefficients of the scale was 0.897,and those of its 8 were 0.828,0.788,0.764,0.781,0.671,0.754,0.528 and 0.693 respectively.Conclusion The Father Involvement Scale with 8 factors has a good reliability and validity,demonstrating it a valid tool to measure father involvement in China.

Objective To investigate the impacting factors on the professional identity of railway young workers and the relationship of the professional identity and subjective well-being.Methods The sample consisting of 5 762 young workers was selected from railway enterprises by stratified and random sampling according to the proportion.Occupational professional identity Scale and Index of Well-being,Index of General Affect Scale were used.The affect of the variable,such as sex,age,working years,educational background and income on professional identity were studied.Moreover,the relationship between professional identity and subjective well-being was reported.Results (1) Professional identity ascended witb the increase of ages,and there was significance between three groups(F=6.667,P＜0.05).(2)Professional identity ascended with the increase of length of service (F=5.147,P＜0.01),but it dropped at the point of 9-12 years.(3) The professional identity of workers with bachelor degree was higher than that with junior college education background.and there was significance between three groups (F=3.538,P＜0.05).(4)The workers who had more than 3 500 RMB monthly salary was regarded on the top in professional identity,while those whose monthly salary were under 2 500 RMB was in the lowest level (F=42.275,P＜0.01).(5)The result of linear regression indicated that the degree of professional identity can forecast the degree of subjective well-being(R =0.534,P＜0.01).Conclusion The professional identity of railway young works was affected by their ages,the length of service,the educational degree and salary,The professional identity can forecast subjective well-being.

Objective To develop and test the reliability and validity of the dual-systems of self-control scale for children (DSSCSC).Methods The scale was developed based on previous studies and the theoretical framework of the dual system.Totally 1493 families from 5 provinces were recruited.Participants were asked to complete the DSSCSC.Item analysis was conducted to identify valid items.Then the construct validity of the scale was tested through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis(EFA & CFA).Finally the reliability and criterion validity of the scale was examined.Results The scale was consisted of 23 items with 5 factors-planning,impulsivity,distractibility,persistence,and poor delay of gratification.They explained 50.46％ of the total variance.Besides,the CFA resuhs demonstrated a satisfactory construct validity of the scale (RMSEA =0.044,NFI =0.95,NNFI=0.97,CFI=0.97).The scores of DSSCSC and its subscales were significantly correlated with the TSCRS scores.The Cronbach' s α coefficients of the total scale was 0.855,and 5 subscales were 0.813,0.803,0.582,0.608,and 0.620 respectively.Conclusion The DSSCSC with 5 factors has a good reliability and validity,demonstrating it a valid tool to measure the children' s self-control in China.
