Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with severe closed head injury.MethodsThe clinical data of 24 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated by hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the first people's Hospital of Fuyang District Hangzhou from May 2011 to May 2016 were analyzed, the occurrence time and clinical effect of upper gastrointestinal bleeding were analyzed.ResultsAmong the 24 cases of patients, 14 cases were treated for the first time that overt bleeding, including bleeding from the stomach liquid outflow of blood from 2 cases, gastric outflow 2 cases, hemorrhage after cure again received hyperbaric oxygen therapy 3 times again dominant bleeding 2 cases;6 cases hyperbaric oxygen treatment for third, 7, 10 times brown liquid or bloody fluid from the stomach outflow;4 cases hyperbaric oxygen treatment in patients with second and 3 courses of coffee liquid from the outflow tube, which accounted for 58.3%, 25.0%, 16.7% of the total, retrospectively;8 cases were with good recovery, 10 cases moderate disability, 4 cases severe disability, 2 cases vegetative state, 0 case died, the good recovery rate was 33.3%.ConclusionNot correctly grasp the time of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of patients with severe closed craniocerebral injury will cause upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, correct application of H2 receptor binding agent, developing targeted therapy programme can effectively prevent and treat upper gastrointestinal bleeding, so is worthy of the clinical's full attention.

This study is to establish the gastric hot model of rats. After gastric feeding with ethanol solution for 3 weeks and feeding with extra capsaicin and ethanol solution for another 2 weeks, model group show distinct physical sign of gastric hot syndrome. The pathology of gastrics reveals gastricism of model group, while treatment group (treat with Zuojin Wan) shows mild lesion. Elisa detection of model group show that the solution of interleukin-2 (IL-2) is higher than the blank group. The obvious difference among model group, treatment group and blank group reveals the success of the establishment of gastric hot model.

This study is to establish the gastric cold model of rats. After gastric feeding with cold water for 5 weeks and extra iced water bath in the last 2 weeks, model group show distinct physical sign of gastric cold syndrome. The pathology of gastrics reveals gastricism of model group, while treatment group(treated with Fanzuojin Wan) show mild lesion. Elisa detection of model group show that the solution of interleukin-2 (IL-2) is higher than blank group. The difference with significance among model group, treatment group and blank group reveals the success of the establishment of gastric cold syndrome.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2016;32(5):713-716
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of the diffuse calcified distribution in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions .Methods 379 patients with different benign and malignant breast lesions confirmed by surgery underwent digital X‐ray mammography .The morphology ,distribution ,number ,diameter ,concentration and density of calcification in lesions ,the maximum range of the calcified area and other accompanied manifestations in benign and malignant breast lesions were analyzed .Results As for the morphology of calcification ,tiny polymorphic calcification was found in 58 .5% of malignant lesions ,meanwhile ,dot‐like one was found in 49 .3% of benign lesions .Fine linear calcification or branched linear one occurred in malignant lesions ,however ,round one occurred in benign lesions .As for the calcification distribution ,regional distribution was found in 43 .9% of malignant lesions , meanwhile the clustered distribution was found in 58 .4% of benign lesions .And all lobar or segmental distribution was seen in malig‐nant lesions .As for the calcification diameter ,the calcification with the diameter less than 0 .5 mm occurred in 71 .6% of malignant lesions ,however ,that with diameter more than 1 .0 cm occurred in 69 .3% of benign lesions .As for the concentration of calcification , lesions with calcification more than 25 were 71 .8% of malignant ones ,whereas those with calcification of 15-25 were 58 .4% of be‐nign ones .As for calcified density ,uneven calcification occurred in 94 .2% of malignant lesions ;however the even one occurred in 63 .4% of benign lesions .The maximum diameter of calcification ranged from 40 mm to 80 mm was found in 59 .0% of malignant lesions , whereas that ranged from 0 mm to 40 mm was in 77 .2% of benign lesions .Conclusion Statistical differences have been found in the morphology ,distribution ,diameter ,concentration ,density and maximum diameter of calcification between the breast benign and ma‐lignant lesions .

Objective To generate an autoimmune cholangitis animal model and investigate whether CXCR3 and its ligand were involved in the pathogenesis of primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC). Methods Female C57BL/6 wild-type (WT) mice and CXCR3 knockout (CXCR3-/-) mice were injected with 5 mg/kg of poly I:C intra-peritoneally twice a week for 24 consecutive weeks. Liver specimens were collected to evaluate the degree of cell infiltration. AMA was assayed by ELISA. Differences in pathology were compared between CXCR3-/- mice and wild-type. Student's test was used to assess the differences. Results Anti-mitochon-drial antibody (AMA) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level were elevated significantly in the sera of all poly Ⅰ:C injected mice compared with control mice. AMA titers in serum were increased in the poly I:C injected WT mice compared with that of the control mice at week 8, 16, and 24 respectively (0.70±0.41 vs 0.17±0.04,0.48±0.35 vs 0.19±0.07, 0.69±0.44 w 0.20±0.06, P<0.01). There was no significant difference between AMA titers in the serum of WT PBC mice and CXCR3-/- PBC mice (0.70±0.41 vs 0.56±0.25, 0.48±0.35 vs 0.46±0.35, 0.69±0.44 vs 0.85±0.34). Serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) levels were raised among the poly I:Cinjected WT mice compared with WT controls (115±33) vs (65±7) U/ml; (119±32) vs (70±9) U/ml; (133±52) vs (77±10) U/ml. The serum ALP levels in CXCR3-/- PBC mice were (106±29), (112±29)and (122±60) U/ml at week 8, 16 and 24 respectively. There was no significant difference in ALP level between WT and CXCR3-/- mice PBC model. Considerable numbers of infiltrating cells were detected at the portal areas 8weeks after poly I:C injection, which progressed up to 24 weeks. At week 24, the interlobular bile ducts were lost and bile-plug were evident. Compared to WT mice model, this results revealed that CXCR3-/- mice, had fewer foci of inflammation and significant reduction in total inflammatory cells in their livers than those of the WT mice at 8, 16 and 24 weeks after injection of poly I:C. At week 24, there were no cholestasis orgranulomas in CXCR3-/- mice of PBC models. Compared to the control model, CXCL10 serum level was increased in PBC model. With the disease progression, CXCL10 serum level was elevated gradually. In comparison with wild mice, CXCR3-/- mice model had a higher serum level of CXCL10. At week 24, there was significant difference of CXCL10 serum level between wild-type mice and CXCR3-/- mice model. Conclusion In conclusion, these findings indicate that, CXCR3-/- mice might have a delayed onset and ultimately could not recruit sufficient effector cells to the liver for inflammation development.
