1.The analysis of influence factors of adverse reaction of deep sedation anesthesia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(19):2922-2924
Objective To investigate the adverse reactions influence factors of deep sedation anesthesia. Methods 120 cases with elective gastrointestinal tumor resection were chosen and given deep sedation anesthesia. The occurrence of intranperative bemodynamic changes at each time point and adverse reaction were statistically analyzed. Results SBP,DBP,HR and SpO2 values at different anesthesia time point had significant differences (F =9.688,10.258,7.586,8.992,all P =0.000).26 cases had intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions, the incidence was 21.7%,8 cases with hypotension,4 cases with bradycardia,6 cases with nausea and vomiting,2 cases with apnea,6 cases with other adverse reactions. No death and serious adverse reactions occurred.Senility, depth anesthesia application history, psychological stress and obesity were risk factors of intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions of gastrointestinal tumor by deep sedation anesthesia(OR values =9.806,0.119,0.105,10.521,all P <0.05).Conclusion Adverse reaction incidence of gastrointestinal tumor by deep sedation anesthesia was high, and more performance for hemodynamic response, anesthesiology doctors could improve patients prognosis by regulating the perioperative risk factors.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(24):3787-3789,3790
Objective To investigate the bacterial infection status, etiology distribution and drug resistance of neurological rehabilitation hospitalized patients,to guide the clinical rational use of drugs,to provide a scientific basis for the development of effective prevention and control measures. Methods From January 201 1 to December 201 4,the clinical data of 334 hospitalized patients in department of neurological rehabilitation of our hospital were ret-rospectively analyzed. The pathogenic culture results were analyzed. Results There were 334 strains of pathogenic bacteria,83.53% of gram negative bacteria,47 gram positive bacteria(1 4.07%),8 fungi(2.39%).The top three infected gram negative bacterias were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The main Gram positive bacteria was enterococcus. The detective gram negative bacterias were mainly sensitive to piperacillin penicillin/tazobactam and cefoperazone /sulbactam and imipenem, meropenem, cefepime, amikacin. The resistance rate of Escherichia coli to gentamicin, piperacillin and levofloxacin was more than 50%.The resistance rate of Kleb-siella pneumoniae to gentamicin and piperacillin was more than 50%.Conclusion The infection rate of urinary tract and respiratory tract is higher in patients with neurological rehabilitation ward, and the infection rate is higher, and the main part of gram negative bacilli, should be aimed at high risk patients and key links, strengthen the implementation of infection prevention and control measures, rational use of antimicrobial agents.
4.Impact injuries of pedestrians: 90 cases study.
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2014;30(5):350-354
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the relationship between pedestrian traffic accidents and the type of vehicles and summarize the characteristics.
METHODS:
Ninety cases of pedestrian traffic accidents were reviewed, and the relationship between the types of vehicles and the injuries (site, feature and severity) were analyzed.
RESULTS:
Different impact injuries were caused by different types of vehicles. The primary sites of the impact injuries depended on the body posture and the height of protruding parts of the front when the accident happened. The injury characteristics were related to the size, direction of acting force and contact surface.
CONCLUSION
The analysis of position, feature, and severity of pedestrian injury can determine the type of injury vehicle.

Progress in Modern Biomedicine 2008;8(5):924-927
Based on signal to noise ratio and probabilistic neural network method associated with experimental data, all analysis model in gastric carcinoma is presented.According to the available information, the samples of gastric carcinoma can be tested and ana.Lyzed.The signal to noise ratio is first calculated.Secondly, records in the database are chosen as a training set to build a probabilistie neural network model and the feature subset is selected according to accuracy. Finally, test set is to test accuracy of model. The model is implemented using MATLAB,and it can be generalized and applied to similar disease auxiliary diagnosis region.

Objective To investigate the association of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs13333226 in uromodulin (UMOD) gene with diabetic kidney diseases (DKD) in Han population in Tianjin,China. Methods A total of 210 type 2 diabetes (T2DM),90 normal controls (NC) and 280 DKD patients were recruited.According to the level of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR),the DKD subjects were further subdivided into three groups:GFR≥90 ml/min group (n=105),60 ml/mim≤GFR < 90 ml/min group (n=84) and GFR < 60 ml/min group (n=91).Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used for UMOD rs13333226C genotyping. Results The frequencies of AA,GA,GG genotype were 27.8%,58.9%,13.3% in NC group and 41.0%,48.6%,10.5% in T2DM group and 54.3%,36.1%,9.6% in DKD group. The frequency of G allele was 42.8% in NC group,34.8% in T2DM group and 27.7% in DKD group. The genotype distribution of UMOD was statistically significant between NC group and DKD group, and between T2DM group and DKD group (P < 0.05).G allele of UMOD was an independent protective gene polymorphism of DKD in Logistic regression (B=-0.248,Wald=8.012,P=0.021,OR=0.780,95% CI 0.612-0.968).Conclusion The G allele of UMOD gene may be an independent protective factor of DKD in Han population in Tianjin,China.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2009;18(3):178-181
[Objective] China is one of high hepatitis B virus (HBV)-epidemic areas. The role of HBV and nonHodgkin lymphoma (NHL) has also recently been investigated. There is significantly higher prevalence rate of HBV infection among patients with NHL compared with other solid tumor and general population. HBV reactivation during chemotherapy is, however, a real concern. Several previous studies have reported increased risks of liver-related morbidity and mortality. The use of prophylactic anti-HBV drugs can effectively reduce the incidence and severity of hepatitis among HBV-infected patients who received chemotherapy for NHL.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2000;(11):494-495
Objective:To investigate the range of normal value of total nasal cavity volume(NV)and total na-sopharyngeal cavity volume (NPV)of healthy adults. Method: Six hundred and fifty-nine healthy adults andeighty-two adults of chronic rhinitis were measured with acoustic rhinometry. Result:The range of NV was29. 922~37. 481 cm3 and NPV was 29. 369~44. 159 cm3. Comparing healthy adults with adults of chronic rhini-tis,there was a significant difference in NV. Conclusion:Acoustic rhinometry suited for objective assessment ofthe nasal airways in adults. It was demonstrated that these data could provide available information for the studyof nasal physiology and pathophysiology,as well as for the diagnosis and judgement of therapeutic effectiveness ofnasal diseases.
