Targeted therapy means transporting drugs to certain tissue, aiming at increasing the utilization of drugs as well as reducing cytotoxicity.Chemotherapy drugs carried by carbon nanotube have high pharmaceutical activity and tumor control rate, compared with drugs alone.Carbon nanotube combined with immunotherapy drugs and nucleic acid can treat tumors at immunology and gene level.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare captopril hydrophilic gel sustained-release tablet and study the influencing factors on its release METHODS:With HPMC as the matrix, the tablets were prepared by direct compression method and influencing factors on release were studied RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The in vitro release of prepared tablets conformed to Higuchi equation The HPMC matrix tablet could release in a sustained way when the proportion of HPMC was at least 15% in weight and the best proportion was 60%;The dissolution of Methocel K was slower than 60RT or 75RT;Taking lactose as the filler was better than starch or CaSO4;When the proportion of lactose increased, the dissolution sharply decreased; The tablet dissolved more rapidly with paddle method than with rotating basket methos, compression force and pH of dissolution medium affected the release very little

Background Increase in ophthalmic optical medical instruments and microsurgical applications leads to retinal photochemical damage and other problems delivery of a variety of devices,so the in-depth study and understanding of its pathogenesis after retina light damage can provide a reference for the clinical treatment of related diseases. Objective This study was to investigate the therapeutic effect and relative mechanism of erythropoietin (EPO) on mouse retina photic injury by studying the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2)and MMP-9.Methods Fifty-two SPF BALB/c mice were randomized into normal control group, simple light-induced group and EPO pretreatment group by balloting method. The mice of simple light-induced group and EPO pretreatment group were continuously irradiated with 6000 lx diffuse light for 4 hours in a home-made box to establish the models of light-induced damage;while recombinant human EPO (rhEPO)of 5000 U/kg was intraperitoneally injected prior to the light exposure in the EPO pretreatment group. The expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were examined at 6,12,36,72,96 hours and 7 days following light-exposure by immunohistochemistry. Results Edema and structural disorder of RPE cells appeared inthe simple light-induced group after light-exposure and aggravated with lapse of light-exposure time, but no similar change was seen until 7 days in the EPO pretreatment group. The immunohistochemistry findings showed that the expression of MMP-2(A value)in RPE cells was less in the normal mice. However,a large quantity of positive cells appeared in RPE layer 36 hours after light-exposure.Compared with the simple light-induced group, the positive expression of MMP-2 protein in EPO pretreatment group was significantly decreased, showing statistically significant differences among these three groups and different time points (Fgroup =3.68,P =0 04; Ftime =9.13,P=0.00).There was hardly any MMP-9 expression in the retina of the normal mice.In simple light-induced group,a few of positive cells appeared in RPE layer 6 hours after light-exposure and reached its peak 12 hours following light-exposure.The gradually down-regulation of MMP-9 expression happened 96 hours later following light-irradiation.The expression tendency of MMP-9 in EPO pretreatment group was similar to the simple light-induced group.Significant differences in expressions of MMP-9 were found among different groups and time points (Fgroup=3.61,P =0.04;Ftime =16.91,P=0.00).Conclusions MMP-2 and MMP-9 may be involved in the mechanism of retina photic injury by down-regulating the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in RPE cells.

Objective To investigate the factors for retinopathy in premature infants. Methods Ophthalmologic mydri was conducted in premature infants and acording to the international classification of ROP, they were diagnosed as ROP. The risk factors of the incidence of ROP were statistically and respectively analyzed. Results Among total of 47 patients, 11 patients were found retinopathy of prematurity. Conclusion The body weight is lower, the gestation is shorter, incidence of ROP is the higher.

Objective To explore role of functional neck dissection for lower collar-shaped incision at hair margin behind ear in the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer. Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma who underwent func-tional neck dissection for lower collar-shaped incision at hair margin behind ear were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incisions of all patients were unseen in daily life and patients were satisfied with the postoperative appearances. No case of shoulder syndrome, postoperative local recurrence and distant metastasis was observed. Conclusion Functional neck dissection for lower collar-shaped incision at hair margin behind ear is effective in the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer. Meanwhile it can obviously improve patients’ postoperative appearance and life quality, therefore it is worth clinical application.

Objective To explore the effect of emergency pre-hospital care intervention procedures on patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage treatment. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage rescued in the ambulance of our hospital from June 2011 to June 2014 were selected as the observation group , and another 120 patients of acute cerebral hemorrhage escorted by family members to our hospital during the same period were set as a control group. The patients in the observation group were given guidance nursing, on-site emergency care, emergency care and hospital transit emergency care, and the patients in the control group were given rescue in the hospital. The two groups were compared in terms of effective transit time. Results The effective transit time for the patients in the observation group was (0.87 ± 0.19)h, significantly shorter than the control group (1.26 ± 0.35) h (P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was 22.22%, significantly lower than that of the control group (54.17%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency care intervention for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can effectively shorten transit time, reduce complications and improve outcome and improve survival, worthy of promotion.

Objective: To explore the effect of Laminarina Japonica Polysaccharides (LJPS) on blood glucose in diabetes mice. Methods: Effect of LJPS on alloxan inducing diabetes mellitus model was investigated by applying different doses(125,250 and 500mg/kg bw). Results: The doses of LJPS were able to lower blood glucose level by 34.96%,20.70% and 26.82% respectively. They also decreased BUN level, enhanced liver glycogen, calcium in serum and insulin concentration. LJPS could restore the injury of alloxan induced pancreas islet significantly by histopathological findingConclusion: The results show that LJPS is an active component in protecting against alloxan induced pancreas injury and mediating the blood glucose level.
