Objective To examine plasma levels of protease C1 inhibitor (SERPING1) in adult patients with latent autoimmune diabetes (LADA), and their clinical significance thereof. Methods The levels of SERPING1 were detected and compared between LADA, type 1 diabetes (T1DM), type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and healthy control groups. The correlation between plasma levels of SERPING1 and other clinical indicators such as age, disease course, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2 h postprandial plasma glucose (2 hPG), fasting c-peptide (FCP) and 2 h postprandi-al C peptide (2 hCP) was analyzed. Multi-factor regression analysis and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) were used to evaluate the predictive effect of SERPING1 in LADA at the early stage. Results The level of SERPING1 was significantly higher in LADA group than that of T2DM group and control group (P < 0.05). There was a negative correlation between SERPING1 and FCP, and a positive correlation between SERPING1 and HbA1c, FPG and 2 hPG (P<0.05). There were no significant correlation between SERPING1 and age, disease course and 2 hCP. FCP was analyzed by regression equation (P<0.05), and which was the main influence factor of the plasma level of SERPING1. The area under the ROC curve (AUC) of SERPING1 was 0.613 (P<0.05), 95%CI 0.514-0.712. The optimal cut-point of SERPING1 for early prediction of LADA was 289.71 mg/L, and the sensitivity and specificity were 69%and 48%respectively. Conclusion SERPING1 combined with other indicators will be useful for identifying LADA from T2DM at the early stage.

With the progress of science technology,the 3D technology has raised comprehensive attention for its application value in medical field,especially in the orthopedic field.It has been mainly used before complicated orthopedic surgeries,and several studies have focused on 3D duplicated materials used in the treatment of bone defect.However,there are seldom studies about the 3 D technology used during surgeries,such as whether it is possible to 3D print internal fixation materials of bone fracture (the materials have biodegradability and excellent biomechanical characteristics),which can not only promote the healing of fracture,but also reduce the pain of second surgery for the patient.This paper reviews and summarizes the exploration of foreign and domestic scholars about the application value of 3 D printing technology used in complicated bone fracture,and proposes a forecast to the developing trend of the technology used in future orthopedic surgeries.

Objective To explore the trend of mortality and years of life lost due to Esophageal Cancer in residents in Tieling,so as to provide the basis data on preventing Esophageal cancer in Tieling.Methods The data of residents in Tieling dying of Esophageal cancer from 2007 to 2015 was collected and cleared up to calculate the evaluation indexes including the mortality rate,the average percentage change of mortality rate.GM(1,1) model was used to predict the future mortality.Results From 2007 to 2015,the Average Esophageal cancer Mortality Rate of in residents in Tieling was 5.26 per 100000 persons,and especially 1.95％ raised a year.The Mortality Rate would increase from 2016 to 2019.Conclusion Tieling Esophageal Cancer mortality rate is on the rise,especially for elder men more than 60.So that the proper prevention measures should be car ried and strengthened.

Objective To investigate the association between nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and metabolism or carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) in Type 2 diabetic(T2DM). Methods According to the liver B-ultrasonography, a total of 321 T2DM patients were divided into two groups, with or without NAFLD. Metabolic indexes such as BMI, BP, blood glucose, blood lipid, uric acid ( UA ), insulin, C-peptipe,insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) between the two groups were compared, and the relationships between alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and the above indexes were analyzed. Furthermore,the CIMT of the two groups were compared, and the relationships between NAFLD, ALT and CIMT were investigated by correlation and regression analysis. Results Compared with the group without NAFLD, the patients with NAFLD had higher level of BMI, triglyceride ( TG ), UA, fasting blood glucose ( FBG ), fasting insulin ( FIns ), fasting C peptide (FCP) ,HOMA-IR,and lower level of high density lipoprotein ( HDL-C ) significantly; BMI ( OR = 1.25, P ＜0. 001 ), TG ( OR = 1.74, P = 0. 008 ) and HOMA-IR ( OR = 2. 33, P = 0.010) were independent risk factors of NAFLD while H DL-C was independent protective factor; ALT was positively correlated with BMI (r = 0. 255, P ＜0. 001 ) ,TG(r =0. 156,P ＜0. 018) ,UA(r =0. 239,P ＜0. 001 ) ,FIns(r =0. 213,P =0. 001) ,FCP(r =0. 199,P ＜0. 003), HOMA-IR ( r = 0. 247, P ＜ 0. 001 ) and negatively correlated with HDL-C ( r = - 0. 199, P =0. 002) ,and BMI (β =0. 456,P =0. 048) ,UA (β =0. 021 ,P =0. 025) and HOMA-IR(β =3.634 ,P =0. 004)were independent associated facrors. The difference of CIMT between the two groups didn't reach statistical significance, while mutiple regression analysis revealed that ALT was independently associated with CIMT(β =0. 002,P = 0. 013). Conclusion T2DM patients with NAFLD show more serious disorder of metabolism and insulin resistance. ALT is an independent risk factor of CIMT in T2DM patients.

Objective To translated the Male Osteoporosis Assessment Questionnaire (OPAQTM) into Chinese and test the validity and reliability of it.Methods Translation and cross-cultural adaptation of the original OPAQTM was performed according to the published guidelines.A total of 122 male osteoporosis patients in Xi'an city were included in item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and criterion-related validity and reliability analysis of this Chinese version of OPAQTM.Results A 7-factor structure with 37 items was identified through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis,which explained 73.943％ of the total variance.The ratio of convergent validity of each dimension was exceeded 0.90 and exceeded 0.95 for discriminant validity.The Cronbach's α coefficient for the total OPAQTM score was 0.956.The split-half for the overall scale was 0.858.The test-retest reliability was 0.760 for the overall scale.In relation to criterion validity,the Spearman correlation coefficients ranged from 0.485 to 0.867 between the Chinese version of OPAQTM and the corresponding dimensions of 12-Item Short-Form Health Survey Questionnaire (SF-12),which were significantly correlated,P ＜ 0.01.Conclusions The Chinese version of OPAQTM appears to possess adequate validity and internal consistency.The newly translated Chinese version of OPAQTM may be used to assess the quality of life of male osteoporosis patients in China.
