Objective To analyze effect of oxycodone hydrochloride injection preemptive analgesia on serum cellular immune factors and analgesic effect in postoperative patients with humeral fracture surgery. Methods 52 patients treated by surgical treatment of humeral fractures in our hospital were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,26 cases in each group.Preemptive analgesia drugs were given corresponding, before and 24h after surgery, the serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), venous blood CD4 +T, CD8 +T cells and CD4 +/CD8 + T levels and analgesic effect were detected in all patients. Results After surgery, compared with control group, the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 were lower in experimental group (P<0.05); the venous blood CD4 +T cell and CD4 +/CD8 + T levels were higher(P<0.05), CD8 +T cell level was lower in experimental group (P<0.05);the visual analogue scale(VAS) score was significantly lower in 2,4,6,12 and 24h after surgery in experimental group (P<0.05).Conclusions The oxycodone hydrochloride injection preemptive analgesia can significantly inhibit the increase of the serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels, prevent the decrease of immune function, improve the analgesic effect.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Bu-Shen-An-Tai recipe (BSATR) and its two components (Bushen recipe, and Huoxue recipe) on endometrial morphology during peri-implantation in superovulated mice. Mice were randomly divided into five groups, including the normal (N), model (M), Bushen (BS), Huoxue (HX) and Bu-Shen-An-Tai (BH) groups. The uteri were collected on day 4 of pregnancy, and the endometrium thickness, microvessel density (MVD) and number of pinopodes observed. Compared with the M group, the endometrial thickness in the BS, HX and BH groups was significantly increased and there was a significant difference in endometrial thickness between the BS and the BH groups. The mean MVD was significantly lower in the M group than in the N group, and there was a significant increase in MVD in the BS, HX and BH groups as compared with the M group. Compared with the M group, the pinopode scores in the endometrium were significantly increased in the HX and BH groups; and the BS group had significantly higher pinipode scores than the HX and BH groups. In conclusion, the results of the present study demonstrated that the recipes (Bushen, Huoxue and BSATR) could improve the endometrial environment by regulating the endometrial thickness, MVD and the number of pinopodes at the window of implantation. Moreover, the Huoxue recipe and the BSATR were more efficient than the Bushen recipe, with the BSATR tending to have the most beneficial effects.

Objective To improve the knowledge, diagnostic level on concealed penis in children, and explore the operative treatment methods of concealed penis. Methods Ten children with concealed penis were reviewed retrospectively in the First Hospital of Jilin University from Jun.2005 to Jul.2007.Patients were 6-12 years old.Penis length was 1.2-2.6 cm.Patients growthing and micturition were normal, the results of androgne and estrogen examination were normal. The etiology was simple obesity in one case, fiber streak of penis sarcolemma in 9 cases. The clinical symptoms and signs, diagnosis and operative method were analyzed. Results The diagnosis of 10 children were correct, and all patients were treated by Devine's operation and 10 cases patients had healed in one stage. There was no vessel, nerve and urethra injury during the operation. The length of penis was 3.0-5.5 cm,average in 3.6 cm after operation.Followed up 3 months to 2 years,10 children's phimosis were removed, the micturition were normal;the appearance of penis was also satisfactory after operation. One patient with under-developed penis had a amelioration after treatment with HCG postoperatively. The penis contour was dissatisfactory in 1 obesity patient, but it was ameliorated gradually while growing up.Conclusions The correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis are very important for operative treatment depend on the different etiology and pathologic changes of concealed penis.Suitable operation can extend the length;moreover, ameliorate the symptom of micturition and the appearance of the penis.

Objective To analyse the stress distribution of distal-extension removable partial dentures supported by mini implants. Methods The finite element analysis models of conventional removable partial dentures ( CRPD) and mini implants supported removable partial dentures (ISRPD) were established by modular denture model. The stress distribution of abutments and supporting tissues was compared by finite element analysis software Abaqus 6.5.Results Under vertical loading, the stress of abutment teeth, mucosa of edentulous region and alveolar bone of ISRPD model was lower than that of CRPD model. Under oblique loading, the stress of each part of CRPD model and alveolar bone of ISRPD model significantly increased, while that of abutment teeth and parodontium of ISPRD model decreased. Conclusion The distal-extension removable partial dentures supported by mini implants work well in protecting the abutments and supporting tissues.

Objective To analyse the stress distribution of precision attachment dentures used in distal-extension edentulous cases. Methods The finite element models of conventional removable partial dentures and precision attachment dentures were established by modular denture model, and the models of precision attachment dentures were established with 4┬4 as one abutment or 43┬34 as two abutments. The stress distribution of abutments and supporting tissues was compared by finite element analysis software Abaqus 6.5.Results Under vertical loading or oblique loading, the stress of abutments and supporting tissues from attachment dentures with two abutments was significantly lower than that from attachment dentures with one abutment. The stress of conventional removable partial dentures significantly increased under oblique loading. Conclusion It is reasonable for the design of attachment dentures with two abutments for mandibular distal-extension edentulous cases.
