Objective To compare the difference of early trauma experience between early-onset and late-onset obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD),and the kinds of early trauma in the cause of OCD. Methods Three hundred and twenty-six patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder and 480 healthy con-trols were enrolled. Early Trauma Inventory-Short Form ( ETI-SF) was applied to assess the early trauma ex-perience,compare the difference of early trauma experience between early-onset ( n=138) and late-onset ( n=188) OCD,and the kinds of early trauma in the cause of OCD. Results There were significant differences in the early trauma experience between obsessive-compulsive disorder group and control group((3.90±3.61) vs (1.88±2.61), P<0.01).Scores of physical((1.12±1.38) vs (0.71±1.23), P=0.001),emotional((1.58± 1.71) vs (0.42±1.01), P<0.01),and sexual abuse((0.27±0.59) vs (0.09±0.36), P=0.001),and a gener-al traumatic experience((0.94±1.17) vs (0.66±1.09), P<0.01) were significant difference between patients and controls. Except sexual abuse((0.30±0.66) vs (0.24±0.67), P=0.42),there were significant differ-ences in the early trauma between early-onset and late-onset OCD((5.12±3.58) vs (3.01±3.38), P<0.01), especially emotional abuse((2.18±1.76) vs (1.12±1.53), P<0.01).247(75.8%) OCD patients and 79(57. 9%) healthy controls experienced early trauma(χ2=21.48, P<0.01). Experiencing one kind of early trau-ma,the prevalence of OCD was 39.1%,two kind was 61.0%,three kind of early trauma was 65.8%,and ex-periencing four or more kind of early trauma, the prevalence of OCD was up to 84.4%. Conclusion OCD patients have much more early trauma, especially early-onset OCD. Experiencing more kind of early trauma, and the prevalence of OCD higher may associated with the development of obsessive-compulsive disorder. It is important to consider the role of childhood trauma in the prevention and treatment of OCD.

A series of tacrine-methoxybenzene hybrids (5a-5i) were designed, synthesized and evaluated as inhibitors of cholinesterases (ChEs). All the compounds had better ChEs inhibitory activities than tacrine with IC50 values at the nanomolar range. Compound 5h exhibited the strongest inhibition on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) with an IC50 value of 6.74 nmol x L(-1) and compound 5f showed the most potent inhibition on butyrylcholinesterase with IC50 value of 3.83 nmol x L(-1). Kinetic and molecular modeling studies showed that these hybrids targeted both the catalytic active site and the peripheral anionic site of AChE.

Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(2):90-94
Objective To detect the expression levels of multiple serum chemokines including IFN-inducible T cell chemoattractant (ITAC),Fractalkine, macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP)-3α,IL-8,MIP-lα,MIP-1β in patients with lung cancer and explore their association with the clinical characteristics of lung cancer as well as the correlations among these chemokines. Methods Forty newly diagnosed patients with lung cancer and thirty healthy controls were enrolled for detection of the serum levels of 6 kinds of chemokines by Luminex technology. The correlations of clinical characteristics of lung cancer with these chemokines and the correlations among these chemokines were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results The serum levels [M (QR)] of IL-8,Fractalkine and MIP-3α in patients with lung cancer were 5.16 (4.74),128.45 (141.89),10.31 (8.88) respectively, and 2.01 (0.95),61.46 (74.81),8.08 (5.87) respectively in control group, with significant differences (Z =-4.783,P <0.001;Z =-4.046,P <0.001;Z =-3.105,P =0.002).The expression of MIP-1β in lung adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in squamous carcinoma [18.32 (12.27) vs.13.72 (7.31),Z =-2.212,P =0.027],and of ITAC in squamous carcinoma was significantly higher than that in small cell lung cancer [24.51 (22.48) vs.9.28 (4.85),Z =-2.460,P =0.014].The expressions of MIP-3α and Fractalkine were positively correlated in the two groups (r =0.619,P<0.001;r=0.766,P<0.001).Conclusion The expressions of IL-8,Fractalkine and MIP-3α increase significantly in lung cancer patients, and they are may play important roles in metastatic lung cancer.

Objective:Both URL and MPCNL have been widely applied in the treatment of ureteral calculi. In this study, the safety, efficiency and degree of injury were compared between retrograde and antegrade access ureterolithotripsy for the calculi complicated with infection,in order to clarify the indications of the two types of minimally invasive techniques. Methods:A total of 192 patients with upper ureteral calculi complicated with infection were treated with ureterolithotripsy. The operation was performed via retrograde transurethral access in 72 patients and via antegrade percutaneous nephrostomy tract in 120 patients. Results:The success rate of retrograde approach was 93.1%.Mean operating time was 45.9?16.5min(20-90 min) with mean hospital stay of 5.1?1.8(2-6) days. The stone free rate was 84.7%(61/72) at 1 month follow-up.5 patients with residual calculi required combined ESWL.Complications were noted in 5.6%,CRP was 10.59?5.12 mg/L before operation, and was 38.63?4.61 mg/L 24h after the operation. The success rate of antegrade approach was 99.2%.Mean operating time was 62.4?17.6 min(40-120 min) with mean hospital stay of 8.57?2.57(5-15) days. The stone free rate was 100% and 1 complication was noted(0.01%).CRP was 11.29?5.38 mg/L before the operation,34.93?7.82 mg/L 24h after the operation. For the success rate and stone free rate, antegrade approach was higher than retrograde approach(P0.05)between the two groups before operation, but antegrade approach had lower CRP(P

Objective To investigate the neuropathic pain (NP) accompanying spinal cord injury (SCI),and to analyze the related factors to provide references for its prevention and treatment. Methods Seventy SCI patients with NP were selected using the DN4 scale.Their age, gender, occupation, education level, monthly income, injury position, marital status and other data were surveyed using a general questionnaire.Their NP situation was surveyed using a simplified McGill pain questionnaire (SF-MPQ).Results The patients' average visual analogous scale (VAS) score was 4.37.Their average pain rating index (PRI) according to the SF-MPQ was 8.23,with the PRI-sensory and PRI-emotional components 5.23 and 3.00 respectively. The average degree of present pain intensity was 1.86,between mild pain and discomfort, and discomfort was the description most commonly used. The most common pain descriptor was prickling pain, followed by burning pain and bulge pain.85.7% of the patients felt that their pain had an adverse effect on their affective state, and exhaustion occurred more often than any other descriptive words.Univariant analysis showed that the degree of injury, education level, marital status, monthly income, family support and medication history were all factors correlated with NP perceptions.Multi-variate logistic regression analysis showed that being unmarried and severity of injury were independent protective factors against NP.No family support,no medication and low income were independent risk factors for NP.Conclusion The type of neuropathic pain varies in patients with spinal cord injury. The intensity of the pain is mostly at a medium level. The emotional state of most patients was affected.Neuropathic pain involves many factors.Being unmarried and severely injured are independent protective factors, while lack of family support,no medication, and having low income were independent risk factors.
