Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of medical staffs on foodborne diseases. Methods To investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of medical staffs on foodborne diseases by random sampling following the questionnaire. Results There were 332 medical workers attending the survey. The medical staffs were lack of knowledge for foodborne disease, percent of pass was 34.33%.The pass rate of attitude and behavior were 88.88% and 98.19%.The knowledge score of medical staff of top three hospital (6.49± 2.18)were lower than the community health service center(7.04±2.26) (P<0.05),but attitude and behavior score of this two staffs had not statistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to help medical staff to improve the attitude of foodborne diseases, and improve the monitoring of underreporting case.

Objective To investigate the value of perfusion CT in the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Sixty-seven patients with Ib2-IIb squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix underwent CT perfusion imaging before neoadjuvant chemotherapy to measure blood flow (BF),blood volume (BV),peak time (MTT),permeability sur-face (PMB),perfusion time to peak (TTP)and MIP(HU);and underwent routine enhancement CT after the two course of neoadju-vant chemotherapy treatment to measure tumor size, and evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results Among 67 patients,48 patents were effective (2 completely remission and 46 partial remission),and 1 9 patients were ineffective (1 5 stable and 4 progressed),with the overall response rate of 71.6%.The differences of PMB and BV value between effective and ineffective group were statistically significant before neoadjuvant chemotherapy (P <0.001).The BF,MTT,TTP value were no significant difference between effec-tive and ineffective group before neoadjuvant chemotherapy (P >0.05).The BV and PMB value were relatively higher in the patients with effective chemotherapy. Conclusion CT perfusion imaging could measure the BV and PMB value of the tumor before neoadju-vant chemotherapy to provide the basis for treatment selection.

The structural protein VP6 of rotavirus form the middle layer of the triple-layered viral capsid, playing a key role in the organization of the virion. The gene of structural protein 6 of rotavirus strain TB-Chen isolated from a clinic sample was amplified using PCR from the reverse transcription product of RV genome RNA, using pET as expression vector, a recombinant plasmid pET-VP6 containing coding sequence of VP6 protein was constructed. The results showed that the VP6 was highly efficiently expressed in E. coli BL21(DE3) cells which were transformed with the recombinant plasmid pET-VP6.The expressed VP6 protein possessed 27.4% of total cells protein, with an approximately 45kDa of molecular weight, and could be recognized by guinea pig anti-SA11 antibody on Western blot. The results obtained provide important basis for further study on structure and function of the VP6 protein.

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Elemene combined with radiotherapy for intervention in brain metastasis from pulmonary neoplasms. Methods Articles of clinical randomized controlled trials about Elemene combined with radiotherapy for intervention in brain metastasis from pulmonary neoplasms from the establishment of the databases to October of 2016 from CNKI, CBM, Chongqing Weipu, Wanfang database, Cochrane Library, PubMed and Embase were retrieved by computers. Bias risk assessment tools in Cochrane systematic evaluation handbook 5.1.0 was used to conduct quality evaluation for included articles. RevMan5.3 software was used to carry out Meta-analysis. Results Totally 12 articles and 839 patients were included. Results of Meta-analysis showed that Elemene combined with radiotherapy had more obvious curative effect on narrowing the neoplasm compared with pure radiotherapy [OR=2.73, 95%CI (1.97, 3.77), P<0.000 01], and improve patients' life quality at the same time [OR=3.85, 95%CI (2.23, 6.65), P<0.000 01], and relieve adverse reactions [OR=4.16, 95%CI (2.40, 7.22), P<0.000 01]. Conclusion Elemene combined with radiotherapy for intervention in brain metastasis from pulmonary neoplasms shows confirmed efficacy, and is relatively safe. But whether the program should be widely used in clinic, more large sample, multi-center, and high-quality clinical randomized controlled trials are still needed.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(6):504-509
OBJECTIVETo explore the procedures of dynamic infusion cavernosometry and cavernosography (DICC) and their application in the diagnosis and classification of venous erectile dysfunction (VED).
METHODSThis study included 103 ED patients, aged 20 to 43 years, highly suspected of VED, with disease courses of 4 months to 6 years. DICC was performed and analyses were made on the results, especially the parameters of flow-to-maintain (FTM) and pressure decay (PD) in the corpus cavernosum.
RESULTSBased on the parameters of FTM and PD, 21 of the patients were normal, 5 were suspected of VED, 39 had mild VED, 25 had moderate VED, and 13 had severe VED. Penile subcutaneous hematoma was found in 4 of the patients, all recovered after 3 to 5 days, with no other complications.
CONCLUSIONDICC is a reliable, safe and minimally invasive method for the diagnosis and classification of VED.

OBJECTIVETo retrospectivly compare the clinical efficacy of dynamic hip screw (DHS) with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNA) for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.
METHODSTotally 92 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures were treated with DHS [including 27 males and 23 females with a mean age of (72.5 +/- 5.3) years old] and PFNA [including 22 males and 20 females with a mean age of (72.8 +/- 5.8) years old] from August 2008 to August 2012. The data of operation time, blood loss (obvious and hidden blood loss), bedridden time, down load time, postoperative complications and Harris hip function score were recorded and compared.
RESULTSBoth of two groups were followed-up for 10 to 18 months with an average of 13.5 months. PFNA was implanted with a significantly smaller incision and shorter clinical healing time, less blood loss, while hidden blood loss were more. Postoperative complications, therapeutic effects and Harris score in PFNA group were better than that of DHS group.
CONCLUSIONFor treatment of senile patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures, PFNA was superior to DHS in reducing complication rates, recovering hip joint, while DHS could reduce perioperative blood loss in treating type II a, II b and III fracture.
