This study reported the analysis of plasma phospholipid metabolism of the rats and the pathological biomarkers between the type 2 diabetes model control group (MC) and the normal control group (NC). SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: NC and MC. To investigate state of plasma metabolite profiling in normal body, type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) model group using UPLC-Q-TOF/MS which was used as analysis tool in this research. The compounds were identified by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS based on MS/MS fragment ions information, element composition in MassLynx 4.1 and the Lipid Maps database. The sign of two groups of samples in specific markers for screening was through a software package in R software (BioMark software). The results show that the pathological markers were mainly phosphatidylcholine (PC) and triglycerides (TG); the 2-acyl PC in the MC group was less more obviously than that in the NC group; high carbon number and high degree of unsaturation of the TG was reduced under the condition of type 2 diabetes. In the state of type 2 diabetes, metabolic changes occurred in rat plasma phospholipids obviously, which had a close relationship with the occurrence and development of T2DM.

The publication of the scientific theses and their management are significant for the development of technology and science in the hospital.Therefore.they play an important role iU the hospital management. The retrospective analysis on the theses that published in the last 5 years and embodied by SCI was conducted using the statistics method and analyzed the first 10 departments in the published theses in this paper. The specialty of our hospital and the shortcoming in the scientific research was concluded from the analysis result. The amount of the theses increased steadily, and the research capability of the key subjects and key departments were promoted. The amount and the quality of the theses reflected an important indicator of the development strategy that means to develop the hospital through science.technology and education. Therefore, these conclusions could offer some valuable information to the manage department of t}le hospital.

ObjectiveTo examine the effects of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF) techniques on lower limb motor function of strokes and its mechanism.MethodsWe used simple random sampling and cross-section survey design. PNF Contract Relax Agonist Contract(PNF-CRAC) techniques were applied to 44 stroke patients. Surface electromyography values(sEMG) was recorded from rectus femoris and hamstring of stroke patients with both low limbs. ResultsPNF-CRAC techniques not only caused the irradiation of muscles activities in the contralateral extremity during unilateral exercise, but also increased agonist EMG activities and the motor control of knee joint in strokes.ConclusionPNF-CRAC techniques can improve the knee stability and enhance the recovery of motor function in paretic lower limb.

Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation between monocyte to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (MHR) and insulin resistance (IR) in male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) combined with metabolic-related fatty liver disease (MAFLD). Methods A total of 454 male patients with T2DM combined with MAFLD in National Metabolic Management Center (MMC) of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from May 2018 to July 2020 were enrolled. The general clinical data of subjects were collected, blood routine and biochemical indexes were tested, homeostasis model insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) was calculated, visceral fat area (VFA) and subcutaneous fat area (SFA) were measured. Accordingtothe MHR quartile, patients were divided into group Q1 (MHR≤0.38), group Q2 (0.38
