Objective To discuss the CT features and the prognosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) with intracranial hemorrhages in neonates.Methods The CT features of the HIE with intracranial hemorrhage were analyzed and follow-up studied in 64 cases.Results Of all the 64 cases with HIE, 53 cases were associated with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), and all cases were normal in the follow-up study after 1 month. 1 case was associated with intraventricle hemorrhage (IVH), 10 cases were associated with mixed bleeding (SAH+IVH in 3 cases, IVH+IPH in 1 case, SAH+IPH in 2 cases, SAH+SHE in 2 cases, SAH+SDH in 2 cases). Of the follow-up studies on 10 mixed bleeding cases, 1 was normal, 1 was dead, and the others were cerebromalacia, cerebral atrophy, porencephaly and calcium.Conclusion Different intracranial hemorrhages results in different prognosis.

Objective To explore the expression characteristics of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptor (VEGFR).Methods The 123I-VEGF165 and 123I-VEGF121 were marked to human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC),several human tumor cell lines (HMC-1,A431,KU812,U937,HEP-1,HEP-G2,HEP-3B and Raji),a variety of human tumors and adjacent non-neoplastic tissues as well as peripheral blood cells.Then,the specific binding site maximal binding capacity (Bmax),dissociation constant (Kd) and concentration of 50％ required specific binding (IC5o) were analyzed.The affinity,quantity and specificity of different cells combined with 123I-VEGF165 and 123I-VEGF121 were judged.Results Two kinds of analogous 123I-VEGF165 binding sites on the surface of HUVEC were found.While,there was only one kind of 123I-VEGF121binding site.123I-VEGF121 was found on the special cell lines (HUVEC,HEP-1 and HMC-1) and special early tumors (early melanoma,ductal breast cancer,ovarian cancer and meningioma).Compared with peripheral blood cells and adjacent non-neoplastic tissues,the number of VEGFR of tumor cells was bigger.Among the 123I-VEGF165 marked VEGFR,the Bmax value of early melanoma,ductal breast cancer,hepatocellular carcinoma,papillary thyroid carcinoma,ovarian carcinoma,renal cell carcinoma were 45 ± 13,13 ± 3,25 ±8,5 ±2,42 ± 12,20 ±6,respectively.While among the 123I-VEGF121 marked VEGFR,the Bmax value of early melanoma,ductal breast cancer,ovarian carcinoma were 30 ± 8,8 ± 3,20 ± 6.123I-VEGF165 and 123I-VEGF121 had specific binding capacity with a variety of human tumor cells and tissues.Compared with 123I-VEGF121,there were more different kinds of tumor cells could be bound to 123I-VEGF165 with higher capacity.Conclusion 123I-VEGF165 may be a potential target of tumor imaging in vivo,and it is expected to be used to diagnose and treat tumors.

Vacuum pyrolysis of phenolic resin laminate substrate in temperature-programmed furnace reactor was studied.The sample and product oils were characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) analysis and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Analytical results showed that the up per clear liquid of pyrolysis oils was mainly consisted of water-soluble substances, such as phenol, cresol, xy lenol, sugars, hydantoins, morpholines, pyranones and pyridine derivatives compounds, etc., while the lower sediment was mainly insoluble or hardly water-soluble substances, such as the big substituent phenolics (the number of substituent carbon atoms of which is greater than or equal to 2), aryl phosphate esters, fatty acid esters and nitrile compounds, and so on.Both of the upper clear liquid and lower sediment have a higher content of melamines.

ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of narrow band ultraviolet B ( NB VUB)and its influence on the expression of IL23/Th17 axis in peripheral blood of patients with Psoriasis vulgaris,and to further explore the mechanism of action of NB UVB.MethodsForty - eight cases of Psoriasis vulgaris were treated with NB-UVB irradiation for 20 times,the therapeutic effect was evaluated by the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) scores.Peripheral blood was obtained from normal healthy controls and patients with Psoriasis vulgaris before and after NB-UVB irradiation.Three color flow cytometry was carried out to quantify Thl7 cells,and ELISA was used to examine the levels of serum IL17 and IL23.Results The mean PASI scores were significantly decreased after treatment with NB UVB irradiation[ (8.12±4.05)score vs (3.98±2.03) score,P＜0.01 ].Levels of Th17[ (2.78 ± 1.93)％ vs (0.98±0.56)％ ],IL-17[ (23.85±7.98) pg/ml vs (6.53±4.26) pg/ml] and IL-23 [ (29.73 ± 12.08)pg/ml vs ( 16.73±8.91 )pg/ml] were significantly higher in patients with Psoriasis vulgaris than that in healthy controls ( P ＜0.01 ).After treatment with NB-UVB irradiation,levels of Th17 [ ( 1.13 ± 0.51 ) ％ ],IL-17 [ ( 8.03±5.01 )pg/ml ],and IL-23 [ ( 17.03 ± 9.85 )pg/ml ] were significantly decreased than before ( P ＜ 0.01 ),and were positively correlated with PASI ( P ＜0.05).ConclusionsNB-UVB may affect IL23/IL17 to achieve its therapeutic effect on patients with Psoriasis vulgaris.

Objective To identify the species classification of an ornamental Planorbidae from a flower market in Shanghai and analyze its potential distribution in China. Methods In August 2013,six freshwater snail specimens were collected from the Wanshang flower market. The species was identified by morphology and molecular biology. An ecological niche model was constructed based on the native geographic presence occurrence data,and projected onto the whole of China to predict the poten?tial distribution. Results Their shell external morphology suggested that the specimens belonged to Planorbella trivolvis(Say 1817)of Planorbidae,which is native in North America. The sequence data of a fragment of the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxi?dase subunit I(COI)confirmed its identification. A total of 2 294 georeferenced occurrence points in North America were car?ried out from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility databases and 614 records with coordinates were used to produce a North American native niche model by a maximum entropy method(Maxent). The projection on China results suggested high probabilities of occurrence mostly in Henan Province and its borderland with nearby provinces. Conclusions P. trivolvis is sim?ilarly with Biomphalaria species from shell morphology. It is the first records of the species in China,and the field dispersal is not clear.

OBJECTIVE:To extract the feature of Achyranthes bidentata and Cyathula officinalis,and to establish image recog-nition method. METHODS:The microscopic image stitching of A. bidentata and C. officinalis was implemented by MATLAB. The color,invariant moment,stripes and the features of vascular bundle in cross section were extracted. The data was organized into da-ta matrix,and then data matrix was standardized by Zscore function;principal components were analyzed through Princomp func-tion. BP nerve network recognition mode was adopted. RESULTS:The microstructures in the micro images of the samples were kept integrated. The measured data of 27 characteristics were acquired in each group of sample. Through principal component analy-sis,the parameters of 11 main components were selected to establish BP never network. The average recognition rate of BP nerve network was 100% between 2 medicinal material relatives (n=50). CONCLUSIONS:The method can be used for micro-image auto Stitching of Chinese medicinal materials and image recognition of A. bidentata and C. officinalis.

Objective To explore the effect of emergency rescue in whole-course integrated of abdominal injury with multitrauma. Methods Two hundred and eleven cases of abdominal injury with multitrauma from January 2004 to December 2006,before the emergency rescue in whole-course integrated, treating severe trauma 102 cases (group A),from January 2007 to December 2009,after the emergency rescue in whole-course integrated, treating severe trauma 109 cases (group B) .retrospectively analyzing and comparing the clinical effect between the two groups. Results In group A,injury severity score (ISS) was (24.7 ± 6.2) scores, 14 cases died, the mortality was 13.7% ,the time in emergency room and the time to operation room averaged (1.8 ± 0.2), (2.3 ± 0.3) h. While in group B, ISS was (26.6 ± 7.4) scores,6 cases died, the mortality was 5.5%, the time in emergency room and the time to operation room averaged (1.1 ± 0.1), (1.5 ± 0.2 ) h. ISS indicated no significant difference between the two groups ( P > 0.05 ), the mortality, the time in emergency room and the time to operation room indicated significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Emergency rescue in whole-course integrated of abdominal injury with multitrauma is an effective way to improve the curative rate.

Objective To study the expression and significance of EGFR, PDCD4, TGF-β1, Smad3, Smad7 in oral normal mucosa, oral simple hyperplasia, oral epithelial dysplasia and oral squamous cell carcinomas(OSCC).Methods Serum levels of EGFR, PDCD4 were measeured with ELISA in Chinese hamster during the oral mucosa carcinogenesis;The expressions of TGF-β1, Smad3, Smad7 in oral normal mucosa, oral simple hyperplasia, oral epithelial dysplasia and OSCC tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry.Results In the process of oral carcinogenesis,the expression level of EGFR increased significantly,while the expression of PDCD4 was decreased, the negatively correlation was evident between expression of these two proteins in ED and SCC.The expression of TGF-β1, Smad7 was higher in OSCC than in oral normal mucosa, oral simple hyperplasia, oral epithelial dysplasia(P < 0.05), while the expression of Smad3 was decreased.Further analysis showed the expression of TGF-β1 was correlated with the expression of Smad7.Conclusions The expressions of EGFR, PDCD4, TGF-β1, Smad3, Smad7 are closely related with the biological behaviors of oral squamous cell cancinoma.This experiment provides a theoretical basis for the study of oral squamous cell carcinomas mechanism research.So it has important significance for the development and prognosis of oral squamous carcinomaare.

Objective To observe the effect of scalp-body acupuncture plus psychological intervention in treating post-stroke depression.Method Seventy-eight patients with post-stroke depression were divided into a treatment group (40 cases) and a control group (38 cases). In addition to ordinary neurological treatments, the treatment group also received scalp-body acupuncture plus psychological intervention while the control group also received Fluoxetine hydrochloride (Prozac). The interventions were given once a day, 4 weeks as a treatment course, for 2 courses in total. Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) and neurological impairment severity scale (NISS) were observed before intervention, after 1 treatment course and at the end of the intervention.Result After intervention, the HAMD and NISS scores dropped significantly in both groups, and the treatment group was markedly better than the control group (P＜0.05). The total effective rates of anti-depression and recovery of neurological function in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Scalp-body acupuncture plus psychological intervention can produce a content efficacy in improving depression and recovering neurological function.

Objective To study the expression and significance of apoptosis-related genes caspase-3,caspase-9,Bax and Bcl-2 in oral normal mucosa,oral simple hyperplasia,oral epithelial dysplasia and oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCC) in Chinese hamsters.Methods The expressions of mRNA and protein of caspase-3,caspase-9,Bax and Bcl-2 in the oral normal mucosa,oral simple hyperplasia,oral epithelial dysplasia and OSCC tissues in Chinese hamsters were examined by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR.Results During the process of oral carcinogenesis,the expression of Bcl-2 protein was significantly higher in OSCC than in oral normal mucosa,oral simple hyperplasia,and oral epithelial dysplasia (P<0.05).In dysplastic epithelia,the protein expressions of caspase-3,caspase-9 and Bax were more than that of normal epithelia,and along with the increased dysplasis,the expression level was decreased.Further analysis showed that expression of Bcl-2 was negatively related with the expressions of Bax,caspase-3 and caspase-9 (P<0.05).The result of RT-PCR showed that Bcl-2 was significantly increased in OSCC compared with normal mucosa,while the expressions of caspase-3,caspase-9 and Bax were decreased (P<0.05).Conclusions In the Chinese hamster squamous carcinoma,the expressions of caspase-3,caspase-9 and Bax are reduced and the Bcl-2 expression are increased,indicating that the expressions of caspase-3,caspase-9,Bax and Bcl-2 are closely related with the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell cancinoma.This study can offer some clues for gene therapy of OSCC,or can provide a reference for evaluating the biological characteristics and prognosis of OSCC.
