Regulator of G-protein signaling 5 (RGS5) belongs to RGS family, which can negatively regulate the conduction of this signaling pathway.RGS5 mainly expresses in vascular pericyte, and is closely related to the occurrence, development and maturation of the blood vessels.Loss of RGS5 results in pericyte maturation, tumor vascular normalization, and these changes can improve the curative effect combined with chemotherapy and immunotherapy, indicating that RGS5 may become a new target of anti-tumor treatment. In addition,RGS5 involves in tumor metastasis and apoptosis, which can improve antineoplastic effect by inducing tumor cells apoptosis.

Objective To establish the CT criteria of quantitative diagnosis for liver steatosis by means of studying the CT features of fatty liver cases proven histologically. Methods Twenty-eight cases of fatty liver were underwent non-enhanced CT scan, and the attenuation of liver parenchyma was measured. To differentiate the degree of fatty liver, the mean CT value and the relative density of hepatic vessels were observed. The quantitative diagnosis was made according to the CT number threshold and the criteria of relative density of hepatic vessels, respectively. Results Among the 28 cases, there were 17 cases of mild steatosis with mean CT number of 46 HU (32-65 HU), 7 cases of middle degree fatty liver with mean CT number of 28 HU (15-38 HU), and 4 cases of sever fatty liver with mean CT number of 0.2 HU (-7-11 HU). For the relative density of hepatic vessels, 16 of the 17 cases of mild fatty liver had a appearance of hepatic vessels immersion and 1 mild case had reverse hepatic vessels display, 6 of 7 middle degree cases had reverse hepatic vessels display with 1 case having the appearance of hepatic vessels immersion, and all the 4 case of sever steatosis had the appearance of reverse hepatic vessels display with sharp contrast between vessels and the liver parenchyma. The accuracy of quantitative diagnosis was 65.9% and 93.1% by means of criteria of CT number threshold and relative density of hepatic vessels, respectively (? 2=7.153,P

Objective To explore the significance of health education for patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in community-based rehabilitation based on the previous research. Methods 46 patients with stable COPD recruited in Implementation and Management of COPD Community Rehabilitation Program (23 patients from the intervention group and 23 from the control group) were followed up with telephone twice in October 2013 and January 2014, with the Bristol COPD Knowledge Questionnaire (BCKQ), modified Borg Scale, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and COPD Assessment Test (CAT). Individual health education was given once in the first follow-up in October 2013. Results In the follow-up in October 2013, scores of each assessment were worse in the intervention group (P<0.05). There was no longer statistical significance between the intervention group and the control group (P>0.05) in all the assessments except the mental status (SAS, SDS). But the cases with higher education level in the intervention group were not worse too much (P>0.05). In the follow-up in January 2014, the scores of each assessment improved in the intervention group (P< 0.01) and the control group (P<0.05). There was statistical significance between the intervention group and the control group again in the scores of BCKQ, modified Borg Scale and CAT (P<0.05). Conclusion The benefit from community-based rehabilitation can be reversible for patients with stable COPD. Health education with telephone in follow-up can improve the patients' awareness of disease, reduce dyspnea, and improve their mental status and quality of life.

Based on untermolecular splut G-quardruplex-hemun DNAzymes, a buosensor for detectuon of sulver uons and cysteune was developed wuth magnetuc nanopartucles ( MNPs ) as carruer to ummobuluze the DNA probes. Sunce Ag+ chelates guanune bases at the bundung sutes whuch are unvolved un G-quadruplex formatuon, the presence of Ag+ may unhubut G-quartets connected by Hoogsteen-type base paurung and dusrupt G-quadruplexes structures, whuch decreases the peroxudase actuvuty of G-quadruplex-hemun DNAzymes that effucuently catalyze H2 O2-meduated reactuons, such as the oxudatuon of ABTS ( 2, 2'-azunobus ( 3-ethylbenzothuozolune)-6-sulfonuc acud) by H2 O2 . Moreover, un the presence of L-cysteune, ut was used as a competutor by the strongly Ag-S to release Ag+ from G-ruch olugonucleotudes, promotung the reformatuon of G-quadruplexes and uncreasung the peroxudase actuvuty, whuch catalyzes the ABTS-H2 O2 reactuon system. In thus experument, the effucuent separatuon from real sample was achueved usung magnetuc nanopartucles as a solud phase carruer to effectuvely uncrease the detectuon sensutuvuty and decrease the background sugnal. Under the optumum condutuons, a hugh lunear relatuonshup between the UV absorbance and the Ag+ concentratuon was establushed un the range of 0. 5-100 nmol/L wuth a detectuon lumut of 0. 2 nmol/L. The calubratuon curve of cysteune was udentufued un the range from 0. 1 to 80 nmol/L and the detectuon lumut was as low as 0. 04 nmol/L.
