Objective To understand the vibrio vulnificus pollution condition in marine products in Zhuhai region and the drug resistance situation to provide the basis for further study of vibrio vulnificus and clinical medication .Methods 89 samples were col-lected from the marine products wholesale market ,pedlars′market and supermarkets in Zhuhai region and the method published by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was adopted to perform the qualitative detection of vibrio vulnificus .The identifica-tion of bacteria and the drug sensitivity test were performed by using the ATB instrument .Results In 89 samples of marine prod-ucts ,vibrio vulnificus was detected in 39 samples ,the total positive rate was 43 .82% .The detection rate of oyster was as high as 60 .87% (28/46) ,followed by marine fish (39 .13% ,9/23) and marine shrimp (20 .00% ,2/10) .The drug sensitive test showed that vibrio vulnificus had the resistant strains to cephalosporins and aminoglycoside drugs .Conclusion The seafood vibrio vulnificus pollution in Zhuhai region can not be ignored .The monitoring of vibrio vulnificus in the marine products and the drug resistance a-nalysis should be strengthened for effectively preventing the outbreak of vibrio vulnificus .

Objective：To study the mental health status of heroin addicts and their need for psychotherapy after detoxification. Methods：The mental health of 83 heroin addicts and 70 normal subjects were assessed by SCL-90, Social Support Rating Scale , EPQ, SAS and SDS. Results：As compared to normal controls, heroin additions were found to score higher on various mental health measures, including SCL-90 total and factor scores, the N score of EPQ, as well as total scores on SAS and SDS. The social support in heroin addicts scored lower than normal subjects. Conclusion：Heroin addicts have severe psychological problems, which warrant long-term psychological rehabilitation after detoxification.

Objective To analyze the hospitalization expenses of cancer patients covered with byitem payment and quota payment packages,and probe into the impacts on such expenses for the two payment packages.Methods Inpatient records of 600 cancer patients were sampled by random from the medical insurance databases of Zhengzhou and Fuzhou to learn their hospitalization expenses and impact factors.Results Under the by-item payment package,the expenses of urban workers’ medical insurance were found higher than those of urban residents' medical insurance,with a per capita expense of RMB 32747.70 ± 32035.01 and 23035.83 ± 22875.65 respectively.Under the quota payment package however,there were no significant differences between expenses of the two kinds of inpatients,with a per capita expense of RMB 66043.41±47562.09 and 66576.54±73417.29 respectively.Conclusion There are gaps of reimbursement level between the two basic insurance schemes,which may not disappear in a short time.Under the by-item payment package,the gap exists in the difference of perreimbursement amount; under the quota payment package,the gap is negligible between the two populations under different insurance schemes.It is recommended to make reasonable use of these different payment schemes to minimize the relative gaps in medical service accessibility caused by the difference in reimbursement level.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy for bone meta-static cancer. Methods 71 cases with bone metastatic cancer were randomly divided into observation group (40 ca-ses) and control group (31 cases). The observation group was treated with zoledronic acid, 4 mg intravenously and local radiotherapy. The control group was treatd by radiotherapy alone. Results Pain relief was noted in 90% pa-tients in the observation group and 83.9% in the control group, respectively. The statistical difference was not signif-icant(P > 0.05). After the treatment had finished 3 months pain alleviation situation:Pain relief was noted in 87.5% patients in the observation group and 67.7% in the control group, respectively. The difference between the two groups was significant(χ2 =4.09, P =0.043). No serious radiotherapy and serious adverse drug reactions was found. Conclusion Zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy was superior to radiotherapy alone for metastatic cancer bone pain relief, analgesic effect maintain a longer time.

Plant growth retardant as one of plant growth regulator can inhibit the cell division, elongation and growth rate in shoot apical meristem (SAM), which can be reversed by gibberellin regulate the product of photosynthesis transfer to the root and rhizome part. As commonly used plant growth retardant, paclobutrazol, uniconazole, chlorocholine chloride, mepiquat chloride, choline chloride and daminozide are used to promote the growth of root and rhizome, call as "zhuanggenling", "pengdasu", "pengdaji" etc. Single or recombination of plant growth regulator is registered as pesticide, and called as pesticide "zhuanggenling" in this paper. Growth regulator which registered as a foliar fertilizer or fertilization was called agricultural fertilizer "zhuanggenling" in this paper. The author investigate the usage of "zhuanggenling" in the root and rhizome of medicinal plants cultivation from 2012 to 2014 in Sichuan province, Huangyuan town, Mianyang (Ophiopogonis Radix); Pengzhou Aoping town (Chuanxiong Rhizoma); Pengshan Xiejia town (Alismatis Rhizoma); Jiangyou Taiping town and Zhangming town (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata); Yunnan Wenshan (Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma); Henan province, Wuzhidafeng Town (Rehmanniae Radix, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, Dioscoreae Rhizoma); Gansu Min county (Codonopsis Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix); Gansu Li county (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma). The result showed that "zhuanggenling" were applied in the most medicinal plant cultivation except Rhei Radix et Rhizoma. It has been applied widespreadly in Ophiopogonis Radix, Alismatis Rhizoma, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, Codonopsis Radix; Rehmanniae Radix, commonly in Angelicae Sinensis Radix application, and occasionally in Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Dioscoreae Rhizoma. In 53 collected sample from plantation areas, fifteen (28%) were pesticide "zhuanggenling", thirty-eight (72%) were pesticide "zhuanggenling". UPLC analysis results showed that 38 farmers fertilizer "zhuanggenling" content of 6 kinds of plant growth retardant. It is regarded that fertilizer "zhuanggenling" was dominant in medicinal plant cultivation, and that the plant growth retardant is added widespreadly in farm fertilizer "zhuanggenling". All evidence proves conclusively that "zhuanggenling" have been used in the proper way, whereas some others have been misused or even abused in the use regarding to type, number, use frequency. The root or rhizoma are increased to 20%-200%. But there is lack of evaluation to appraise the quality of medicinal materials from the aspects of research or industry. BACKGROUND: The change of the axial angle of the lower limb is related to the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis.OBJECTIVE: To analyze the correlation between the change of lower limb power line and pain area in the knee osteoarthritis patients.METHODS: Totally 65 knee osteoarthritis patients were selected as pain group and 30 healthy people were selected as control group. All the participants took anteroposterior and lateral knee radiographs through PACS imaging systems to collect six imaging indexes, including install index, the degree of tibiofemoral joint subluxation, tibiofemoral inside and outside joint clearance ratio, femoral angle, tibial angle and tibiofemoral angle. Knee osteoarthritis patients in pain group were divided into two common clinical pain areas which were proparea and medial area.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The insall index, the degree of tibiofemoral joint subluxation, tibiofemoral inside andoutside joint clearance ratio between knee osteoarthritis patients in pain group and people in healthy control group hadsignificant differences. There was no statistical significance in the femoral angle, tibial angle and tibiofemoral angle. (2) In terms of the comparison between proparea and medial area in knee osteoarthritis patients in pain group, tibiofemoral joint subluxation degree was statistically different. (3) These findings suggest that there was a higher patella in knee osteoarthritis patients who were in pain, more severe in the degree of tibiofemoral joint subluxation, and more limited in tibiofemoral inside and outside joint clearance ratio. The degree of tibiofemoral joint subluxation of proparea was more severe than medial area in pain group.

? AIM: To explore the curative effect of dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy with mitomycin for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.?METHODS: Totally 73 cases ( 78 eyes ) with chronic dacryocystitis were treated with dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy with mitomycin and followed up for 6-12mo.?RESULTS: In the 73 patients, 66 cases with 70 eyes (90%) were cured, 2 cases with 3 eyes (4%) improved, 5 cases with 5 eyes ( 6%) not changed. In the recurrent 5 eyes, 2 eyes were treated under endoscopy to remove granulation, enlarge the opening, then anesthetic tube was placed after cotton sheet with 0. 4g/L mitomycin was put on the incision for 5min. The rest 3 eyes were treated in superior hospital with laser, and all were successful. There was no severe complication observed.?CONCLUSION:Dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy with mitomycin for chronic dacryocystitis is effective.

Objective To investigate the effects of Morroniside on H2O2-induced oxidative injury in SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells.MethodsSH-SY5Y cells were pre-incubated with Morroniside(1,10,and 100 μmol/L)for 24 h prior to exposure to H2O2(500 μmol/L)for 18 h.The content of reactive oxygen species(ROS),nitric oxide(NO),glutathione(GSH)were determined.ResultsPretreatment the cells with Morroniside(10 and 100 μmol/L)lowered H2O2-induced ROS release by 37%(P<0.01)and 27%(P<0.05)versus H2O2,and NO release in a dose-dependent manner by 31%(P<0.05),53%(P<0.01)versus H2O2.Morroniside(1,10,and 100 μmol/L)increased GSH level in cells treated with H2O2 in comparison with cells exposed only to H2O2,respectively.ConclusionMorroniside shows neuroprotection effect against H2O2-induced oxidation injury in SH-SY5Y cell.

Simultaneous concurrence of subacute thyroiditis and Graves' disease is rare.We present one case of subacute thyroiditis with Graves' disease and combine with other reports to explore the clinical characteristics and therapeutic considerations.If subacute thyroiditis is considered coexisting simultaneously with Graves' disease,radioactive iodine uptake,thyroid autoantibody,fine-needle aspiration of thyroid gland,thyroid nuclide imaging examination,etc,should be done to make correct diagnosis and to adjust the therapeutic plan.
