Objective:To Integrated PACS and hospital information systems (HIS), and improve the efficiency of PACS, and improve the user experience. Methods:Base on deeply analysis of existing problems in system application, using process optimization, software optimization, and hardware upgrades manner optimize PACS. Results: PACS and HIS realized Integrated, improving the overall performance of the PACS. Enhance the user experience and expand the application scope of PACS. Conclusion: Deeply analysis of existing problems should be done before optimizing the system. Process optimization, software environment optimization should be considered as the most important and upgrading and replacement of the hardware as the secondary.

DPP-4 inhibitors are new oral hypoglycemic drugs and hot spots developed and launched in recent years, and they pro-vide new choices for the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes. In China, DPP-4 inhibitors that are approved to use in the treatment of type 2 diabetes are all imported products currently. In the paper, the current intellectual property situation of DPP-4 inhibitors that are developed and approved at home and abroad is researched and analyzed. Reasonable use of the patent information of DPP-4 inhibitors that is about to expire or have failed can provide good guidance for the subsequent development of DPP-4 inhibitors in domestic with promising curative effect and good market prospects, and can generate new patents in order to enhance the market competitiveness.

Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the Tree-Drawing Test in medical college students.Methods The study randomly selected 312 aged 19 to 23-year-old medical students to take part in TreeDrawing Test.In addition,a total of 275 college students were selected to receive re-test,30 days late and Pearson correlation coefficient of two tests were calculated.The three raters were invited to assess 30 trees painting score,analyzing the Kendall coefficient of concordance between the scores to verify raters' reliability; parts of students also participated in the 16PF test,SAS,SDS test,analyzing the correlation coefficient between the various test results,in order to assess the effectiveness of the Tree-Drawing Test.Results The re-test reliability in different time was 0.570-0.733 and 0.341-0.713 (P＜0.05),the raters' reliability was 0.491 ～ 0.626(P＜0.05),there are some correlations between Tree-Drawing Test and 16PF,SAS,SDS.Conclusion The Tree-Drawing Test has good reliability and validity; it can be applied to the detection of college students' psychological assessment and psychological problems.

Objective The purpose of this study was to discuss the effect of visible light therapeutic equipment accompanied with electrolyzed-oxiding water (EOW) on pressure ulcer above the second phase. Methods We divided 44 patients with pressure ulcer above the second phase into the test group (23 cases, 28 spots) and the control group (21 cases, 25 spots). The test group received local decompression, debridement with EOW, exposure to visible light for 20 minutes, 10 times per day. The control group adopted local decompression, debridement with normal saline and local application of burn cream, 3 times per day. Results The effective rate of the test group was apparently higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The healing time was also shorter than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Treatment of pressure ulcer above the second phase with visible light therapeutic equipment accompanied with electrolyzed-oxiding water proved to be an effective treatment method.

Objective To discuss the surgical treatment for huge hepatoblastoma in children,and the technique of hepatectomy without blockade of the blood supply to the remained liver lobes.Methods We reviewed 12 cases of huge hepatoblastorna who had been operated from July 2001 to January 2009 in our hospital.The mean age of the children was 3.2 years(range,11 months to 12 years).The diameter of the tumor was from 10 to 23 cm.3～7 cycles of chemotherapy was routinely administrated before operation.When the tumor reduced to a certain size that radical resection could be performed safely,regular hepatectomy was conducted.Hepatoblastoma resection without blocking the blood supply to the remained liver lobes was performed in every patient.Results The operations were successfully accomplished in all the 12 children.5 cases received right trihepatectomy (segment Ⅳ,Ⅴ～Ⅷ),4 cases received right hemihepatectomy(segment Ⅴ～Ⅷ),and the other 3 cases received Ⅳ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ segmentectomy,right Ⅴ,Ⅵ segmentectomy,and left hemihepatectomy respectively.The intraoperative hemodynamic parameters were stable,and there was no perioperative mortality.Postoperative chemotherapy wag routinely administrated.The follow-up period varied from 2 to 92 months.11 children survived and were disease free,among those 6 children have survived for more than 5 years.One child had brain and lung metastasis 5 months post operation,and died 7 months post operation. Conclusion Preoperative chemotherapy administrated to children with huge hepatoblastoma can reduce the tumor size and render tumor reseetable.Hepatoblastoma resection without blocking the blood supply to the remained liver lobes is a safe and feasible surgical technique.

Aim To study the relative bioequivalence of two domestic ciprofloxacin tablets. Methods Therandomized and crossover study was conducted in 18 healthy volunteers.After a single dose of the drugs,their plasma drug concentration was determined using HPLC.Results Both the two domestic ciprofloxacin tablets fit to one compartment model. The main pharmacokinetics parameters of the tested and reference ciprofloxacin were as followings: C_(max):(2.503?0.394) and (2.706?0.579) mg?L~(-1);T_(max):(1.343?0.402) and (1.075?0.379) h;T_(12):(4.174?1.201) and (3.826?1.005) h; AUC_(0-tn): (10.528?2.204) and (10.643?1.922) mg?L~(-1)?h;AUC_(0-∞): (11.409?2.139) and (11.558?2.160) mg?L~(-1)?h;F_(0-tn) and F_(0-∞) was (100.245?18.447)% and (100.470?20.108)%,respectirely. Conclusion The tested and reference formulations are bioeqivalent.

Objective To investigate the effect of isoflurane preconditioning on the nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB)activity of leukocytes in patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).Methods Twenty ASAⅡorⅢpatients of both sexes aged 20-60 yrs undergoing cardiac valve replacement under CPB were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=10 each):control group(C)and isoflurane preconditioning group(I).Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.08-0.12 mg?kg~(-1),fentanyl 5-10?g?kg~(-1) and vecuronium 0.1 mg?kg~(-1).The patients were mechanically ventilated(FiO_2=100%)after tracheal intubation.Anesthesia was maintained with intermittent i.v.boluses of fentanyl and midazolam in group C or with 2 MAC isoflurane and intermittent i.v.boluses of fentanyl and midazolam in group I before CPB.Systolic BP was kept between 90-120 mm Hg,diastolic BP between 50-80 mm Hg and HR between 60-90 bpm in both groups. Isoflurane was discontinued at the initiation of CPB.Arterial blood samples were taken after tracheal intubation and before inhalation of isoflurane(T_0)at 30 min(T_1),1 h(T_2)and 2 h(T_3)after aortic unclamping for determination of NF-kB activity of leukocytes using electrophoretic mobility shift assay(EMSA).The amount of fentanyl,midazolam,dopamine and sodium nitroprusside(SNP)consumed during operation and the rate of recovery of spontaneous heart beat in both groups were recorded.Results The NF-kB activity was significantly increased after aortic unclamping in C group but there was no significant difference in NF-kB activity before CPB (T_0)and after aortic unclamping(T_(1-3))in I group.The NF-kB activity was significant lower at T_(1-3) in group I than in group C.The total amount of fentanyl consumed was 40-60?g?kg~(-1) in C group and 20-30?g?kg~(-1) in group I. Significantly less amount of dopamine was used in group I than in group C.There was no significant difference in SNP consumption between the 2 groups.The rate of recovery of spontaneous heart beat was significantly higher in group I than in group C(P＜0.01).The amount of dopamine consumed was positively correlated with the highest level of NF-kB activity in both group[r=0.962 in group C;r=0.908 in group I(P＜0.01)].Conclusion Isoflurane preconditioning can attenuate the NF-kB activity of leulocytes in patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement under CPB.

Objective:Osteoprotegerin (OPG) is a key molecule negatively regulating osteoclast differentiation and activation; and the conserved mycobacterial heat shock 70 (HSP70) peptide p111-125 has also been found to inhibit inflammation reactions in chronic arthritis. BaculoDirectTM baculovirus expression system was selected to express recombinant OPG-HSP70 in insect cells.Methods:The human functional fragment (p22-194) of OPG and functional fragment (p111-125) of mycobacterial HSP70 gene were cloned into the transfer vector pENTRTM/SD/D-TOPO. The recombinant plasmid was performed an LR reaction with the BaculoDirectTM Linear DNA to generate recombinant baculovirus DNA. The cultured Sf9 insect cells were directly transferred with the recombinant baculovirus DNA,and the pure recombinant baculovirus was obtained. Then recombinant baculovirus was infected Sf9 insect cells again to express the OPG-HSP70 gene.Results:The target protein was detected at the time of 48h post infection,reached at highest yield at the time of 72h post-infection. A 28kDa protein immunostaining band was detected by Western blotting from lysate of those cells.And the purified protein was obtained by using Ni-NTA system.
