1.The Discussion on Standardization of Antimicrobial SusceptibilityTesting of Aquatic Pathogens
Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
Antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) is an important means to clinical microbiology. At present, there are no standard AST methods for aquatic pathogens comparing with human and veterinary pathogens. We reviewed the recent research progress on establishing these methods and discussed the key factors in AST of aquatic pathogens. Furthermore the defect of AST of aquatic pathogens in China was profiled and prospect for further research was put forward.

China Medical Equipment 2013;(12):84-86
Objective:To establish the medical equipment archives management system to adapt to the Finance Ministry new hospital financial system. Methods:According to the new financial system requirements, implement the new file management strategy, as adjusting the original classification, management object and process. Results: After the implementation of the new management strategy, medical equipment archives management and new financial system in our hospital realize synchronous in January 1, 2012, thethree Zhang cardsystem optimizing, and the results have been applied to the existing hospital medical equipment management software, greatly improving the efficiency of management, provides a strong basis for medical equipment economic benefit and social benefit evaluation. Conclusion:The medical equipment archives were giving full play to improve the quality of medical care.

Objective To study the diagnosis and indications of operation of thyroiditis associated with thyroid cancer(TTATC). Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with TTATC were analysed retrospectively. Results All 16 patients were treated surgically, including subacute thyroditis with thyroid cancer in 4 patients, Hashimoto's disease with thyroid cancer in 12. The carcinoma of thyroid were composed of 12 papillary, 3 follicular, and 1 mixed papillary follicular cancer. The 16 patients were followed up for 2 months 9 years, showing they were all alive and healthy. Conclusions In order to avoid delaying the treatment of thyroid cancer, the following thyroiditis with thyroid nodule should be operated earlier: (1) The nodule in thyroditis didn't alter to smaller and shows a tendency to be enlarge after systematic drug therapy. (2) the cold nodule is of cold character in SPECT but solid in ultrasound.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To study the effect of growth hormone (GH) and PRL (prolactin) on the secretion of Th1/Th2 type cytokines in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods The secretion of cytokines in PBMCs stimulated by GH and PRL was detected by ELISA in vitro. Results The results showed that the secretion levels of IL-6 and IL-10 from PBMCs of the SLE patients in active stage were higher than those of the normal controls, and the secretion level of IFN-? was lower than that of SLE patients in resting stage and the normal controls, but it is of no statistical significance. The secretion levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly increased in PBMC stimulated by GH and PRL, but GH and PRL had no effect on the secretion of IFN-?. There was no difference on the secretion level of IL-6, IL-10 and IFN-? when the PBMC was stimulated by GH and PRL. Conclusion GH and PRL might play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(05):-
Objective To prospectively assess the nutritional status in the patients with alimentary tract malignancy, and to elucidate the factors related to malnutrition. Methods The nutritional status of 328 patients with newly diagnosed alimentary tract malignancy was assessed using subjective global assessment(SGA)and serum levels of prealbumin and albumin. And the factors influencing the nutritional status of the patients with alimentary tract malignancy in different locations were analyzed. Results The prevalence of malnutrition was 64.43% in all,75.81% in colon cancer,63.24% in esophageal cancer,62.40% in gastric cancer and 60.27% in rectal cancer. The changes of nutritional status mainly manifested weight loss with the incidence of 67.39%,serum prealbumin level under 200 g/L with the incidence of 24.1% and serum albumin level less than 35 g/L with the incidence of 31.70%.And there was significant difference in weight loss and serum levels of prealbumin and albumin among the patients with different nutritional status(P=0.000).The factors that influence the nutritional status of the patients with alimentary tract malignancy include the location and TNM staging of tumors, and the age, appetite and digestive symptoms of the patients. Conclusion The patients with alimentary tract malignancy are susceptible to malnutrition due to the multiple factors such as the tumor location and metabolic impacts of tumor on host.Nutritional screening, assessment and early intervention should be emphasized in the inpatients with alimentary tract malignancy.
