Objective To study the clinical the rapeutic efficacy of reformed-fallopian tube recanalization (RFTR) with Chinese traditional medicines for treatment of infertility resulted from fallopian tube obstruction.Methods 80 patients of infertile women with fallopian tube obstruction were randomly divided in to the treated group( n = 40, treated with RFTR combined with Chinese traditional medicines) and the control group( n = 40,treated with RFTR alone). All cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months. The efficacy rate,pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate and the re-adhension rate were recorded in both groups. Results The efficacy rate of treated group and the control group were 72.5 % and 57.5 % respectively, with statistical significance( P < 0.05 ). The pregnancy rates of the two groups were 52.5 % and 30.0 % respectively. The ectopie pregnancy rate of the two groups were 5 % and 7.5 % respectively. Conclusion RFTR with Chinese traditional medicines therapy is an effective method to treat in fertility resulted from fallopian tube obstruction.

Objective To explore the short-term efficacy and safety of edaravone combined with clopidogrel in treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods 120 cases of ACI were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group(60 cases)and the control group according to the visiting order(60 cases).On the basis of routine treatment of ACI,the control group were treated with clopidogrel,and the observation group were added with edaravone combined with clopidogrel.All patients were treated continuously for 14 days.Patients' neural function,activities of daily living,and adverse reactions were evaluated before and after treatment.All patients were followed up for 1 year to record recurrence.Results After treatment,patients' limb movements,neural functions and language had varying degrees of recovery.Total efficiency was 93.33％ and 78.33％ respectively for the observation group and the control group.Grading of the neurologic impairment and life ability of the observation group were both better than the control group.The one-year recurrence rate was 5.77 ％ and 9.26％ for the observation group and the control group,and the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).No obvious adverse reaction in the 2 groups was found.Conclusion The curative effect of edaravone combined with clopidogrel is remarkable in treating ACI,and it can remit patients' neurological deficit,improve their daily life ability,reduce the recurrence rate,and has high safety.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the characteristics and regularity of drug-induced deaths so as to promote the ra?tional use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS:The case reports on drug-induced deaths retrieved from Chinese medical science periodicals from1998to2004collected in CHKD periodicals knowledge base in China hospital digital library were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Of the total drug-induced deaths,43.85%were by iv,which dominate the first place in terms of fatality rates;antimicrobials,Chinese herbal medicine,antineoplastic agent and drugs that affect blood system and hematopoietic system dominated the first5places in terms of the fatality rates;the mortality of allergic shock was higher,which made up about31.81%.CONCLUSION:An indispensable measure to reduce drug-induced disease and its fatality rate is to strictly control the indications of medication and enhance the cultivation of professional staffs'professional activities and service quali?ty.

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy eye acupuncture in the control of acute attack of deficiency-syndrome asthma in china alone. Method: Random cross-comparison grouping was used to observe the curative effects in eye acupuncture, body acupuncture and medication groups. Results and conclusion: Both clinical control rate and marked effective rate in the eye acupuncture were higher than those in the body acupuncture group (P＜ 0.01),but not significantly different from those in the medication group (P＞ 0.05); plasma cAMP content and cAMP/cGMP ratio rose and plasma cGMP content dropped in the patients after the treatment, indicating that eye acupuncture, like body acupuncture and medication, can increase sympathetic excitability and stimulate adrenocortical functions to remove bronchial spasm.

Objective To explore the effect of soup of promoting blood circulation and promoting pregnant on the ovulation function of sterility caused by endometriosis.Methods 60 cases of endometriosis had been randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),the treatment group treated by the traditional Chinese drug and the control group treated by nemestran.Results After 6 menstrual cycles,the pregnant rate in the test was 50.O%and the control,33.3%.There was no significant difference between two groups(P＞0.05).The diameter of ovarian follicle and the number of mature ovarian went up,there were significant difference in combination with the fro and post-treatment(P＜0.01).The incidence of premature lutionization follicle syndrome(LUFS)caused by ovarian cracking tend tO get down,there were significant difference in combination with the fro and post treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion The soup of promoting blood circulation and promoting pregnant has effect of improving the growth of ovarian follicle,increasing ovulation and making the chance of pregnancy.

Objective To explore the effects of cognitive impairment on the self-management ability and self-management behavior among the patients of end stage renal disease (ESRD) with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).Methods 134 MHD patients were divided into the non cognitive impairment group(62 subjects) and cognitive impairment group(72 subjects) according to Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA)scores,to asses and analyze the level of hemodialysis knowledge,hemodialysis adherence,self-management ability and self-management behavior between the two groups.Results The rates of hemodialysis skipping behavior and the rates of hemodialysis shorting behavior in cognitive impairment group (respectively,18.06％,22.22％) were higher than that in non cognitive impairment group(respectively,6.45％,8.06％) with significant difference (x2 =4.0495,5.0526,all P＜0.05).The cognitive impairment group had significantly less total score (respectively,16.62 ± 1.99,51.32± 9.92,56.99±8.3) in the level of hemodialysis knowledge,the self-management ability and the self-management behavior compared with the non cognitive impairment group(respectively,18.48±2.03,63.69±10.16,78.54± 10.28) (t=5.3448,7.1172,13.4140,all P＜0.05).Conclusion Cognitive impairment can produce an effect on the level of hemodialysis knowledge and hemodialysis adherence.Cognitive impairment can also reduce the function of self-management ability and self-management behavior and make badly further effect on curative effect of hemodialysis.

Objective To evaluate the application value of ureteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral obstruction.Methods Clinical data of 52 cases of non-calculous ureteral obstruction treated by ureteroscopy were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 35 cases of ureteral stricture,19 cases of routine dilatation,13 cases of balloon dilatation,and 3 cases of ureteroplasty were accomplished under ureteroscope.Holmium laser resection was employed in 13 cases of ureteral polyps.Conversions to open surgery were required in 3 cases of ureteral cancer,and an ureteroplasty was carried out in 1 case of retrocaval ureter.Complications included 2 cases of ruptured mucous membrane or urethral false passage and 1 case of ureteral perforation.Conclusions Ureteroscopy can clarify the etiology of ureteral obstruction and offer corresponding treatment.

35 patients with malignant lymphoma and 18 patients with multiple mycloma were investigated for expression of OKT10in pherpheral blood. A significant incresing of OKT 10 positive cells was found in most of patients (26/30, 16/18 cases respectively) with Non-Hodgekin's Lymphoma(NIIL) and Multiple myeloma(MM). The inereasing of OKT10 positive cells is related to the degrce of malignaency of patients with NIIL from low-grade to high-wade. No relationship between serum beta-2-microglobulin and OKT10 positive cells in patients with NIIL and MM was also found.
