Objective To elucidate the regulate role of the guava leaf on the levels of IFN-? and IL-2 in the salivary juice on children patients with noroviruses diarrhea. Method 50 patients with noroviruses diarrhea was grouped randomly to group A (30 patients), which was treated with guava leaf and group B (20 patients), which was treated with Smecta, and 20 health children was randomly choiced as normal control group. The levels of IFN-? and IL-2 in the salivary juice of the three groups were determined and compared before and after the treatments. OBJECTIVETo explore the expression patterns of the chemokine CXCL12 and its receptor CXCR4 in human sperm.

METHODSWe collected semen samples from 10 fertile men, performed density gradient centrifugation, and then determined the expressions of both CXCL12 and CXCR4 in the sperm by RT-PCR and immunofluorescence staining.

RESULTSRT-PCR revealed the mRNA expressions of CXCL12 (0.641 +/- 0.180) and CXCR4 (0.464 +/- 0.100) in the sperm. However, only CXCR4 rather than CXCL12 was expressed at the protein level, and the positive staining for CXCR4 was observed mainly in the posterior part of the acrosome.

CONCLUSIONCXCL12 and CXCR4 are involved as important molecules in regulating the function of human sperm.

Objective To discuss the effect and clinical value of serum sialic acid (SA) and lactadherin(MFG-E8) in the coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods Selected 295 patients who visited to Wuhan University Renmin's Hospital cardiovascular medicine (from January to June, 2014), and then according to the results of coronary angiography divide the subjects into control group (n =78, the result of coronary angiography completely normal)and coronary heart disease group(n =217, the results of coronary angiography showed that one major coronary stenosis was more than 30％).Detected their serum level of lipid, SA, MFG-E8, hs-CRP index.At last, analyze the differences of SA and MFG-E8 between these groups, and the correlation with the severity of coronary stenosis (symbolize with Gensini score), use the binary logistic regression analysis to research the relationship among the serum level of SA, MFG-E8 and the risk of CHD.Results Compared with the control group, the patients with CHD have a higher level of serum SA and a lower level of MFG-E8 (U =4 402.5, 2 736.0 respectively,P ＜0.001);the AMI group has a higher level of serum SA than the StA and UA groups (U =1 329.0,957.5 respectively, P ＜0.001);the AMI group has a lower level of serum MFG-E8 than the StA groups (U =1517.0, P ＜ 0.001).The spearman correlation analysis showed that the serum SA has a positively correlation with the level of TG, hsCRP and Gensini score, and has a negatively correlated with the level of MFG-E8 (r =0.214, 0.462, 0.378,-0.322 respectively,P ＜0.01);the MFG-E8 has a negatively correlated with the level of TG, hsCRP and Gensini score (r =-0.18,-0.425,-0.564 respectively, P ＜0.01).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the serum SA and the risk of CHD (OD =4.782, 5.319, 4.179 3.832, 3.648 respectively, P ＜0.001), and the was a negative correlation between the serum MFG-E8 and the risk of CHD (OD =O.118, 0.112, 0.127, 0.135, 0.134 respectively, P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion With the serum SA rised and the MFG-E8 reduced, the risk of coronary heart disease was higher, combined detection these two indexes may be able to diagnose the CHD and assess the degree of stenosis and the risk of CHD.

This paper developed a calculation method to acquire the yield load P of bone plate during four-point bending test. This method is based on the displacement--force (δ-F) curve function f(M)(δ) obtained from the test, each slope of the curve was calculated using piecewise smooth function and the line segment in f(M)(δ) elastic deformation area was searched by setting the minimum slope T. Slope S was obtained through linear fit so as to build parallel displacement function f(L)(δ). Then, approximating intersection point of f(M)(δ) and f(L)(δ) was obtained through linear interpolation. Thus, yield load P was acquired. The method in the paper was loyal to YY/T 0342-2002 regulation and was liable to program calculation. The calculating process was nothing to do with whether the initial point during the test was preloaded or unloaded, and there was no need to correct the original point. In addition, T was set in an ideal fitting level guaranteed by the fitting coefficient of determination R2, and thus S was very close to the real value, and P was with a high accuracy.

Objective To explore the coastal state of hypertension among rural population and its relationship between the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods Lianyungang coastal rural residents 11089 people for primary hypertension epidemic learn research,age qualified for 45～75age,measurement height,body quality,waist,blood pressure,lipid and fasting blood glucose,respectively in accordance with international diabetes Union(IDF)and CDS of MS diagnosis standard calculation illness rate,and on gender,age,and hypertension level(Ⅰ,and Ⅱ,andⅢ,level),effects factors for correlation analysis.Results 11089 people(male 3985 people,female 7104 people)in the IDF standard MS total illness rate for 44.3％(male,and female MS illness rate respectively for 25.4％,and 54.9％),CDS standard MS total illness rate for 37％,two species diagnosis standard of meet rate for 79.9％;except blood glucose outside,female residents waist,TG,and HDL-C,indicators exception occurs rate obvious than male(x2=1399.198,554.801,652.110,all P＜0.01).Conclusion Lianyungang coastal MS prevalence in rural areas is higher than the general average in the middle-aged;female patients with hypertension and obesity are very high risk population of MS;hypertension pathogenesis is longer,higher prevalence of MS.

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of continuous arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with radiofrequency hyperthermia in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 21 advanced colorectal cancer patients with various distant metastasis were treated by the combined continuous intra arterial infusion chemotherapy and radiofrequency hyperthermia. For the chemotherapy, a dose of 200mg/m 2 surface body area of calcium folinate (CF) was given for 1 to 3 days. 80mg/m 2 of cisplation was infused intravenously for the first day and replaced by etoposide Vp 16, 60mg/m 2 for 1～3days in patients with renal dysfunction. For intra arterial infusion, a dose of 500mg/m 2 5 FU 2 was given for 72 hours. For patients with liver metastases, chemoembolization(ADM 30mg/m 2+MMC 6mg/m 2 mixed with ultra liquefied lipiodol) was carried out. Radiofrequency hyperthermia with a frequency of 41MHz was performed on the second day after chemotherapy. Results Response rates were assessed by CT scan and ultrasonography. The overall response rate of the cases was 66.67%. No serious side effect or complication was found in the course of chemotherapy. Local pain and lipid nodule were occasionally observed in some patients after hyperthermia. Conclusion Continuous intra arterial infusion chemotherapy in combination with radiofrequency hyperthermia is an useful and safe method for the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer.
