Objective To discuss the metabolic characteristics and significance of peripheral blood cell and T lymphocyte subgroup in patients with air condition disease.Methods Thirty-six patients diagnosed as air condition diseases with fever and 30 patients diagnosed as non-fever patients enrolled this study as observation group(fever group and non-fever group respectively),and 30 health population were used as control.The changes of peripheral blood cell and T lymphocyte was measured using regular blood examination and flow cytometry.Results(1)No significant diffence on white blood cell was found between the three groups(F =1.89,P =0.134);(2)The percentage of neutrophils was(68.13 ±5.67)％,(53.24 ±8.36)％ and(61.25 ±6.31)％ respectively in the fever,non-fever and control group,respectively.Compared to the non-fever and control group,the percentage of neutrophils were significantly higher(t =6.64,9.13; P =0.018,0.027 respectively).No signiciant difference in the percentage of neutrophils was found between the non-fever group and control group(P =0.356,0.125).The percentage of lymphocyte percentage was(31.66 ±7.11)％,in the fever group,which was significantly higher than those of(43.67 ±8.17)％ and(30.98 ± 8.76)％ in the nonfever and control group(t =5.59,4.98 ; P =0.022,0.021 respectively).(3)The percentage of CD4 + was (36.351 ± 6.531)％,(42.676 ± 5.169)％ and(39.253 ± 5.461)％ in the fever,non-fever and control group,respectively.The percentage of CD4 + in the fever group was significantly lower than that in the non-fever group(t =1.28,P =0.039),whereas the percentage of CD4 + in the non-fever group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t =3.80,P =0.048).The percentage of CD8 + was(28.084 ± 7.344)％,(21.186 ± 6.331)％ and(24.607 ± 7.108)％,respectively.Compared to nonfever group,the percentage of CD8+ was significantly higher(t =3.17,P =0.016).(4)The ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + was(1.629 ±0.554)％、(2.380 ± 0.391)％,and(2.079 ± 0.659)％.Compared to the non-fever and control group,the ration in the fever group was siginificantly lower(t =19.21,P ＜ 0.001 ; t =6.98 ; P =0.006),whereas compared to the control group,the ratio in the non-fever group was significantly higher(t =8.68,P =0.031).Conclusion The changes of T subgroup show the unbalance immunity function network in patients with air condition disease.

Objective To study the effect of point electric stimulation for urinary incontinence after postoperative cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Eighty patients with urinary incontinence after postoperative cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n=40 case). Point electric stimulation was given to the treatment group, and Oxybutynin hydrochloride sustained release tablets was given orally to the control group. Index of urinary diary and bladder capacity in both groups before treatment and after 3 weeks of treatment were observed.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate(87.2%vs. 65.8%,χ2=4.916) in the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The times of voided (10.15 ± 2.21 times/24 hvs. 18.63 ± 3.42 times/24 h,t=12.956), the times of urinary incontinence (2.18 ± 1.04 times/24 h vs. 6.19 ± 2.16 times/24 h,t=10.421), the average voided volume (293.38 ± 16.32 mlvs. 180.82 ± 15.43 ml, t=31.083), the initial sensory capacity of bladder (276.73 ± 20.95 mlvs. 186.43 ± 21.14 ml,t=18.825), the maximum capacity of bladder (492.81 ± 23.72 mlvs. 293.81 ± 24.46 ml,t=36.244), the residual urine volume(13.25 ± 5.83 mlvs. 34.63 ± 6.25 ml,t=15.527) in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusions The treatment of point electric stimulation can reduce the symptoms of urinary incontinence.

Objective To evaluate the value of CT and MRI in diagnosis and directing clinical management of vertebral burst fracture.Methods The imaging features of vertebral burst fracture in 66 cases were analyzed,including cervical vertebrae 6,thoracic vertebrae 3,thoracolumbar area 48,and lumbar vertebrae 9 cases.There were 50 male and 16 female,the average age was 35 years.CT and MRI were taken in all patients.Results CT clearly demonstrated the vertebrae and accompanying appendix fracture,spinal canal stenosis and retropulsed fragment.While MRI in showing injury and tear of ligament and intervertebral disc,abnormal signals due to spinal cord compression were superior to CT.Conclusion CT in combination with MRI in diagnosis and directing surgical management is of important value.

Background Oxidative stress-induced apoptosis of human lens epithelial cells (LECs) is associated with c-Jun N terminal kinase (JNK) pathway.Quercetin possesses the antioxidation by inhibiting the JNK pathway.However,whether quercetin can protect LECs from the oxygen-induced damage is still not proved.Objective This study attempted to invatigate the effects and its mechanism of quercetin against hyperbaric oxygeninduced LECs apoptosis. Methods Human LECs line SRA01/04 was cultivated and passaged in MEM medium containing 10％ fetal bovine serum and 0.5％ non-essential amino acids for 2 hours,with or without 20 μmol/LSP600125 or 1 μmol/L quercetin prior to exposure to hyperbaric oxygen.Each exposure session remained 6 hours in 99％ O2 and 1％CO2 with a pressure chamber at 588 kPa.The viability of human LECs was detected by MTT.Cell apoptosis was assessed by flow cytometer using Annexin V-FITC apoptosis detection.The expression of JNK/p-JNK,c-Jun/p-c-Jun,caspase 3 and caspase 9 were detected by Western blot. Results LECs viability (A570 ) was 0.835 ±0.082,0.450±0.083,0.654±0.079,0.649±0.090 respectively in the blank control group,hyperbaric oxygen exposed group,hyperbaric oxygen+SP600125 group and hyperbaric oxygen+quercetin group.The A570 in the hyperbaric oxygen exposed group was significantly lower than the blank control group ( P =0.000),but those in hyperbaric oxygen + SP600125 group and hyperbaric oxygen+quercetin group were significantly higher than the hyperbaric oxygen exposed group ( P =0.003,0.002 ).The numbers of apoptosis cells were 3.17 ±0.74,19.77 ± 1.44,8.45 ±0.93,7.79 ±0.78 respectively in the blank control group,hyperbaric oxygen exposed group,hyperbaric oxygen+SP600125 group and hyperbaric oxygen+quercetin group.Apoptotic LECs were significantly increased in the hyperbaric oxygen exposed group compared with the blank control group ( P=0.000),but those in the hyperbaric oxygen+SP600125 group and hyperbaric oxygen+quercetin group were significantly reduced in comparison with hyperbaric oxygen exposed group (both P=0.000).In additional,expressions of p-JNK,p-c-Jun,caspase 3 and caspase 9 proteins in the cells were elevated in the hyperbaric oxygen exposed group compared with the blank control group (all P =0.000 ),however,those in the hyperbaric oxygen + SP600125 group and hyperbaric oxygen + quercetin group were declined when compared with the hyperbaric oxygen exposed group( all P＜0.05 ). Conclusions JNK pathway is involved in the apoptotic procedure of human LECs induced by oxygen stress.SP600125 and certain concentration of quercetin can interdict the JNK signal pathway and endogenous apoptosis of LECs and further alleviate hyperbaric oxygen-induced damage of LECs.

Objective:To improve the safety,rationality and efficacy of medication for ovarian cancer patients complicated with cirrhosis by the participation of clinical pharmacists in the therapy. Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the therapy for an ovarian cancer patient with cirrhosis,and provided a rational and individualized therapeutic regimen through the drug experience of clinical pharmacists as well as the relevant medical guides and literatures. Results:The therapeutic efficacy was increased by the participation of clinical pharmacists in the therapy,the potential risk of the chemotherapy was avoided and the security of medication was assured. Conclusion:The participation of clinical pharmacists in therapeutic practice can improve the normalization of pharmacotherapy for ovarian cancer patients with cirrhosis,which also can provide ideas and methods for treating the similar patients.
