1.A viewpoint of environment concerned therapy through exploring the body constitute distribution of Shimian county

Objective To investigate the difference of TCM body constitution betweenpeople of the Shimian county and Chengdu city. Methods 200 sub-health patients in clinic of Shimian TCM Hospital were selected randomly. Another 200 sub-health patients in clinic of the Second Sichuan Province Hospital of TCM wererandomly selected. The two groups were identified with TCM body constitution based on the clinical symptoms, tongue, pulse condition, etc. Comparisons on body constitution were made between the two groups. Results In Chengdu, patients withbalance constitution and Qi deficiency constitution (respectively have the proportion of 33.0% and 20.0%)were significantly higher than thoseof Shimian County(the proportion of the two wererespectively 4.0% and 6.0%);while Shimian County have a significantly higher ratio of phlegm dampness and blood stasis constitution(43.5% and 13.0%)than those in Chengdu city(the proportion of the two wererespectively 8.0%and 4.0%), P<0.01. Conclusion Because of different regions, the population constitution ratio wasdifferent, so the disease tendency wasalso somewhat different. Therefore, physicians should give full consideration to the regional factors in diagnosing and treating patients.
2.Rex shunt in pediatric prehepatic portal hypertension: a clinical analysis of 5 cases

Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of Rex shunt in treating pediatric patients with prehepatic portal hypertension (PHPH).Methods Five children with PHPH who were admitted from October 2014 to May 2015 were reviewed.There were three boys and two girls,with age ranging from 50 to 95.5 months [(75.8 ± 1.9) months].They all suffered from recurrent upper gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding.Their red blood cell (RBC),white blood cell (WBC) and platelet (PLT) counts were decreased,but laboratory findings revealed no liver dysfunction.Ultrasound and CT scan diagnosed cavernous transformation of portal vein (CTPV) and splenomegaly.The mean splenic length was (42.8 ± 8.2) cm.Indirect portal venography revealed patent left portal vein.All patients underwent Rex shunt and were followed up for 3 ~ 7 months.Results The mean duration of operation was (566.0 ± 39.7) min.Intraoperative bleeding varied from 10 to 50 ml.The portal pressure significantly decreased after surgery from [(25.6 ± 1.5) mmHg,1 mmHg =0.133 kPa] preoperatively to (19.2 ± 3.3) mmHg postoperatively (P < 0.05).Portal venography indicated patent left portal vein after the Rex shunt.The postoperative course was uneventful in the five patients with a mean hospital stay of (26 ± 9.3) days.There was no further GI bleeding.The RBC,WBC and PLT counts increased.Ultrasound indicated patent anastomotic stomas and decreased splenic size.Conclusion A Rex shunt in treating patients with PHPH is safe,feasible and efficacious.
3.Nasal malignant granular cell tumor: a case report.

We reported a case of nasal malignant granular cell tumor. The patient was a 51 years old man who went to the hospital because of "right nasal intermittent bleeding for half a year". The pathological examination after resection showed malignant granular cell tumor. No recurrence was noted during a year after resection. The etiology and pathogenesis, clinical features, pathological features and treatments of malignant granular cell tumor were reviewed.

4.Postoperative reconstruction of facial squamous cell carcinoma by cervicothoracic flap and temporal flap: a case report.

To report one case of postoperative reconstruction of facial squamous cell carcinoma by cervicotho-racic flap and temporal flap in our hospital. Clinical symptoms of the patient are facial mass and tumor ulceration.The patient had chronic bronchitis. On admission, the right side of the patient face was found to have a mass of about 6. 5 cm X 5. 0 cm, and the middle is about 2. 5 cm X 2. 5 cm X 1. 0cm ulcer, the neck has no swollen lymphnodes by palpation. After imaging and pathological examination,the patient was diagnosed as right facial squamouscell carcinoma and chronic bronchitis.

These studies include acute toxicity test, long-term toxicity test, reproductive toxicity test, active and passive anaphylaxis test, curative mechanism study, clinical trials of effectiveness, active surveillance, security analysis of passive monitoring data, the real world analysis of hospital information system (HIS) data, literature analysis, etcetera This article also analysis the relationship of the different evidence, summarizes the strategy of the researches, in order to make it to be a reference for making a systemic research program of traditional Chinese medicine injection.

6.Preparation and Quality Evaluation of Xiaochuan cataplasm

Objective To study the influence of the preparation and quality control of Xiaochuan cataplasm on its drug action. Methods Xiaochuan cataplasm was prepared with hydrosoluble polymers matrix. A sequence of tests such as adhesive force test, recontour test, paste-content test, cold-resistance test, heat-resistance test, toxicity and pharmacodynamic action tests were performed on this drug. Results Xiaochuan cataplasm contains a sound volume of medicine, and shows good adhesive property, no sensibilization and stimulation, and notable drug action. Conclusion The results demonstrate that the preparation craft of Xiao-chuan cataplasm is reasonable and practicable., the quality is controllable and the method is a safe and effective transdermal drug delivery system.
7.Surgery experience and technical improvements of laparoscopic choledochal cyst resection

Objective To assess the mid-term result of laparoscopy in resection of choledoehal cyst,hepaticojejunostomy and discuss the technical improvement.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the data of 31 patients who had undergone laparoscopic choledochal cyst excision from November 2010 to November 2012.Under laparoscopic guidance,intraoperative cholangiogram was performed,Rorx-Y jejunojejunostomy was performed extracorporeally through umbilical incision,then the dilated bile duct were completely excised and a hepaticojejunostomy was carried out intracorporeally.Results Twenty-nine patients successfully underwent laparoscopic choledochal cyst resection,while 2 patients were converted to open surgery because of severe adhesion.The mean operation time was 260 minutes (range from 200 to 460 minutes).A follow-up of 3 to 27 months were achieved in all patients.Three patients developed early complications:one bile leakage,one incision port hemorrhage and one intestinal torsion.The laboratory tests were normal and no dilation of the bile duct was detected in all patients.Conclusions Laparoscopic total cyst excision with Roux-Y hepaticojejunostomy was effective and safe procedure with satisfied results.
8.Diagnostic value of Sj26, Sj32 and Sj14-3-3 coding gene of Schistosoma japonicum amplified by PCR

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of coding gene of Sj26, Sj32 and Sj14-3-3 amplified by PCR for chronic Schistosomiasis japonica. Methods The DNA was extracted from sera of 40 patients with chronic Schistosomiasis japonica, the coding gene of Sj26, Sj32 and Sj14-3-3 was amplified by PCR and identified by 1.2% agarose gel electrophoresis. DNA from the sera of 21 patients with Clonorchiasis sinensis, 13 patients with Parogonimiasis westermani and 43 healthy donors was taken as control. Results A total of 399 bp coding gene of Sj14-3-3 was amplified successfully from sera of the patients with chronic Schistosomiasis japonica,but Sj26(676 bp) and Sj32( 1270 bp) coding gene were not obtained. Control groups were all negative. Conclusions Sj14-3-3 coding gene amplified by PCR can be used for genetic diagnosis of chronic schistosomiasis.
9.Effect of fluoride on apoptosis and DNA damage in OX peripheral blood lymphocytes

Objective To explore the effect of sodium fluoride on DNA damage and apoptosis on ox peripheral blood lymphocyte cultured in vitro.Methods Using lymphoeytes separation medium lymphocytes were separated and different concentration of NaF(0,4,8,12,16 mg/L)were added into the cultual system of lymphocytes for 24 h.Cell viability was measured by MTT.nuclear changes stained by acridine orange-ethidium bromine staining (AO/EB)were observed under fluoroscope,DNA fragment was measured by agarose gel electrophoresis.DNA damage was detected by alkaline SCGE.The differences between each groups were compared.Results Cells were exposed to 4,8,16 and 24 mg/L NaF in 24 h,cell survival rates,respectively being(73.743±0.552)%,(69.184±0.724)%,(65.736±0.055)%and(63.651±0.287)%,decreased significantly compared to control group.There were distinctive cell apoptosis,evident DNA damage and visible dose-effect relation(R2=0.7456).Conclusions A certain concentration of sodium fluoride lcads to lymphocytes apoptosis and DNA damage.
10.The diagnostic value of rSj26-Sj32-IgG-ELISA for acute schistosomiasis japonica

Objective To study the diagnostic value of rSj26-Sj32-IgG-ELISA for acute schistosomiasis japonica. Methods Purified rSj26-Sj32 fusion protein and crude Schistosoma japonicum antigen (SjAWA)were used to establish IgG-ELISA to detect serum of patients with acute schistosomiasis, and clonorchiasis sinensis,paragonimiasis westermani, alveolar echinococcosis, cystic echinococcosis, type B hepatitis, lung tuberculosis patients and healthy human serum were used as control. Results The sensitivity and specialty were 90.00%(45/50) ,97.67% (42/43) and 92.00% (46/50),97.67% (42/43) in detection of acute schistosomiasis japonica with rSj26-Sj32and SjAWA, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant(x2 were both 0.0, all P >0.05). The serum cross-reaction reactivity was 20.00%(2/10) in patients with alveolar echinococcosis with SjAWA,but no cross-reaction with rSj26-Sj32, the difference was not statistically significant(x2 = 0.5, P > 0.05). The serum cross-reactivity were 14.29% (3/21 ), 7.69% (1/13) and 19.05% (4/21 ), 7.69% (1/13) among patients with clonorchiasis sinensis and paragonimiasis westermani by rSj26-Sj32 and SjAWA, but no cross reaction with type B hepatitis and lung tuberculosis patients, the difference was not statistically significant (x2 were both 0.0, all P > 0.05). The positive predictive value, the negative predictive value and the diagnostic efficiency with acute schistosomiasis japonicum by rSj26-Sj32-IgG-ELISA and SjAWA-IgG-ELISA were 97.83% (45/46),89.36% (42/47),93.55% (87/93)and 97.87% (46/47),91.30% (42/46),94.62% (88/93), respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (x2 were both 0.0, all P > 0.05). Conclusion rSj26-Sj32 fusion protein can be used for the immune diagnosis of acute schistosomiasis japonica.
