Objective In order to investigate the mechanism of the remodeling of pulmonary vascular in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension,normobaric hypoxic rat model (FIO 2=10%)was used to observe the changes of fibronectin(FN)and leminin(LN)within the pulmonary artery by morphological methods. Methods The normobaric hypoxic chamber was used to establish the hypoxic rat model. The lungs were taken off and stained with immunohistochemical method.Some specimens were examined by electromicroscopy. Results Immunohistochemical analysis revealed progressive increase in the deposition of FN and LN,which was most prominent in hypoxia 7d group.The content of FN was higher than LN.Electromicroscope revealed that the SMC of tunia media had transitted from a contractile to a synthetic phenotype. Conclusion Long term hypoxic exposure resulted in increasing of FN and LN in the wall of pulmonary artery.These increase not only raise the tension and make thickening of the vessels themselves,but also provide an environment for the transition of SMC from a contractile to a synthetic phenotype.FN and LN played an important role in the remodeling of pulmonary vascular directly and indirectly. Bone mineral density (BMD) of lumbar spines, femoral neck, Ward′s triangle and greater trochanter was lowered, serum calcium, phosphate, alkaline phosphatase and bone Gla-protein levels were raised, and vitamin D receptor (VDR) contents in lymphocyte was lowered in hyperthyroid patients. Both FT 3 and FT 4 were negatively correlated with BMD, suggesting that hyperthyroidism results in high-turnover type of bone loss which causes the abnormalities of bone metabolic indices and VDR content.

Objective To observe the effect of filtrate of normal human fresh dejecta on intestinal flora alteration.Methods 5 severe patients who treated with Cefoperazone suffered in intestinal flora alteration, 4 cases with candida albicans ans, 1 with Welch's basillus. After diagnosing, preserving clyster was done with filtrate of normal human fresh dejecta.Results 1 or 2 days after the treatment, the intestinal flora alteration disappeared.Conclusion The filtrate of normal human fresh dejecta is effective on the treatment of intestinal flora alternation.

Objective To investigate the effects of isoflurane and sevonumne on apoptosis and expression of CD44 and CD54 in human lung cancer cell line A549.Methods Human lung cancer A549 cells were obtained from Shanghai Cell Biology Medical Research Institute,Chinese Academy of Sciences,and inoculated in 24 well culture plate.After being cultured for 24 h the cells were randomly divided into 3 groups:group Ⅰ control(group C);group Ⅱ isoflurane (group Iso) and group Ⅲ sevoflurane (group Sev).A 549 cells were exposed to 1.7% isoflurane and 2.5%sevoflurane for 4 h respectively in group Iso and Sev respectively,and were then cultured for another 24 h.Apoptosis and expression of CD44 and CD54 in A549 cells were detected with flow cytometer at 0 (T0),2 h(T1) and 4 h(T2) of and 24 h after(T3) exposure to isoflurane and sevoflurane.Results The percentage of apoptotic cells wag significantly higher at T2 and T3 in group Iso than in group C.The percentage of apoptotic cells was significantly higher at T1,T2 and T3 in group Sev than in group Iso and C.The expression of CD44 and CD54 at T1,T2 and T3 was significantly decreased as compared with the baseline at T0 in group Iso and Sev and was significantly lower in group Iso and Sev than in group C.Conclusion Isoflurane and sevoflurane can induce apoptesis of human lung cancer cell line A549, and sevoflurane is more effective. Isoflurane and sevoflurane can inhibit the expression of CD44 and CD54 of human lung cancer cell line A549.

Objective To compare the effect of traditional open surgery and laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation on postoperative pulmonary function.Methods Fifty patients were divided into two groups according to therapeutic method.Group A underwent traditional open gastric perforation repair(n=25).Group B underwent laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation(n=25).The pulmonary functions were examined at 1 day,3 days and 7 days postoperatively.Results All patients had different degrees of postoperative pulmonary function decline.After operation,the forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and vital capacity(VC)in group A were significantly lower than those in preoperation(P<0.05).The patients in laparoscopic operation group decreased significantly only on the first day postoperative.The postoperative pulmonary function of patients undergoing open surgery was significantly lower than that of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation has less damage to the lung function than traditional open gastric perforation repair.Laparoscopic surgery plays an important role in the recovery of postoperative pulmonary function.

Objective To investigate the influence of cognitive training on patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods 30 patients received cognitive function training based upon drug treat-ment. Patients were assessed with mini- mental state examination (MMSE) and functional independence measure(FIM) before and after treatment, the results went through t test. Results After training, cog-nitive function and self- care ability after treatment greatly alleviated compared with those before train-ing. Conclusions Cognitive training can improve cognitive function and self- care ability of patients with Alzheimer's disease and facilitate their life quality.

Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations of sevoflurane on Survivin expression in human adenocarcinoma cell line A549. Methods A549 cells were obtained from Shanghai Cell Biology Medical Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences and inoculated in 96 well culture plate. After being cultured for 24 h, the cells were randomly divided into 4 groups: Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups exposed to 95 % O2 -5 %CO2,1.7%, 3.4% and 5.1% sevoflurane respectively. A549 cells were exposed to sevoflurane for 2, 4 and 6 h respectively and then cultured for another 48 h in Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups. Proliferation of A549 cells were measured by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay, and apoptosis was detected with flow cytometer at 48 h after 2, 4 and 6 h sevoflurane exposure. The expression of Survivin in A549 cells was determined by Western blot analysis at 48h after 4 h sevoflurane exposure. Results The rate of proliferation inhibition and percentage of apoptotic cells were significantly higher while the expression of Survivin was significantly lower in a concentration-dependent manner in Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups as compared with group Ⅰ . Conclusion Sevoflurane can inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of A549 cells by inhibition of Survivin expression.

Objective To investigate the feature of event-related potential N400 for Chinese aphasia patients. Methods 23 Chinese aphasia patients and 20 controls were evaluated with Western Aphasia Battery (WAB), and N400 was also measured. Results N400 latency was longer and N400 amplitude was higher in the aphasia group than in the control group. In aphasia group, the latency (r=-0.553, P=0.000) and amplitude of N400 (r=-0.628, P=0.000) correlated to the score of Aphasia Quotient (AQ), and the amplitude of N400 correlated to the score of anomia in WAB (r=-0.372, P=0.001). Conclusion Event-related potential N400 could reflect the level of language function impairment and it is a valuable index for evaluating language function, especially anomia level in Chinese aphasia patients

Objective:To investigate the expression of microRNA-324-5p (miR-324-5p) and transcription factor forkhead box C1 (FOXC1) in glioma and their relationship with the prognosis of patients.Methods:From March 2012 to March 2015, a total of 72 cases of glioma tissues were collected from glioma patients who were admitted to Chongqing Hygeia Tumor Hospital and the People's Hospital of Nanchuan in Chongqing, and 28 cases of normal human brain tissues resected in craniocerebral surgery were also collected. The expressions of miR-324-5p and FOXC1 mRNA were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), and the expression of FOXC1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between the expressions of miR-324-5p and FOXC1 in glioma tissues; Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the survival of patients with glioma; Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with glioma.Results:FOXC1 protein was mainly located in the cytoplasm of glioma, and its positive expression rate in glioma tissues was 81.94% (59/72), which was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissues [17.86% (5/28)], and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2 = 35.938, P<0.01). Compared with normal brain tissues, the expression of miR-324-5p was down-regulated in glioma tissues (0.62±0.19 vs. 0.98±0.02, t = 9.974, P < 0.05), and the expression of FOXC1 mRNA was up-regulated (1.41±0.29 vs. 0.99±0.02, t = 7.633, P < 0.05). The expressions of miR-324-5p and FOXC1 protein were correlated with the number of primary lesions, differentiation degree, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of glioma (all P<0.05). Pearson analysis showed that the expressions of miR-324-5p and FOXC1 mRNA were negatively correlated ( r = -0.550, P<0.01). The 5-year overall survival rate of patients in miR-324-5p high-expression group was significantly higher than that of patients in miR-324-5p low-expression group (45.71% vs. 24.33%, χ2 = 6.531, P = 0.011), and the 5-year overall survival rate of patients in FOXC1 protein high-expression group was significantly lower than that of patients in FOXC1 protein low-expression group (30.41% vs. 42.34%, χ2 = 3.631, P = 0.047). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that low differentiation, TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, lymph node metastasis, low expression of miR-324-5p and high expression of FOXC1 protein were independent risk factors for prognosis of glioma patients (all P < 0.05). Conclusions:The expression of miR-324-5p is low and the expression of FOXC1 is high in glioma. They may be involved in the regulation of tumor differentiation and metastasis, and related to the poor prognosis of patients. They may be potential therapeutic targets for glioma.
