Objective To investigate the effects of miR-19 on the migration ability of lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549. Methods The expressions of miR-19 in lung epithelial cell line BEAS-2B and lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549-Luc were detected by qRT-PCR.The A549-Luc cell line which over-expressed miR-19 was established. The expression levels of miR-19 in A549/RFP+/H2B and A549/RFP+/m19 were identified by qRT-PCR. The morphology of A549/RFP+/m19 was observed,and the migration ability of A549/RFP+/m19 was detected by transwell migration assay. Results The expression levels of miR-19 differed significantly between BEAS-2B cells and A549-Luc cells (t = -20.954, P < 0.001). The lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549/RFP+/m19 which over-expressed miR-19 was successfully established. Changes in A549/RFP+/m19 cell morphology were found. As compared with A549/RFP+/H2B cells, A549/RFP+/m19 had an increased migration ability (P <0.01). Conclusions miR-19 enhances the migration ability of lung adenocarcinoma A549-Luc cells.

AIM: To compare the measurement of anterior chamber depth(ACD) inclusive of corneal thickness using intrao-cular lens(IOL) master and ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) and evaluate the repeatability of each method.METHODS: Two consecutive measurements of ACD were prospectively performed using IOL master and UBM in 60 eyes in 60 individuals. Mean values were compared using the paired t test. For each individual, ACD measure-ments was performed 5 times to estimate the repeatability of each method by a coefficient of variation(CV).RESULTS: The mean ACD was 2.95±0.25mm with the IOL master and 2.96±0.22mm with the UBM. This diffe-rence was not statistically significant (P=0.631).The coefficient of variation (CV) was 0.56%±0.26% and 0.65%± 0.36% in IOL master and UBM, respectively.CONCLUSION: The mean ACD of IOL master was the same as UBM. The repeatability of IOL master is better than UBM.

?AlM: To compare clinical efficacy between Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation and trabeculectomy in patients with primary open angle glaucoma ( POAG) .
?METHODS: This retrospective study included 58 eyes from 45 patients with primary open angle glaucoma. And 32 eyes underwent penetrating trabeculectomy ( group A), while 26 eyes were performed Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation ( group B) . lntraocular pressure ( lOP) , best-corrected visual acuity ( BCVA ) , visual field and post-operative complications were observed between these two groups.
?RESULTS:(1) lOP:the lOP of post-operation in group A were (13. 56±4. 91), (14. 47±4. 03), (17. 56±5. 74), (18. 25±5. 49), (18. 13±4. 24), (19. 68±4. 55) mm Hg at 2d, 1, and 2wk, 1, 3 and 6mo respectively; and that were (13.58±4. 16), (16. 00±4. 83), (18. 00±5. 05), (19. 42±5. 41), (18. 42±3. 37), (20. 00±5. 37) mm Hg in group B. There was no statistically significant difference in lOP between the two groups ( P> 0. 05 ). ( 2 ) BCVA: the number of visual acuity decreased eyes, with 6mo follow-up, was 7 (22%) in group A; and that was 5 in group B (19%). There was no statistically significant difference in vision loss postoperatively between the two groups (χ2=0. 061, P>0. 05). (3) Visual field: with 6mo follow-up, there were 13 eyes ( 41%) which had constricted visual field in group A, while those were 10 eyes (38%) in group B; the difference of visual field loss between the two groups was not statistically significant (χ2 = 0. 028, P>0. 05 ) . ( 4 ) Complications: six-month follow-up after operation, there were 4 eyes with shallow anterior chamber, 4 eyes with complicated cataract and 1 eyes with Descemet’s membrane detachment in group A, while that was 1 eyes with shallow anterior chamber and 1 eyes with complicated cataract in group B; there was statistically significant difference in the rate of complications between the two groups (χ2 = 4. 144, P<0. 05 ) . ( 5 ) Surgical success rate: six month after operation, the completed success rate was 37% (12 eyes) in group A, and that was 35% (9 eyes) in group B. The partial success rate was 19% (6 eyes) and 15% (4 eyes) in group A and group B respectively. The difference of success rates between the two groups was not statistically significant (χ2=0. 225, P>0. 05).
? CONCLUSlON: Both Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation and trabeculectomy are effective methods for the treatment of POAG. The clinical efficacy was no difference between the two methods. However, compared with trabeculectomy, Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation was safer and had fewer complications.

Objective:To analyze the time consumption in the review of multicenter clinical trials and to explore the methods of improving the approval efficiency.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 246 multicenter clinical trials approved by our hospital from 2012.Group A were trials that our hospital was the leading site while group B were those not.In group B,trials were divided into group B1 (conference review) and B2 (expeditedreview)according to the ethical review methods.Each group's ethical review time,contract signature time,starting experiment time,the total time consumption of review,and the time from the leading site approving to the participating site submitting application were analyzed.Results:In the review of multicenter clinical trials,contract signature cost the most time,accounting for 41％.There was no significant difference in terms of whether to be the leading site.The total time consumption of group B1 and group B2 was 180.94 days and 140.36 days (P ＜0.05),respec tively.The average ethical review time of group B1 was about 20 days longer than group B2 (P ＜ 0.01).There were 96.54 days that the leading site submitted review materials to the participating site after approved.Conclusions:In multicenter clinical trials,for those the leading site has already approved,immediate submission to participating site and choosing the expedited review method may improve the ethical review efficiency,thereby shorten the total approval time consumption.

Objective To assess the value of whole cerebral perfusion weighted map (PWM) and whole cerebral perfusion blood volume (PBV) integrating in scan protocol about CT perfusion (CTP) combined with CT angiography (CTA) in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Twenty-three patients with acute cerebral infarction proved clinically underwent CTP examination combined with CTA. The color-coded images of PWM and PBV were attained using workstation, and the raw data of contract CTA images and subtractive images between contract CTA and non-contract CTA were processed. The diagnostic sensitivity and the value of CTP and PWM, PBV integrating CTP in acute cerebral infraction were evaluated. Results Seven of 9 patients with negative results on CTP images had positive expressions on PWM and PBV images. The sensitivity of CTP was 60.87% and the sensitivity of PWM and PBV integrating CTP was 91.30%. Conclusion The scan protocol of PWM, PBV integrating CTP not only increases detection rate of acute cerebral infraction, but also has ability to predict the clinical prognosis of patients with cerebral infraction.

Aim To explore the effects and mechanism of ginsenoside-Rg1 on SK-N-SH cells treated with chronic morphine and naloxone-precipitated withdrawal. Methods Cells were pretreated with ginsenoside-Rg1 1,2,4,8,16,32 ?mol?L-1 for 24 h,then incubated for 24 h with morphine ( 100 ?mol?L-1 ) . MTT colorimetr was used to study the effects of ginsenoside-Rg1 on the multiplication of the cells treated with chro-nic morphine. After stimulated by the same concentra-tion of morphine,cells were added with different concentrations of Rg1 1,2,4 ?mol?L -1 for 24 h before stimulated with 10 ?mol?L -1 NAL. Fuorospectrophotometry RT-PCR and Western blot techniques were used to detect the effects of ginsenoside-Rg1 on the [Ca2+ ]i,CaMKⅡ ? mRNA and protein expression of the SK-N-SH cells treated with chronic morphine and naloxone-precipitated withdrawal. Objective To understand the situation of iodine of Taishan nuclear power station employees,and assess the relationships between iodine nutrition and thyroid nodule of Taishan nuclear power station in Taishan,Guangdong.Methods Totally 300 people were selected from of Taishan nuclear power station through stratifiedrandom sampling method,random urine samples were collected and urinary iodine level was tested in 2014.According to 20 to 29 years old,30 to 39 years old,40 to 59 years old,3 age groups were sampled,and each age group was 100 people.Drinking water and edible salt samples of the of nuclear power station were collected and iodine level was tested.Daily dietary intake of the staff was investigated,and daily iodine intake was calculated.Result of thyroid B ultrasonic of the employees (1 091) were studied,and detection rate of thyroid nodule was calculated.Results Totally 308 urine samples were tested,and the median urinary iodine was 193 μg/L.The difference of urinary iodine between 20-year-old group (201 μg/L) and 30-year-old group (165 μg/L) was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).A total of 9 iodized salt samples were collected,with an average iodine value of (24.4 ± 0.5)mg/kg.A total of 9 water samples were collected,the median of water iodine was 20.5 μg/L in 3 centralized water supply samples.The daily iodine intake per capita of the staff was 274.0 μg/d,the highest contribution among all the varieties of food was iodized salt,the second was seafood,which were 45.26 percent and 41.86 percent,respectively.A total of 99 thyroid nodules and suspicious nodules were detected in 1 091,and the prevalence was 9.07 percent (99/1 091).The prevalence of people aged 40-59 [15.6％ (22/141)] was significantly higher than those of people aged 20 to 29 [8.1％ (51/633)] and aged 30 to 39 [8.2％ (26/317)],and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The iodine nutrition of Taishan nuclear power station employees is appropriate as a whole.The detection rate of thyroid nodules is higher in people aged 40 to 59.
