The course arrangement, teaching contents and means and other items were investigated and analyzed in this research of teaching evaluation of professional teachers in military medical university. The results showed that the levels of post-oriented education teaching were increasing in updating ideas and accumulating experiences in recent years. However, there still existed a few problems such as too much basal theories, lack of real army circs in the contents and little practice in the manners. Therefore, the quality of post-oriented education in military medical university is expected to be developed to a higher level.

Objective To research effects of water extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza in sperm quality of mice. Methods Forty adult male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, including low concentration group, medium concentration group, high concentration group, control group and positive control group in eight mice in each group. The low, medium and high concentration groups were given by gavage with 1 500, 3 000 and 6 000 mg/kg water extraction of salvia miltiorrhiza once a day respectively, while the control group was given gavage with 10 mL/kg normal saline daily, as well as the positive control group was injected with 100 mg/kg cyclophosphamide once; All mice were sacrificed after 30 days. We measured the weight gain, viscera coefficient and sperm quality in each mouse. Results There were no statistical difference in the weight of every week, increase of the weight, testis and epididymis coefficients among the control group, the low, medium and high concentration groups (P > 0.05), while the weight and weight increase were significantly higher than that in the positive control group (P < 0.05). Sperm concentration, viability, morphology, motility, PR, VSL, VAP of low, medium and high concentrations group were significantly improved than the control group (P < 0.05), and the sperm quality in the four groups were higher than that in the positive control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Water extraction of salvia miltiorrhiza can obviously improve the sperm viability, morphology, and motility of mice.
7. Ketoconazole promotes in situ intestinal absorption of cyclovirobuxine D hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex in rats
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2018;39(5):568-572
Objective To study the in situ intestinal absorption characteristics of cyclovirobuxine D (CB) hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex (CBHD) in rats, and to explore the effect of cytochrome P450 inhibitor ketoconazole (KET) on CB and CBHD in situ intestinal absorption. Methods Twenty-four male rats were randomized into CB, CBHD, KET+CB and KET+CBHD groups, with 6 rats in each group. In situ intestinal absorption was adopted in a rat model. One-way intestinal perfusion model was employed to investigate the absorption of CB and CBHD in the intestinal segments of rats and the effects of KET on CB and CBHD absorption. The concentration of CB was determined by highperformance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector (HPLC/FLD; Lichrospher C18 column [250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm]). The mobile phase was methanol-water with volume ratio being 85: 15. The excitation wavelength was set at 231 nm, and emission wavelength was set at 385 nm. The column temperature was 25 °C, and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The injection volume was 20 μL. Results The specificity of HPLC/FLD method was good and the standard curve equation was A=106.7 C+41.861 (R2=0.999 08) based on the linear regression of CB concentration (C) with CB peak area (A), indicating that the CB mass concentration was linear in the range of 0.5 to 20.0 μg/mL. The intra-day precision of the 1.0, 5.0 and 10.0 μg/mL samples was 2.25%, 2.44% and 3.04%, and the inter-day precision was 4.22%, 2.00% and 2.50%, respectively. The precision was good and the method was in accordance with the requirements of methodology. The recovery rates of the 1.0, 5.0 and 10.0 μg/mL samples were 99.08%, 98.24% and 97.25%, respectively, which were also in accordance with the requirements of methodology. The intestinal absorption rate constant (Ka) values of CBHD with KET were 4.18, 5.05, 1.91 and 2.85 times those of CB, and the effective permeability (Peff) values were 4.92, 5.98, 2.19 and 3.24 times those of CB in the duodenum, jejunum, ileum and colon, respectively (all P<0.05). Conclusion KET can improve the intestinal absorption of CB and CBHD in rats.

Objective:To provide some thoughts for pharmaceutical treatment and care for the patients with pulmonary infection af-ter renal transplantation. Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated the whole treatment process of one case of pulmonary infection af-ter renal transplantation. According to the literatures combined with medical history, clinical symptoms and lab results, the drug treat-ment process of the patient was analyzed, and the key points of the optimized pharmaceutical care were summarized. Results: The pharmaceutical care included the dose adjustment of immunosuppressants at the early phase of the disease and after the improvement of clinical symptoms, attention paid to the interactions between multiple anti-infective drugs and immunosuppressive agents, dosage ad-justment based on the renal function of the patient, monitoring adverse drug reactions and drawing up personalized regimen. Conclu-sion:Through comprehensive medication monitoring, clinical pharmacists can help physicians develop timely and effective treatment programs and provide professional and effective pharmaceutical care for patients.

Objective To evaluate clinical application value of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) detection for bacteria in peritoneal dialysis associated peritonitis (PDAP).Methods Peritoneal dialysis fluid specimens were collected from January 2014 to December 2014 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.Conventional bacterial culture and PCR detection were used respectively.According to the bacterial 16S rRNA gene, universal primers were devised and designed, based on reference, the specific primers of 17 kinds of experimental bacteria.Real-time fluorescent PCR (Real-time PCR, qPCR) amplification was implemented. The establishment of standard strain DNA extract was used as positive control;sterile double distilled water was used as negative control. Results (1) The traditional bacterial culture results showed that positive proportion was 26/40 in specimen of 40 cases, gram-positive strains accounting for 18/26.Main species were epidermis staphylococcus (5/26), hemolysis staphylococcus (4/26), escherichia coli (4/26), and streptococcus viridans (3/26).(2) The PCR detection results showed that total positive rate was 33/40 in 40 patients specimens, among which 2 cases of positive samples ended up with no specific strains being detected;the main bacteria strains in PCR were not different from ordinary culture results.(3) With bacterial culture as the gold standard, the detection sensitivity of PCR technology for PDAP pathogenic bacteria was 96.15% and specificity was 42.86%;the detection positive rate was significantly higher than ordinary culture method.(4) PCR technology for detecting pathogenic bacteria could produce results within 4-6 hours, while reported positive results in the traditional bacterial culture would take (77.88±15.53) hours, which was significantly longer than PCR.Conclusion Compared with traditional bacteria culture method, PCR method is more sensitive, simple, and quick.Bacteria detection using PCR technique is of clinic applied value in PDRP.
