1.Rethinking of resistant spirit to SARS
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
The author expounded all kinds of spirits, including natural spirit, scientical spirit, humanism spirit, professional responsibility and contribution spirit during the course of resisting SARS.Those spirits not only bronght into play an important role in the period of SARS,but also will have a signifance affect after SARS.
2.Discussing the medical moral under surveillance
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
The medical moral unders surveillance is not only an important content of building medical ethics, but also a powerful guaranty of bringing the medicine under control by moal and law.The author purposed the meanings、method and principles of the medical moral under surveillance in order to make the people pay attention and reserach more deeply.
3.Double-subjective Quality and Sociological Connotation of Doctor-patient Relationship
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
This article comprehensively analyzes the double subjects and intersubjective quality of doctor-patient relationship, furthermore,it analyzes several facets of the intersubjective quality of doctor-patient relationship, such as technology, economy, management, etc. It discovers that doctor-patient relationship doesn't mean the only relationship between doctors and patients, but it also reflects the social relationship in the fields of medical treatment. It will help to activize the enthusiasm of both doctors and patients, and promote the development of medicine if we analyze the doctor-patient relationship from the point of view of sociology.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(09):-
Objective To observe the effect of marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)transplantation combined with Qidantongmai tablet and simple MSCs transplantation on myocardial cells apoptosis and heart function in acute myocardial ischemia rats.Method Rat MSCs were isolated by density gradient method, and then cultured and amplified to the third passage labeled with BrdU.16 SD rats were divided into two groups randomly, transplantation combined with Qidantongmai tablet group and simple transplantation group. The isochoric of suspension of Qidantongmai tablet(2 g/kg)and NS were administered to SD rats by gastrogavage respectively for 14 days. The left anterior descending coronary artery of rat was ligated to establish animal models of acute myocardial infarction. The MSCs labeled with BrdU were implanted intramyocardially into the infarct area. After 3 hours, the heart function were detected by an echocardiographic system(HP 5500 system),equipped with a 12 MHz probe. After 4 weeks, the heart function were rechecked and MVD were detected by immunofluorescence, myocardial cells apoptosis were detected by TUNNEL.Results Heart function were improved in both groups, and was more significant in MSCs transplantation combined with Qidantongmai tablet group.Apoptotic index were decreased and the MVD of ischemic zone were increased in transplantation combined with Qidantongmai tablet group than simple transplantation group. Conclusion MSCs transplantation combined with Qidantongmai tablet could improve heart function of acute myocardial ischemia rats, decrease apoptosis of myocardial cells, increase the MVD of ischemic zone, the therapeutic effect were more significant than simple MSCs transplantation.

Objective To evaluate the renal function response to vasopressin in obstructed and non-obstructed kidney in vasopressin-deficient rats by using dynamic enhanced MRI. Methods This study included 26 vasopressin-deficient Brattleboro(BB)rats.Unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO) model was set up in 12 BB rats. After releasing UU0 24 h,treatment of AVP was given in 7 non-obstrueted and 7 obstructed BB rats for 6 d.Seyen normal Wistar rats and 7 BB rats were used as control.Dynamic enhanced MRl was performed at 0-60 min following the administration of GadoliniumDTPA(0.05 mmol/kg)and the mean relative signal intensity(RSI)was measured. Results BB rats RSI increase occurred during the first minute, with a maximum mean RSI of(149±10)%in cortex,(155±13)%in medulla and(146±13)%in pelvis. Then,a gradual decrease in the cortical RSI occurred, after which a small increase was observed in Phase 3.BB rats RSI patterns were different from Wistar rats. After AVP treatment, mean RSI of BB rats in cortex, medulla and pelvis reached a maximum of(180±6)%,respectively at 30 sec, followed by a fast decrease at 1 min. Then,RSI decreased gradually.Phase 3 demonstrated a moderate increase in medullary and a relative large increase in pelvic RSI until 30 min after injection, after which RSI returned to baseline.BB rats RSI patterns after AVP treatment were similar to that of Wistar rats.Cortical, medullary and pelvic mean RSI increased slowly compared to non UUO rats.In phase 3,mean RSI of all segments decreased gradually.UUO rats RSI patterns were different from non UUO rats. After AVP treatment in UUO rats, mean RSIs of all segments increased faster compared to UUO rats without AVP.Cortical mean RSI reached a maximum of(193±7)% at 2 mim Mean RSI of medulla were unchanged, but the pelvic mean RSI deereased gradually to a minimum of(77±5)%at 5 min.Phase 3 was characterized by a slight recovcry of all RSIs.UUO rats RSIs were recovered after AVP treatment. The renal blood flow(RBF)of UUO rats was decreased to(1.1±0.1)m1·min-1·100g-1,wherease the RBF was increased to (1.9±O.3)ml·min-1·100g-1 after injecting AVP. Conclusion Dynamic enhanced MRI may provide useful information for distinguishing between kidneys having changes in the renal vasopressin concentration and the kidneys suffer from the obstructed renal damage.

?AIM: To compare postoperative anti -inflammation effect and safety between bromfenac sodium eye drops and pranoprofen eye drops in patients after laser epithelial keratomileusis ( LASEK) .? METHODS: In the prospective, randomized and controlled study, 100 patients ( 200 eyes ) undergoing LASEK were randomized into the bromfenac sodium group (100 eyes) and control group (100 eyes).Patients in bromfenac sodium group received bromfenac sodium hydrate ophthalmic solution eye drops twice a day in 3d before surgery and 2wk after surgery, while the patients from the control group were given proanoprofen eye drops 4 times a day in the same period. At 1, 3, 5d, 1 and 3mo after surgery, irritative symptoms grade, duration of irritation, time for corneal epithelial healing, cornel haze, uncorrected visual acuity and intraocular pressure ( IOP ) were observed and compared between the two groups. Quantitative data were analyzed using independent samples t-test and ranked data were statistically analyzed using the Mann-Whiteney rank sun test.?RESULTS:There was no significant difference between two groups in irritative symptoms grade ( P =0.317 ), neither was existed between two groups in uncorrected visual acuity after surgery (P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the time for corneal epithelial healing between two groups (P=0.551).?CONCLUSION: Bromfenac sodium eye drops ( 1g/L ) can achieve the same therapeutic effect as pranoprofen eye drops after LASEK.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
A Review The endothelium derived hyperpolarizing factor (EDHF) has been paied attention to since the late 1980s. But it is not clear which are EDHF. The article reviewed the EDHF works and epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs),an important kind of EDHF.
