Objective To develop a kind of rapid decompression equipment replacing the toughened glass simulating the state of aircraft cabin glass bursting on the fly. Methods The metallic membrane was used to isolate both chambers with different air pressures. The areas of decompression membrane and path were determined by calculating on the basis of aircraft decompression altitude, cabin pressure differential and decompression time. The structural strength was determined according to enduring force of the metallic membrane. The membrane was ejected by high pressure air using the ejection launch technology of aircraft missile. The result of simulating aircraft cabin glass bursting on the fly was achieved. Results The rapid decompression equipment ejected by air pressure in low-pressure chamber could achieve the state of simulating aircraft cabin glass bursting on the fly,and the best decompression time was 0.16 s.Conclusion The rapid decompression equipment ejected by air pressure accomplishes the decompression preparative in short time with easy operation, and can satisfy the desired requirements for the performance and precision.

Objective To identify and characterize uveal melanoma associated protein variants with two-dimensional electrophore- sis and mass spectrometry.Design Experiment study.Participants 4 cases of specimens of uveal melanoma and 4 cases of normal con- tributed uveal tissue. Methods Proteins from uveal melanoma and normal urea were separated with two-dimensional eleetrophoresis (2-DE)and visualized with Coomassie G-250.Gels were analyzed by Image Master 5.0 software. The mass spectra were measured by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionizatian time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS)and searched against NCBI database using Mascot software.Main Outcome Measures Differential proteins. Results A set of 30 proteins were differentially expressed in uveal melanoma compared to nomal urea.Twenty-four types of protein only expressed in uveal melanoma.Five types of protein were up-regu- lated and 1 type of one down-regulated.These proteins can be subdivided into groups according to cellular function, such as enzyme, signal transduction, signal regulation, cytoskehton, immune, etc. Conclusions There is significant difference in protein profilings be- tween uveal melanoma and normal uvea. The differentially expressed proteins may be associated with the development of uveal melanoma.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2020;52(5):919-923
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the clinical application and efficacy of 125Ⅰ radioactive seeds implantation in the treatment of recurrent salivary gland carcinoma after external radiotherapy.
METHODS:
From July 2004 to July 2016, 43 cases of recurrent salivary gland carcinoma of the neck after external radiotherapy or surgery combined with external radiotherapy were treated. According to the conventional segmentation radiotherapy for head and neck cancer (once a day, 1.8-2.0 Gy each time, 5 days per week), the cumulative radiation dose of the patients in this group was calculated. In the study, 26 patients received 50-60 Gy, 7 patients received less than 50 Gy, 4 patients received 60-70 Gy, and 6 patients received more than 80 Gy (range: 80-120 Gy). The interval between the last external irradiation and local recurrence was 4-204 months, and the median interval was 48 months. Among them, 25 cases were treated with 125Ⅰ radioactive seeds implantation only and 18 cases were treated with 125Ⅰ radioactive seeds implantation after operation. The prescription dose was 100-140 Gy. The control rate, survival rate and disease-free survival rate were recorded to evaluate the side effects.
RESULTS:
The median follow-up time was 27 months (ranging from 2.5 to 149.0 months). Among them, the median follow-up time of adenoid cystic carcinoma patients was 31 months (range: 2.5-112.0 months), and the median follow-up time of mucoepidermoid carcinoma patients was 18 months (range: 5-149 months). The local control rates for 1, 3 and 5 years were 66.5%, 48.8% and 42.7%, respectively. The 1-, 3- and 5- year survival rates were 88.0%, 56.7% and 45.8%, respectively. The disease-free survival rates of 1, 3 and 5 years were 58.3%, 45.4% and 38.1%, respectively. There was no statistically significant difference in local control rate, survival rate, and disease-free survival between the radioactive seeds implantation group and the radioactive seeds implantation group after surgical resection. There were 2 cases of acute radiation reaction Ⅰ/Ⅱ and 3 cases of reaction Ⅲ or above. In the late stage of radiotherapy, there were 8 cases with Ⅰ/Ⅱ grade reaction and 3 cases with Ⅲ grade or above reaction. The incidence of radiation reactions of Grade Ⅲ and above was 7%.
CONCLUSION
125Ⅰ radioactive seeds implantation provides an alternative method for the treatment of recurrent salivary gland carcinoma after external radiotherapy. The local control rate and survival rate are improved on the premise of low incidence of side effects.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2015;31(5):381-386
Human violent behavior is a complex behavior which is influenced by genetic and environmental factors. There is a trend in investigating the mechanism of violent behavior by using the genetic methods. This article reviews several candidate genes and advances in epigenetics which are associated with violent behavior. The prospects and significance of violent behavior research from the view of gene polymorphism and epigenetics are also discussed.

Objective To explore the role of Na~+/H~+ exchanger 1(NHE1) in injury of human renal tubular cells(HK-2) induced by postasphyxial-serum of neonates. Methods HK-2 was used as the target cell. The attacking concentration of postasphyxial-serum of neonates was 200 mL/L.First,the experiment was designed as control group and asphyxia group, the expression of NHE1 in the HK-2 was detected by immunohisto chemical method in the cells.Second, the experiment group was designed as control group, asphyxia group, and pretreatment with 5-N-Ethyl-N-isopropylamiloride(EIPA) group, then the change of morphology was observed under inverted microscope, and the cell viability was measured by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) method, and the leakage rate of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) was determined by biochemical methods. Results Compared with blank control group, the expression of NHE1 in the HK-2 was increased signi-ficantly in asphyxia group, the changes of morphology of HK-2 was most serious and obvious, the cell viability decreased, and the leakage rate of LDH increased significantly in asphyxia group. But compared with asphyxia group, the change of morphology of HK-2 was greatly improved, the cell injury was decreased obviously, the leakage rate of LDH was increased and viability was decreased in pretreatment group in a dose 2 ?mol/L.Conclusions The postasphyxial-serum may induce the expression of NHE1,which plays an important role in injury of renal tubular cell induced by postasphyxial-serum in neonates, and inhibiting activity of NHE1 may relieve the injury of renal tubular cells induced by postasphyxial-serum in neonates.
