1.Expression of human leucocyte antigen in ectopic endometrial tissue of endometriosis
Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the human leucocyte antigen (HLA) expression of ectopic endometrial epithelial cells in cases with endometriosis and its role in pathogenesis of endometriosis Methods By immunohistochemical analysis,HLA expression was observed in ectopic endometrial epithelial cells of 25 endometriosis patients Ectopic endometrial cells were cultured in vitro successfully and the expression of HLA were analyzed by flow cytometry in 10 out of the 25 patients Eutopic endometrium of 15 normal women were taken as control Results (1)Expression of HLA class Ⅰ molecule on ectopic endometrial epithelial cells of endometriosis measured by the immunohistochemical analysis was lower than those of controls, (4 0?0 5) score and (1 2?0 8) score respectively So was the expression rate by flow cytometry in vitro culture (63 38?11 88)% and (5 27? 2 88)% respectively ( P

Garcinia plants are one of the rich sources of natural xanthones and benzophenones which have attracted a great deal of attention from the scientists in the fields of chemistry and pharmacology. Recently, many structurally unique constituents with various bioactivities, especially anti-tumor activity, have been isolated from Garcinia plants. This concise review focused on the anti-cancer activity natural products isolated from Chinese Garcinia plants, and the research finding by authors and collaborators over the past several years were cited.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(04):-
This article is to study the interaction between amphotericin B and 5-flucytosine to yeasts in vitro. The checkerboard microdilution method was applied to study in vitro interaction according to M27-A method of NCCLS. Twenty-eight strains of yeasts were used for combination study. Compared with the single agents, there were significant reductions in the geometric mean of the minimal inhibitory concentration of the combination(P

Objective In order to grasp the status quo of the internship nursing students' evidence awareness in our province, to improve the teaching measures, and to promote nursing safety. Methods We delivered questionnaires to 480 nursing students who were exercising practice in some major hospitals in our province about their contemporary consciousness of evidence, the results underwent analysis. Results The results showed that the awareness of nursing evidence was very poor in the new period. Conclusions It's imperative to enhance the normative education about evidence awareness among the nursing students.

Objective To determine the specific recognition of Echinococcus granulosus (E.g.) cyst fluid crude antigen (EgCF) and antigen B (EgB) by serum specific IgG and IgE using Western blotting during anaphylactic shock induced by E. g. in sheep, and to investigate the importance of defined characteristics and molecular weight of the specific antigens. Methods EgCF was obtained through local slaughterhouses in Urumqi from the cysts of infected sheep liver. Western blotting was used to analyze total specific IgG and IgE antibodies in serum from sheep infected with E.g. using either crude antigen of E. g. and EgB, and to understand specific recognition of hydatid cyst antigens by serum total IgG and specific IgE. Results SDS-PAGE and Western blotting showed that there were differences between EgB and EgCF in electrophoresis pattern. EgB was recognized by IgG from sera of infected sheep in a series of bands with molecular weight ranging from 31, 43 to 66.2 kDa. No binding of IgG against EgCF was observed in any serum from the infected sheep during anaphylactic shock. In contrast, specific IgE antibodies in E. g. infected sheep obviously recognized the single 43 kDa subunit of EgCF, but no binding of specific IgE against EgB was observed in sera of the infected sheep. Conclusion EgCF is consisted of antigenic components in which there is a specific antigen against IgE with a molecular weight of over 43 kDa. This component may lead to an anaphylactic shock induced by E. g. . EgB is a specific antigen against the total IgG but not to the specific IgE.

Objective To investigate the change of specific antibodies IgG, IgG1 subclass and IgE in sheep infected with Echinococcus granulosus(E.g) during anaphylactic shock, and to observe antigen B reactivity against IgG antibody in E.g\|infected sheep. \ Methods\ Antigen B and crude antigen were prepared with E.g cyst fluid (EgCF) from infected sheep. The enzyme\|linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used for detecting the level of specific IgG, IgG1 and IgE during anaphylactic shock in sheep induced by E.g. \ Results \ The level of specific IgG, IgG1 and IgE was significantly higher in the infected sheep after 6 months than that of the uninfected control group (P
