OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Recipe (WHLR) containing serum on the expression of cathepsin L (CatL) in puromycin aminonucleoside-induced injury of mouse glomerular podocytes.
METHODSMouse podocyte cells (MPCs) in vitro cultured were divided into the normal control group, the model group, the dexamethasone (DEX) group, 10% WHLR containing serum group, 20% WHLR containing serum group, the vehicle serum control group. MPCs in the normal control group were cultured at 37 degrees C culture solution for 24 h. 45 mg/L puromycin was acted on MPCs in the model group for 24 h. On the basis of puromycin intervention, 1 limol/L DEX was co-incubated in MPCs of the DEX group for 24 h; 10% or 20% WHLR containing serum was co-incubated in MPCs of the 10% WHLR containing serum group and 20% WHLR containing serum group for 24 h. The vehicle serum control group was also set up by incubating with WHLR containing serum alone for 24 h. The expression of CatL and its substrate Synaptopodin in podocytes were detected by cell immunofluorescence staining. FITC-conjugated phalloidin was used to stain F-actin. A cortical F-actin score index (CFS index) was designed to quantify the degree of cytoskeletal reorganization in cultured podocytes.
RESULTSCompared with the normal control group, the expression of synaptopodin significantly decreased and the expression of CatL significantly-increased in the model group. F-actin arranged in disorder, gradually forming pericellular F-actin ring. CFS index was obviously elevated (P < 0.01). Compared with the model group, the epression of synaptopodin increased, the expression of CatL decreased, and CFS index also decreased in the DEX group, 10% WHLR containing serum group, and 20% WHLR containing serum group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Compared with the DEX group, the expression of synaptopodin decreased in 10% WHLR containing serum group, CFS index also decreased in 20% WHLR containing serum group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONSWHLR could up-regulate the expression of synaptopodin, down-regulate the expression of CatL, and alleviate cytoskeletal reorganization of F-actin. It was helpful to stabilize the cytoskeleton of F-actin and improve the merging of podocytes.

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(5):398-400
Congenital lower urinary tract obstruction in the fetus and is rare in neonates, but it is identified in-creasingly in the era of prenatal sonography and resulted in substantial perinatal mortality with lifelong morbidity. Poste-rior urethral valves, urethral atresia, and prune - belly syndrome are the frequently reported causes of lower urinary tract obstruction. Despite the completion of a randomized trial, the benefit of prenatal intervention with vesicoamniotic shunt placement remains unclear. The management of these disease in fetus and newborns requires appropriate urinary tract decompression, subspecially support, and definitive diagnosis with endoscopy and radiography. Now,the recent progress of diagnosis and treatment of congenital lower urinary tract obstruction were reviewed.
5.Research status and analysis of English translation of package instruction of Chinese medicine
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;39(5):385-390
Through approaches of literature statistics and content analysis, the English translation studies of package instruction of Chinese medicine from Chinese literature database were summarized and analyzed, including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wangfang Data and VIP Database. It was found that there existed four main problems in English translation of package instruction of Chinese medicine. First, there were relatively few studies in this field. Second, the papers were distributed unevenly in the relevant periodicals. Third, most studies were practice-based studies. Fourth, the research methods were simple. Theoretical guidance, research system and empirical research should be paid attention in English translation studies of package instruction of Chinese medicine.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To detect the expression of telomerase catalytic subunit (TERT),telomerase in human ovarian luteinized granulosa cells and to investigate the relationship between telomerase expression and the ovarian fecundity Methods Ovarian luteinized granulosa cells were recovered from 22 women with regular menses who underwent in vitro fertilization/ intracytoplasmic sperm injection programme. We carried out in situ hybridization histochemistry on luteinized granulosa cells to detect TERT mRNA expression, and telomeric repeat amplification protocol to detect telomerase activity Results TERT mRNA were present in luteinized granulosa cells. The expression of TERT mRNA and telomerase activity in ovarian luteinized granulosa cells decreased with increase of age, basal serum follicle stimulating hormone levels Conclusions These results suggest that telomerase may play an active role in ovarian function.A reduced telomerase activity of granulosa cells may be one of the important mechanisms involved in decreased ovarian function in women.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Objective: To introduce an improved direct method for first puncture and to study the safety of first puncture in laparoscopic surgery. Methods: Four kinds of techniques were used to perform the first puncture on 4 102 patients.Group A: trocar puncture were performed after pneumoperitoneum in 2 492 cases.Group B: trocar puncture was directly through the incision of umbilical skin in 798 patients; Group C: trocar puncture was directly through the incision of umbilic skin, subcutancous fat and fascia in 387 patients.Group D: opened umbilical hole and inserted the trocar shell without puncture in 425 cases.it was a success if entered the abdominal cavity at the first time,it was unsafe if punctured twice and a failure if the needle hadn't entered the abdominal cavity for 3 times or went into the subcutaneous vessels or viscera. Results: There were no vessels and viscera injury during punctures in our study. The puncture results were related to the different methods.Compared with group A, the success rate of group C and D were significantly improved( P 0.05).Success rates of group C and D were significantly higher than that of group A.The success rate was higher in group D than in group C( P
9.Effect of sodium quercetin-7-sulfate on enzyme activity of recombinant human phosphoinositide 3-kinase p110? catalytic subunit
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Aim To study the effect of sodium quercetin-7-sulfate (SQMS) on activity of recombinant human phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3-K) p110? catalytic subunit. Methods Recombinant human PI3-K p110? catalytic subunit was expressed by gene engineering.PI3-K activity was assayed by incubating recombinant PI3-K p110? with phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate and [?-~ ~32 P]ATP; the ~ ~32 P-radiolabeled lipids were extracted with chloroform and methanol, and assessed by scintillation counter. Results SQMS showed inhibition on the recombinant p110? catalytic subunit with IC_~50 13.14 ?mol?L~-1 .Conclusions SQMS is an inhibitor of PI3-K. The recombinant PI3-K p110? catalytic subunit might be used as a molecular target for simpler target screening more effective inhibitors of PI3-K.
10.A primary study of pulse Nd:YAG laser on morphology and bonding of enamel and dentin
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(18):-
Objective To investigate the morphology and bonding of enamel and dentin conditioned by 35% phosphoric acid and pulse Nd:YAG laser. Methods A total of 52 human premolars were selected,40 of which were divided into four groups randomly: group A [enamel treated with 35% phosphoric acid(Scotchbond,3M) for 30 s];group B [enamel treated with pulse Nd:YAG laser(Evlaser Friendly A4 Italy) for 20 s];group C(dentin treated with 35% phosphoric acid for 15 s);group D(enamel treated with pulse Nd:YAG laser for 15 s).The tensile bond strength(TBS) were determined.Except 4 out of 12 human premolars without any treatment,8 were divided into 4 groups and were treated with the method mentioned above. The surfaces of 12 human premolars were observed under SEM.Results The highest TBS was obtained in group A in comparison with the other 3 groups(P0.05).The smear layer on enamel and dentin could be removed after conditioned by both phosphoric acid and pulse Nd:YAG laser. The honeycomb structures were observed on all enamel but less regularly in lased group.Almost all the orifices of dentinal tubules were open in the acid group and sealed or half-sealed in lased group. Conclusion The pulse Nd:YAG laser did not contribute to bonding of enamel, but could improve the bonding of dentin and seal most of the orifices of dentinal tubules, which reduced the harmful stimulation to the dental pulp.
