OBJECTIVE:To determine the contents of salicylic acid and the related substances in salicylic acid ointment by HPLC.METHODS:The determination was performed on Kromasil ODS-C18 chromatographic column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(adjust pH=2.5 using acetic acid,50∶50)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The sample size was 20 ?L and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.RESULTS:The main peak and the related substances were well-separated.The linear range of salicylic acid was 10.014~100.14 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 99.35%(RSD=0.99%)and a lowest detectable limit of 5 ng?mL-1,the labeled amout of related substances all less than 1.01%.CONCLUSION:The method developed in our study is simple in operation, accurate in results, specific and suitable for the content determination of salicylic acid ointment.

International Eye Science 2015;(5):781-784
?AlM:To evaluate and observe the efficacy of silicon oil ( SO ) , perfluoropropane ( C3 F8 ) and balanced salt solution ( BSS ) that can be used as tamponade during vitrectomy to treat proliferative diabetic retinopathy ( PDR) complicated with vitreous hemorrhage ( VH) .
?METHODS: Studied retrospectively on 74 eyes of 60 patients who underwent vitrectomy surgery with diabetic vitreous hemorrhage in our hospital during June 2008 and June 2014. Based on repeated prior examines on fundus details and the vitrectomy tamponades were chosen. All the patients had been followed up at least 3mo. Depending on different tamponades, the paitents were nonrandomized in three groups and contrasted as visual acuity, intraocular pressure ( lOP ) and complications respectively.
?RESULTS: There was statistically significant difference among these three groups in preoperative eyesight ( P<0. 05 ). Moreover, the preoperative eyesight was statistically different between SO and BSS (P<0. 05), and difference for the rest being not remarkable(P>0. 05). The difference being statistically difference in the postoperative vision among these three groups ( P <0. 05). The further analysis showed that the paired-comparisons were statistically significant difference between SO and BSS ( P<0. 05 ), while the rest two groups of comparison were non-respectively(P>0. 05). The preoperative visual function was in contrast to the postoperative (P<0. 05). The lOP before surgery was not statistically significant difference(P>0. 05). However, the difference among three groups being statistically in the postoperative vision(P<0. 05), in addition, the difference existed in each group through pairwise comparison ( P<0. 05) . The occurence rate of complications after surgery in this survey was 47%, the SO group was 50%, the C3 F8 was 56%, the BSS group was 44%.
? CONCLUSlON: Vitrectomy is a safe and effective treatment that can help patients who have diabetic vitreous hemorrhage obtain better visual improvement. Because of the physicochemical properties and different conditions, there still has complications after surgery.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the structure of TMJ and the craniofacial pattern, occlusion in ClassⅡ1mandibular retrusion children. Methods:TMJ MRI,lateral cephalometric were taken respectively from 30 ClassⅡ1 patients (14 boys and 16 girls, the average age was 10.8?1.1 years). The condyle position and disc position were measured. The correlation of condyle and disc position with craniofacial pattern and occlusion were analyzed metrically and compared with pearson test. Results:There were low positive correlation between MP-SN angle and anterial space. No correlation between posterior-anterior ratio and other data were found. The posterior facial height and Dp-Cc/Cs-Cc angle had low positive correlation. The anterior facial height and Dp-Cc/Cs-Cc、Ca-Ca'、Ca-Cp showed low negative correlation, and little correlation was found between condyle position and overbite and overjet. Overbite had no correlation with disc-condyle-fossa relationship. However,The positive correlation was found between the overjet. and Ca-Dm and Dp-Cc/Cs-Cc,and Pearson coefficient is 0.420 and 0.460.Conclusion:Vertical craniofacial patter has relation to forward displacement of condyle and backward displacement of disc. A deeper overjet is related with a higher risk of abnormal disc-condyle-fossa relationship.

International Eye Science 2014;(6):1041-1044
Secondary glaucoma is a kind of complications after vitrectomy, its etiologies are various and complex. Ineffective therapies might cause irreversible damage on optic nerves and visual field defect, even the loss in visual function. Nowadays, this project has been paid great attention by various researches both in China and abroad. Both the pathogens and therapies of secondary glaucoma after vitrectomy are analyzed as follows.

Objective To analyze serum amyloid protein A (SAA) subtype and amino acid mutation sequence of the renal biopsy specimens from patients with renal amyloidosis secondary to ankylosing spondylitis (AS) by laser microdissection combined with mass spectometry. Methods Kidney biopsy formalin-preserved paraffin-embedded (FFPE) specimen slices were stained by Congo red,the positive areas of Congo red staining were selected by microdissection, after trypsin hydrolysis and filtration, peptide samples were subjected to liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Analysis softwares were used to evaluate the results, and the patient's amino acid sequence of SAA protein was compared to mutant amino acid sequence reported by literature or deduced from mutant SAA gene to determine whether there was a variation. Results SAA1 and SAA2 proteins with high abundance were identified by mass spectrometry, serum amyloid P and apolipoprotein E were also detected. No variation of SAA1 and SAA2 protein was detected. Conclusions The SAA1 and SAA2 proteins in AA amyloidosis secondary to ASwere identified for the first time, which enriched the pathogenesis of amyloidosis secondary to AS and provided a new method for the accurate classification of AA amyloidosis.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2014;30(7):1134-1140
In recent years, laser microdissection followed by mass spectrometry (LMD/MS) has been successfully applied to the proteomic studies of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) renal tissues. This new technique improves the diagnosis of kidney diseases and has a better potential for future clinical application. The review focuses on the use of this methodology for exploring the mechanisms, diagnosis and classification of kidney diseases including renal amyloidosis and membrane proliferative glomerulonephritis.

Objective To investigate changes in CD_4~+ CD_(28)~(null)T cell numbers of peripheral blood and the expression of perforin in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty-eight patients with acute coronary syndromes,56 with stable angina and 65 healthy subjects were enrolled in the study.CD_4~+ CD_(28)~(null)T lymphocytes were measured by flow cytometric analysis. Results The numbers of CD_4~+ CD_(28)~(null)T lymphocytes in patients with acute coronary syndromes were higher than those in patients with stable angina and in the control subjects(11.6 % vs 2.84% and 0.59%,P
