Methods F1000-covered papers on clinical medicine published by the top 10 colleges and universities in China from 2005 to 2014 were retrieved.A database was established using Excel and analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results The number of F1000-covered papers increased significantly although the scientific achievements needed to be fur-ther recognized in the world. Conclusion The scientific research competitive power in colleges and universities can be effectively assessed in different aspects. The F1000-covered data are very convincing due to its strict operational mechanisms .
2.Enhanced calcium release induced by tumor necrosis factor alpha in glomerular mesangial cells participated in hepatorenal syndrome
Journal of Chinese Physician 2013;(1):11-14
Objective To investigate the effect of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) on intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca2 +] i) and the contraction of glomerular mesangial cells (GMCs),and prove that hypercontractility of GMCs induced by TNF-α in hepatorenal syndrome(HRS) was connected with inositol 1,4,5-trisphophate receptors (IP3Rs).Methods GMCs were divided into TNF-α-treated 0 h,4h,and 24 h groups.Another 3 groups were blocked by 2-APB.The effect of TNF-α on [Ca2 +] i was identified and observed whether it could be blocked by 2-APB.Contraction of GMCs was determined by accessing the surface area of cells before and after contraction.Results TNF-α significantly increased ET-induced calcium release,in that we found higher [Ca2 +] i after stimulated by ET in TNF-α-treated 4 h group and 24 h group[4 h:(648.08 ±267.11) nmol/L; 24 h:(879.30 ±-260.29) nmol/L; 0 h:(619.93 ±258.94)nmol/L,F =5.486,4 h vs 0 h:P < 0.05 ; 24 h vs 0 h:P < 0.05 ;24 h vs 4 h:P > 0.05].This phenomenon can be totally blocked by 2-APB in all groups.The change in planar surface area in response to ET was slightly in control cells but significantly enhanced in TNF-α-treated cells [4 h:(2198 ± 340)μm2; 24h:(2260±553)μm2; 0 h:(2436±474)μm2,F =4.001,4 h vs0 h:P <0.05; 24 h vs0 h:P <0.05;24 h vs 4 h:P > 0.05].Conclusion TNF-α can enhance ET-induced sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2 + release and increase the contractile responses of GMCs to ET,which is associated with IP3Rs.TNF-α is responsible for hyperconstractility of glomeruli in HRS.

Objective To investigate changes in CD_4~+ CD_(28)~(null)T cell numbers of peripheral blood and the expression of perforin in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty-eight patients with acute coronary syndromes,56 with stable angina and 65 healthy subjects were enrolled in the study.CD_4~+ CD_(28)~(null)T lymphocytes were measured by flow cytometric analysis. Results The numbers of CD_4~+ CD_(28)~(null)T lymphocytes in patients with acute coronary syndromes were higher than those in patients with stable angina and in the control subjects(11.6 % vs 2.84% and 0.59%,P

Objective To investigate the influence of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia on short-term cogni-tive function of elderly patients with lacunar infarction after surgery. Methods A total of 50 patients with lacunar infarction who underwent abdominal surgery in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the research object, who were divided into spinal-epi-dural anesthesia group (combined group)and general anesthesia group (general group). The incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction of two groups were observed and compared. The mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and Montreal cognitive Assessment(MoCA)were used to evaluated the cognitive function before and postoperative 1 day. Results The probability of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD)of combined group and the general group were 12% and 32%,respectively,and the POCD probability of combined group was lower than that of general group, the difference was significant(P <0.05).The MMSE score and MoCA score at postoperative 1 day of two groups were lower than those before anesthesia, the difference was significant(P <0.05).The MMSE score and MoCA score of combined group at postoperative 1 day were lower than that of general group, the difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia can cause a certain cognitive dysfunction for elderly patients with lacunar infarction, while the spinal-epidural anesthesia can reduce the incidence rate of POCD compared anesthesia.

Objective To optimize the preparation process for Fangji Huangqi Granules. Methods With the extraction rates of tetrandrine, fanchinoline, astragaloside Ⅳand solid as the parameters, the extract conditions of Fangji Huangqi Granules were optimized by orthogonal design . Then the anti-inflammation effect of the extracts was observed on the mice and rats. Results The optimal preparation process was as follows:the mixture of medical materials was firstly refluxed twice with total 10 times of 70 %alcohol,1.5 hours for each time, and then extracted twice with total 12 times of boiling water ,1.5 hours for each time. The anti-inflammation effect of the extracts was obvious on the mice and rats. Conclusion The optimal preparation process is reasonable and with high extraction rate of active components.

The application of Geographical Information System (GIS) and research the application of GIS on Medical Information System were introduced. The function and character of CIS, analysis and control of infectious disease source, application of ambulance dispatcher were recounted. The efficiency of treatment and rescue can be improved in modern information condition. It has played an active role in medical service system and reasonable distribution of medical resources.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids for Bone healing formulation in order to use it for preparation research. METHODS:With the content of total flavonoids as the index,L9(34)orthogonal test was employed to investigate the effects of volume fraction of the solvent ethanol, the amount of solvent, extraction times and extraction time on the extraction of total flavonoids for Bone healing formulation to determine the optimal levels of the factors, and verification tests were conducted. RESULTS:The optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids was 1 h reflux extraction for 3 times, with 70% etha-nol 10 times as much as the amount of medicinal materials. Verification tests showed the average content of total flavonoids was 62.03 mg/ml(RSD=0.84%,n=3),that is to say,6.20 g total flavonoids might be extracted from 100 g medicinal materials for the formulation. CONCLUSIONS:The optimal technology is stable and feasible and can be used for the extraction of total flavo-noids for Bone healing formulation and provide a experimental basis for the preparation of Bone healing liniment.

China Pharmacy 2015;26(31):4345-4347
OBJECTIVE:To investigate transdermal behavior in vitro of total flavonoids and its monomer components in Guyu liniment. METHODS:Vertical Franz diffusion cell was adopted to perform a test on excised mouse skin as transdermal barrier. UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids, and HPLC to determine the content of monomer flavo-noid hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA)to observe transdermal absorption in vitro within 12 hours. RESULTS:The accumulative per-meation quantity Q of the total flavonoids and HSYA in Guyu liniment increased with time(t),demonstrating a significant correla-tion with t1/2,and transdermal absorption was in conformity with Higuchi equation (r=0.995 6,0.999 5);permeate flux of total flavonoids and HSYA were 126.24,47.516μg/(cm2·h). CONCLUSIONS:The transdermal behavior of total flavonoids in Guyu lin-iment is similar to that of HSYA. Both belong to matrix diffusion-type transdermal drug delivery system, with the characteristic of long-term sustained release.
