1.Comparison of three kinds of operation for glaucoma and cataract clinical curative effect

Objective To compare three kinds of operation method in the treatment of glaucoma with cata-ract indications and clinical efficacy .Methods 90 patients with glaucoma combined with cataract were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,patients in group A underwent phacoemulsification and IOL implantation therapy , patients in group B underwent phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with peripheral iridectomy treat -ment,patients in group C underwent phacoemulsification and IOL implantation and trabecular bite resection ,compared three groups of patients with clinical curative effect The .Results of three groups of patients before treatment and operation visual acuity compared to no significant difference (P>0.05),the treatment after operation,all patients vis-ual acuity was improved ,no significant difference in visual contrast and three group of patients after operation ( P>0.05).Three groups of patients before operation ,1 week after operation,6 months after the IOP had no statistically significant difference ( P>0.05);the same group of patients before and after operation in different time points .The intraocular pressure had significant differences (P<0.05).Three groups of patients with postoperative iris root is rela-tively flat,wide angle increases,and the remaining peripheral iris mucosal area has been narrowed ,visible range be-come larger;no serious complication occurred .Conclusion Glaucoma patients with cataract treated with three kinds of operation mode ,can significantly improve the visual acuity of patients ,so it has high value in clinical application .
2.Research Progress in TCM Intervention in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes, and TCM has unique advantages in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The article summarized the experimental research progress in the TCM intervention in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in recent years from the aspects of oxidative stress, metabolic disorders, neurological nutrition factor and neural microvascular dysfunction, with a purpose to provide better efficacy in clinical treatment.
3.Efficacy and safety of transarterial chemoembolization with chemotherapy regimen containing platinum in the treatment of primary liver cancer

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) with chemotherapy regimen containing platinum in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods 86 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases each group. Lipiodol chemotherapy was performed with Lobaplatin, epirubicin hydrochloride and mitomycin in the study group, control group while Lipiodol chemotherapy was performed with oxaliplatin, epirubicin hydrochloride and mitomycin in the control group. The gelatin sponge was used to block tumor blood vessels and the treatment lasted for 2 courses. According to the curative effect evaluation standard of solid tumor (RECIST), the curative effect was evaluated and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the two groups were not significantly different , but the effective rate of the study group (20.93%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (6.98%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of hematologic toxicity in the study group (30.23%) was slightly higher than that in the control group (20.93%), the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions (44.19%) and liver and kidney damage (13.95%) were lower than that of the control group respectively by 60.47% and 25.58%, but there was no significant difference . The incidence of neurotoxicity in the study group (2.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (27.91%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, there was no significant difference between the efficacy and safety of transarterial chemoembolization with chemotherapy regimen containing platinum and oxaliplatin chemotherapy regimen, and adverse reactions are similar, but the incidence of neurotoxicity is low.

5.Cloning and expression of N-acetyl-D-neuraminic acid aldolase in Escherichia coli.

OBJECTIVETo obtain the Escherichia coli strains expressing N-Acetyl-D-neuraminic acid aldolase (Neu5Ac aldolase).
METHODSThe gene (nanA) coding Neu5Ac aldolase was cloned from Escherichia coli C600, and the recombinant plasmid was sequenced and expressed in Escherichia coli.
RESULTSSequencing data revealed that the open reading frame was 894 bp and predicted to encode a protein consisting of 298 amino acids. The patterns of SDS-PAGE showed that the purified enzyme protein as a single protein band with a molecular weight of 33 kD, which was consistent with those reported in the reference. In the recombinant plasmid pRY1, the expression of nanA gene was controlled by the lac promoter with the induction of IPTG or lactose. The plasmid pRY3 was constructed, in which the nanA gene ws controlled by the tac promoter. The protein of Neu5Ac aldolase was constitutively expressed using the recombinant strain, E.coli DH5 alpha/pRY3 without induction of IPTG or lactose. The crystal was finally obtained with the efficiency of 90.2% of Neu5Ac. The HPLC indicated that the Neu5Ac crystal prepared in this experiment was same as Simga product.
CONCLUSIONThe protein products expressed by two recombinant strains E.coli BL21(DE3)/pRY1 and DH5 alpha/pRY3 has the characteristics of Neu5Ac.

7.Study of influential factors on mental health of occupational females

Objective To study the mental health condition of occupational female and influencing factors of mental health. Methods 827 occupational females in Dongguan city were investigated using the questionnaires, the contents included the basic personal information, mental health condition and influencing factors of mental health.Results The results showed that there existed higher ratio of mental disorder in people of age over 50 years, post-graduate educational background, monthly income levels of 4001 to 5000 yuan and divorced occupational females.Moreover, the influential factors on mental health of occupational females were correlated with age, culture degree,family population and society. Conclusion We should pay more attention to occupational females and take effective measure to relieve their mental stress. This is the demands of woman as well as society.

9.Optimization of Separating Conditions of Mouse Gut Flora by High Performance Ion Exchange Chromatography Analysis

The influence of separating effect of different chromatographic conditions of mouse gut flora by high performance ion exchange chromatography analysis was studied. The optimum chromatographic conditions for separating gut bacteria were determined. The sample was applied to the chromatography column packed with Toyopearl SuperQ-650c anion resin, equilibrated with 0.02mol/L piperazin-hydrochloric acid buffer (pH 8.0), and elution salt 1mol/L NaCl, eluted with the gradient of 0-50% NaCl/ 80 min, then 50%~75% NaCl/ 25 min at the flow rate 1ml/min, and injecting volume was 1ml.Under these conditions, intestinal flora were separated into several fractions. The establishment of HPLC analysis method will lay a foundation of further research on the components of mouse gut flora and their dynamic changes.
10.Automatic Segmentation of Echocardiography Based on a Morphological Reconstruction Algorithm

Objective To improve the precision of the traditional segmentation of echocardiogram, by suppressing the influence from inherent speckle noises in medical ultrasonic images. Method An automatic segmentation method based on reconstructed morphology was proposed in this paper. First, the opening and closing operations by reconstruction were imposed to the ultrasonic image. Second, the top-hat operation was used to extract the bright and/or dark features and to find out the boundaries corresponding to these features, whereby implemented the automatic segmentation. Result The segmented echocardiogram had less artificial boundaries resulted from speckle noise, and could accurately be extracted the artery and ventricle. Conclusion The presented method can detect both dark and bright objects accurately, and the boundary has a fine continuity. In addition, the algorithm is also applicable to the extraction of sole bright/dark features, accordingly to reduce the complexity and time needed and to improve the accuracy.
