Objective:To deeply study and explore the cognitive and barrier factors of clinical nurses' nutrition management in patients with pressure injury (PI), and provide evidence for developing quantifiable standardized management model and strengthening individualized nutrition management. Methods:A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with 11 nurses. The NVivo10.0 software and Colaizzi's 7-step analysis of phenomenological data were used to analyze interview data. Results:The study summarized four themes that hindered nutrition management: subjective judgment bias; education training lags behind and radiates one-sided; lack of policy and configuration; conflict between workload, roles and perceptions. Conclusions:There are many obstacles to the implementation of nutrition management in patients with PI. An objective, feasible and standardized nutrition management plan should be established, support should be provided by policy, configuration and information system, and relevant knowledge training and multi-team cooperation should be strengthened to improve patient life.

Objective To explore serum ECP level of Xinjiang Uygur population and study the correlation of ECP with bronchial asthma,as well as their clinical significance in asthmatic patients in different degrees,so as to elucidate the role of ECP in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. Methods Between 2004 and 2005,123 Uygur asthmatics and 89 normal healthy controls with the same ethnic near Xinjiang Hetian region were investigated. The serum ECP were detected using a pharmarcia UniCAP 100 type instrument, pulmonary ventilatory function assessed by FEV_1 and PEF.Results Our data showed that the levels of S-ECP in moderate to severe asthma patients were significantly higher than in mild subjects and control group(P

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(10):954-957
The latest literatures showed that the anti-platelet aggregation drugs had a good application in cardiovascular disease, however still with hemorrhage side effects and some new drugs' mechanism was unknown. So further investigations on the mechanism of anti-platelet aggregation are necessary to discover a new type of anti-platelet drugs, such as antagonists of the EP3 receptor.

ObjectiveTo study the effects of Morroniside on platelet aggregation in rabbits induced by Adenosine diphosphate (ADP), Arachidonic acid (AA), Platelet activating factor (PAF). MethodsThe platelet aggregation was determined by Born's method. ResultsCompared with the controls, Morroniside inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP, AA, PAF (P<0.001)and especially selective on ADP. ConclusionMorroniside inhibited platelet aggregation in rabbits, especially induced by ADP.

The present paper reports a systematic research of the antifatigue effect of Flammulina velutipes. The antifatigue effect was judged by the examination of serum lactate dchydrogenase activity, level of blood lactic acid, serum urea nitrogen, muscle and liver glycogen,The experiments indicated that feeding Flammulina velutipes to mice for several days the lactate dehydrogenase activity, muscle and liver glycogeu levels were significantly higher than that of the control. After exercise, the levels of blood lactate and serum urea nitrogen were significantly lower than those of control. After exercise, the recovery rate of lactic acid was much faster than that of control. From the above results, we concluded the Flammulina velutipes may have significant effect on the capability of adaptation to heavy exercise and prevention or elimination of fatigue after exercise.

Objective To study the common imaging characters of the human tissues such as tumors in MRI based on hysteromyoma in hope of getting the results that the same tissue has the same MR characters and identifying the common, comparatively steady MR figs sectional area which can provide related references for the computer-based automatic recognition orgnization and basis for the question such as whether the same MR figs has the same hyperacoustic impedance characters. Methods We analysed all the images with hysteromyoma on MRI T2 and got the rules on MR figs change with the application of the MRI image analysing software which specially designed by Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 for the research.Results(1)No significant difference was found in MR figs sectional area in the different periods of the same patient under the same MRI test condition.(2)No significant difference was found in MR figs sectional area in different patients under the same MRI test condition.(3)Significant difference was found in MR figs sectional area after the patient received the HIFU treatment under the same MRI test condition.Conclusion(1)Human tissues have some common MRI imaging characters in the same MRI test equipment under the same MRI test condition.(2)Imaging characters of the human body tissues in MRI can be altered after HIFU treatment.

Objective To investigate the effects of anti-parkinsonian drugs on cytokines(IL-6 and TNF-?) produced by PBMC in PD patients. Methods 25 subjects were divided into 3 groups : normal controls(NC),pergolide and Madopar treated PD patients(P+M group),Madopar treated PD patients(M group). PBMC were cultured in the presence of pure RPMI-1640,RPMI-1640 with ConA and RPMI-1640 with pergolide, respectively. The amount of IL-6 and TNF-? in the culture media was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results IL-6 production amount by PBMC when stimulated with ConA was significantly lower in group P+M and M than in group NC( P 0.05). In group P+M,the concentration of TNF-? was significantly higher in the presence of ConA than in the presence of pure RPMI-1640 and in the presence of pergolide( P 0.05). Conclusions The ability of amount by PBMC of PD elderly patients to excrete IL-6 was significantly decreased in the presence of ConA. Pergolide might arise the excretion of IL-6 by PBMC during the treatment process of PD and at the same time does not arise the excretion of TNF-?,which might be neurotoxic.

Objective To report a newly designed method of cervical subtotal corpectomy with the posterior vertebral wall retention. Methods 89 cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM) or cervical injury were treated with subtotal corpectomy with the posterior vertebral wall retention from March 2001 to March 2004. 61 males and 28 females, aged from 25 to 76 years(mean, 47 years) were included, which involved 62 cases of multiple level in CSM with or without radiculopathy, 14 fractures of cervical vertebral body with or without cervical dislocation, 13 cervical instability with or without cervical disc disease. Subtotal corpectomy with 2 mm retention in posterior wall of the vertebral body were performed, in which 23 cases' level were C4,55 C5 and 11 C6. Extensive decompression through intervertebral body space was performed and bone fusion with autogenous iliac bone graft or titanium mesh supplemented with anterior locking plates were used, the bone graft or mesh were impacted into the decompression slot between the upper to lower endplate as well as the preserved lateral and posterior wall stably. Bone fusion were assessed with roentgenogram during the 3rd, 6th, 12th month follow-up and neurological function was recorded. Results The average operation time is 100 min, ranged from 55-130 min, the blood loss were 120 ml, ranged from 30 to 300 ml. Neither plate or screw migration, nor bone graft loosening or subsidence were found in 77 patients with over 6 months follow-up. Bone fusion happened in all patients, and Frankel score improved 1.0 level averagely after operation. 3 patients with hoarseness recovered 2 weeks later. Conclusion Subtotal corpectomy with posterior wall of vertebrae retention was a feasible anterior decompression procedure with advantage of safety, completely decompression and reliable bone fusion. This method included double level of CSM, and cervical fracture as well as two level of local ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament.
