1.Effect of family constellation therapy on the spouses of female tumor patients
Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;14(10):20-24
Objective To explore the effect of family constellation therapy on the spouses of female tumor patients . Methods Two hundred and two spouses of 202 female tumor patients were divided to the control group ( n = 43 ) and experiment group according to their wills(n=159):the former were intervened with health education and skills training and the latter trained in a workshop with family constellation by psychology training specialists in addition to health intervention and skill training intervention. After the intervention, the two groups were compared in terms of quality of life, family function and marriage status. Result The total scores of the experiment group on quality of life , social relationship and environment were all higher than those of the control group (all P<0.05) and the experiment group got higher score in trusting their spouses than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The family constellation can improve female tumor patients'quality of life and promote the trust in their spouses.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(30):-
Vascular or endoluminal stent is a stent implanted in the lesion site to support stenosis vessels based on luminal balloon expansion,to reduce vascular elasticity recoil and remoulding, and maintain blood flow patent. Some stents can also prevent vascular restenosis.Stent size, surface coverage, radial supporting, extensibility, longitudinal recoil, fatigue test, material composition,corrosion-resistance,coagulation,surface roughness and biocompatibility(blood compatibility) are performance parameters to evaluate the stents.Vascular or endoluminal stent has been widely used in arterial and venous systems and non-vessel luminal systems. The incidence of complications following stenting is 11.6%,including acute or subacute thrombogenesis, restenosis,or stent dislocation. It is commonly demonstrated that intrastent restenosis is caused by hyperblastosis.

Objective To investigate the effect of amniotic membrane on the proliferation of YAC-1 in vitro. Methods The YAC-1 cells were cultured with amniotic membrane and their proliferation were observed by MTT automated colorimetry on the lst day, the 3rd day and the 7th day respectively. Results Amniotic membrane could significantly enhance the proliferation of YAC-1 on the lst day, the 3rd day and the 7th day respectively after having been seeded (P<0.01).Conclusion Amniotic membrane can enhance the proliferation of tumor cells (YAC-1), which should be paid attention to during amniotic membrane transplantation for treating ocular surface lesion caused by epibulbar tumors. 7.Research Progress in Genetic Engineering for Cellulosic Ethanol
China Biotechnology 2006;0(07):-
Lignocellulosic biomass is a promising new source of renewable biofuel that can help reduce reliance on fossil fuels.Researches have been done over the last decades. And considerable progress has been made. The abilities and pathways of natural microorganisms to produce ethanol from cellulose are different. So the researches of reconstructing and recombinating the useful genes from different strains are of great significance to improve the yield of ethanol production and reduce the cost. The characteristics and mechanisms of natural ethanologenic strains and the research progress of constructing recombinant strains was introduced and also analyzed the perspectives and challenges.

Clinical Medicine of China 2009;25(5):499-501
Objective To explore the expression of the nuclear factor -κB (NF-κB) regulating monocyte ehemoactracttive peptide -1 ( MCP-1) in asthma patients, and investigate the effect of seretide, budesonide and vento-lin. Methods 81 asthma patients were randomly divided into seretide therapy group and budesonide and ventolin therapy group. The NF-κB activation in PBMC and the plasma concentrations of MCP-1 were measured by ELISA. ventolin therapy group (1.70±0.39) ng/L of asthma patients were significantly higher than that control group (0.89±0.34) ng/L ( P<0.001 ) ; The plasma MCP-1 level in seretide therapy group ( 66.89±5.62 ) ng/L and in budesonide and ventolin therapy group (73.35±7.52 ) ng/L of asthma patients were also significantly higher than level of seretide therapy group in asthma patients were significantly lower than budesonide and ventolin therapy group (P <0.001 ). Conclusion NF-κB gene and its regulating protein MCP-1 may be involved in asthma. Glucocotios-teroid and beta2 agonists combination may prolong the process of asthma.
