Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective: To investigate clinical significance of survivin expression, cellular apoptosis in ovarian cancer.Method: The apoptosis in sit ovarian cancer were identified by the terminal deoxynucleotidy transfer mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) and survivin expression was detected by immunohistologic staining in 50 cases of ovarian cancer.Result: Survivin was expressed in 36 of 50 ovarian cancer(72%).The correlation was found between survivin expression, cellular apoptosis. The 5 year survival rate in the group of survivin-negative cases was significant higher than in the group of survivin-positive cases(P
2.Antimicrobial-resistant Profile of Staphylococcus aureus Isolated from Clinical Specimens
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the antimicrobial-resistant profile of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical specimens. METHODS The isolates of S.aureus were obtained from all kinds of clinical specimens by routine methods. The identification and susceptibility test of the isolates were determined by Automated Microbiology Analyzer.Disk-diffusion was used for detecting meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA). RESULTS The isolates were mainly isolated from sputa and urines.62.1% of isolates were referred as MRSA.All isolates of MRSA were resistant to ampicillin/sulbactam,penicillin G and cefazolin. No isolates of MSSA were resistant to above drugs. All isolates were susceptible to nitrofurantoin and vancomycin. The resistant rates of the isolates of MRSA to clindamycin, erythromycin, gentamicin, tetracycline, rifampin, sulfamethoxazole and levofloxacin were 70.7%,86.6%,87.8%,82.9%,42.7%,30.5% and 91.5%,respectively,those of MSSA were 31.3%,41.7%,20.8%,20.8%,10.4%,29.2% and 6.3%. CONCLUSIONS The antimicrobial resistance of MRSA is serious, but the antibiotics have high activity to the isolates of MSSA except penicillin G in vitro.Vancomycin has very high activity to the isolates of MRSA in vitro.

4.Clinical Observation of Qili San in the Treatment of Trauma-induced Swelling and Pain
China Pharmacy 2015;(23):3268-3269,3270
OBJECTIVE:To observe therapeutic efficacy and ADR of oral administration and external application of Qili san in the treatment of trauma-induced swelling and pain. METHODS:70 traumatic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 patients in each group. Treatment group was given Qili san(1.5 g/time,2 times/d)orally,and ap-plied to affected area(blended with 75% alcohol to make paste,1 time/d);control group was only given Qili san(1.5 g/time,2 times/d) orally;a treatment course lasted for 7 d. Pain degree score, pain duration, swelling degree score and improvement rate, total effective rate and ADR were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment. RESULTS:Compared with before treat-ment,pain degree score, pain duration and swelling degree score of 2 groups were decreased after treatment;there was statistical significance(P<0.01 or P<0.05);clinical symptom of treatment group was better than that of control group;there was statistical significance(P<0.01 or P<0.05). There was statistically significant difference in the improvement rate of swelling and total effec-tive rate between 2 groups after treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found during treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Oral administration and external application of Qili san is safe and effective for trauma-induced swelling and pain, and its therapeu-tic efficacy is better than only oral administration.
5.Clinical efficacy observation on treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Zigong (EX-CA 1)
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2017;15(6):446-450
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Zigong (EX-CA 1) for primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: A total of 112 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into an observation group and a control group according to their visiting sequence, 56 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Zigong (EX-CA 1), while patients in the control group received oral intake of analgesic. For both groups, treatment started 1 week before menstruation and lasted for 3 menstrual cycles, continued by a 3-month follow-up visit, then the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: By the end of treatment, symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, showing a statistical significance (P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the value of prostaglandin F2a (PGF2α), systolic-to-diastolic peak velocity ratio (S/D), resistance index (RI) and pulsatility index (PI) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, showing statistical significances (all P<0.01).The recovery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, showing a statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Zigong (EX-CA 1) for primary dysmenorrhea is a combination of the merits of warming function of moxibustion, dissipating function of ginger and stimulation of acupoint, and is better than oral intake of analgesic.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(21):4165-4168
Phellinus is a kind of rare medicinal fungus that has a variety of physiological activities include anti-cancer, anti-liver fibrosisa, antioxidant and so on. Phellinus contains polysaccharides, steroids, terpenoids, flavonoids, pyrone, furan, alkaloids and other substances. Polysaccharide extracts of phellinus showed obvious antitumor effect and has been a hot research field in recent years. It was also found other extracts of phellinus such as ethyl acetate extract exhibited anticancer activity. Thus, the antitumor effect of different extract, especially the anti-cancer mechanism were discussed in this review.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(4):615-620
BACKGROUND: Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) is a gold standard to treat degenerative cervical syndrome. However, with the increasing application and follow-up data of ACDF, its adverse effects have been shown. In the past 20 years, artificial cervical disc replacement has been widely used in clinic, and the therapeutic effect is favorable.OBJECTIVE: To assess the effect of cervical disc replacement versus ACDF for cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy.METHODS: A computer-based online search of Medline (1966/2009-06), Embase (1966/2009-06), CBM (2009-06) and CNKI(2009-06), as well as Cochrane Back Group, and Cochrane library were performed to collect randomized controlled trials of cervical disc replacement versus ACDF. Data were evaluated by RevMan4.2.2 for Meta analysis.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A total of 15 studies were included. Meta-analysis indicates that no differences were found in the mean operation time, mean blood loss, mean hospital stay, satisfaction rate, and complication between two groups; the reoperation rate of the disc replacement group was lower than ACDF group in two years postoperation; disc replacement group was more efficient in improving cervical function indexes than ACDF group, and the postoperative SF-36 scores were significantly more than ACDF group. Moreover, postoperative motion range of affected segment was significantly greater in the disc replacement group than the ACDF, and the motion rage of adjacent segment was significantly increased in patients underwent ACDF compared with disc replacement treatment. However, there may be bias, more randomized controlled trials are required.
