China Medical Equipment 2014;(10):56-58
Objective:To Integrated PACS and hospital information systems (HIS), and improve the efficiency of PACS, and improve the user experience. Methods:Base on deeply analysis of existing problems in system application, using process optimization, software optimization, and hardware upgrades manner optimize PACS. Results: PACS and HIS realized Integrated, improving the overall performance of the PACS. Enhance the user experience and expand the application scope of PACS. Conclusion: Deeply analysis of existing problems should be done before optimizing the system. Process optimization, software environment optimization should be considered as the most important and upgrading and replacement of the hardware as the secondary.
2.Regulation effect of ORL1 and N/OFQ on central nervous system
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
ORL1(Opioid receptor-like 1)receptor and its endogenous ligand,nociceptin/orphanin FQ,belong to G protein-coupled receptor super family with multiple functions.ORL1 is not only endowed with anti-opioid properties(it suppresses opioid-mediated analgesia),but also involved in cognitive processes, emotion, cardioprotection and neuroendocrine secretion. The research on ORL1 and N/OFQ will certainly be helpful to develop new therapeutic drugs and to find drug targets of clinical application.
3.Reason analysis of catheter-related infections in ICU patients and the countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(21):68-70
[Objective] To explore the reasons of catheter-related infections in ICU critical pa-tients and raise up the countermeasures.[Methods] The clinical data of 46 patients with catheter-related infections were surveyed and analyzed from May 2010 to March 2011 in our hospital.[Results] Elderly patients occupied the majority of ICU patients with catheter-related infections. The main infection sites included the respiratory system, urinary system and gastrointestinal system.Establishment of artificial airway was the main cause of infection, indwelling catheter came next.[Conclusions] ICU patients has a high incidence of catheter-related infections. We should handle the ICU management appropriately, strengthen the control and prevention of factors of catheter-related infections, strictly enforce disinfection and segregation regulation, cut off infection way, enhances the resistance of patients, limit antibiotic use and various invasive operation in order to reduce the incidence of catheter-related infections.
4. Inhibitory effects of Tribulus terrestris L. steroid saponin TTS-12 on formation of Candida albicans biofilm
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;31(2):132-135
Objective: To investigate the influence of TTS-12, a steroid saponin from Tribulus terrestris L., on the formation of Candida albicans biofilm, and to discuss the possible mechanism. Methods: The inhibition of C. albicans biofilm formation by TTS -12 was observed by confocal scanning laser microscopy; XTT method was used to investigate the influence of different concentrations of TTS-12 on C. albicans biofilm formation. The water-hydrocarbon two-phase assay was used to measure the cell surface hydrophobicity of C. albicans treated with different concentrations of TTS-12. The expression of CSH1 mRNA was measured by real-time RT-PCR. Results: Compared with control group, TTS-12 treatment resulted in loose C. albicans biofilm, and it dose-dependently inhibited C. albicans biofilm formation. The cell surface hydrophobicity in the TTS-12-treated groups was lower than that in the control group; consistent with this, TTS-12-treated cells also expressed significantly lower levels of CSH1 mRNA than cells in control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion: TTS-12 may inhibit the formation of C. albicans biofilm through inhibiting CSHI gene expression.
7.The expression of SQS1 gene and the content of glycyrrhizic acid of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. in different concentrations of Mn2+.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(1):111-117
The transplants of one-year-old Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. were subjected to five concentrations of MnSO4-H2O (0, 1.81, 18.1, 36.2 and 54.3 mg·L(-1)) culturing in vermiculite. qRT-PCR and HPLC were respectively used to measure the relative expression of SQS1 gene and the content of glycyrrhizic acid of G. uralensis in different concentrations of MnSO4·H2O. This is to explore discuss the effects of the expression of SQS1 gene and the accumulation of glycyrrhizic acid by Mn treatment. The results showed both the expression of SQS1 gene and the content of glycyrrhzic acid of G. uralensis tended to rise after the fall of the first with the increase of concentration of Mn treatment. And they were of very significant positive correlation (P<0.01, r=0.737). Relative expression of SQS1 gene reached the highest 7.90 under 18.1 mg·L(-1) MnSO4·H2O treatment. It was very significantly different between 18.1 mg·L(-1) concentration of MnSO4·H2O treatment and CK (0 mg·L(-1)), 1.81, 36.2 and 54.3 mg·L(-1) (P<0.01), and 1.75, 1.37, 1.37, 2.33 times respectively. The content of glycyrrhizic acid reached the highest under 1.81 and 18.1 mg·L(-1) MnSO4·H2O treatment, and there were not significant difference (P>0.05). It was very significantly different between them and other concentrations of MnSO4·H2O treatment (P<0.01). This study suggests the appropriate concentration of Mn treatment could certain promote the expression of SQS1 gene and the accumulation of glycyrrhizic acid of G. uralensis.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the clinical value of the plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide levels in patients with acute cardiac dyspnea or noncardiac dyspnea. Methods 93 patients with acute dyspnea were divided into two groups:cardiac dyspnea group(61 cases)and noncardiac dyspnea group(32 cases). In cardiac dyspnea group, according to the results of echocardiography, the cases were divided into three groups:pure diastolic heart failure(25 cases),pure systolic heart failure(21 cases)as well as diastolic and systolic heart failure(15 cases). At the same time, heart function was classified according to NYHA.The plasma NT-proBNP level was measured by ELISA.The data was analyzed by SPSS12.0.Results The plasma NT-proBNP level of the cases with cardiac dyspnea and noncardiac dyspnea was(3.591 ?2.943)ng/L and(0.429 ?0.119)ng/L respectively. There was a significant difference between cardiac dyspnea cases and noncardiac dyspnea cases(P
9.GANGLIOSIDE ENZYME-LINKED IMMUNOSORBENT ASSAY FOR DETERMINATION OF THYROID-STIMULATING ANTIBODY IN PATIENT WITH GRAVES' DISEASE
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(02):-
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for determination of thyroid-stimulating antibody in the sera of patients with Graves' disease was established using ganglioside (GLS) purified from bovine brain as binder. It was applied in clinical practice. The results showed that LATS could react with ganglioside under suitable conditions. Very significant difference was observed between normal subjects and untreated GD (P

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the effects of lipid microspheres prostaglandin E1(Lipo PGE1) on subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods Ninty-three patients with SAH were randomly divided into control group(treated with nomal drugs) and Lipo PGE1 treatment group(treated with nomal drugs and Lipo PGE1).Changes in neuroimaging, biochemical indexes and incidence of cerebral vasospasm were measured. Results A lower incidence rate of cerebral vasospasm was observed in Lipo PGE1 treatment group(P0.05).The levels of vWF and GMP-140 were significant lower in the Lipo PGE1 treatment group than those in the control group after treatment for 3 and 7 d(P
