OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for reasonably designing package inserts of ointment for manufacturers. METH-ODS:According to items included in Management Regulation for Package Insert and Label and Specification for Chemicals and Bi-ological Products for Treatment,labeled items in package inserts of 51 kinds of ointment for external use during Jan.-Jun. 2016 in our hospital were analyzed. RESULTS:Among the 51 kinds of ointment,39 were domestic varieties and 12 were imported variet-ies. In the package inserts of 39 domestic varieties,items with lower labeling rates were overdose,pharmacokinetics,use guid-ance,pharmacology and toxicology,with labeling rates of 2.6%,5.1%,15.4%,28.2%;while the labeling rates of imported vari-eties were 16.7%,83.3%,75.0%,100%. Compared with package inserts of imported ointment,composition,dosage and usage, adverse reactions,contraindications,precautions,drug interactions,medication for special populations were not enough detailed in domestic ointments. CONCLUSIONS:It is suggested that manufacturers consult medicine experts, list all auxiliary materials through Management Regulation for Drug Description and Label,refine and improve the labeling contents of dosage and usage,ad-verse reactions,precautions,medication for special populations,pharmacology and toxicology,overdose,etc. In addition,admin-istrative departments should strengthen the regulatory approval efforts.

Background Inflammation and adipogenesis are two parallel processes with increasing activity in severe thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO),and mevastatin was proved to have the inhibiting effect on the differentiation of adipose.Objective The aim of this work was to investigate the effects of mevastatin on the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and peroxisome proliferator activated receptor-γ(PPAR-γ)and differentiation of TAO-derived orbital preadipocytes,and explore its modulation effects on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)induced inflammation and the differentiation of TAO-derived orbital preadipocytes in vitro.Methods The retroorbital adipose tissue was obtained from 4 TAO patients during the surgery.The orbital fibroblasts were cultured from orbital adipose tissues using explant culture method.To study the suppressing effect of mevastatin on inflammatory response,cultured cells were divided into 5 groups.The 1000 μg/L LPS orbital fibroblasts were stimulated for 8 hours in group A,and 1000 μg/L LPS combined with 5 μmol/L,10 μmoL/L or 20 μmoL/L mevastatin were used respectively for the substitute in the group B,group C and group D.The orbital fibroblasts in group E were cultured routinely without any intervention as control.To observe the inhibiting effect of mevastatin on the differentiation of adipose,the group A were then subdivided into group A1-A6.After 1000 μg/L LPS was used to treat the cells for 8 hours,the ceils were induced to differentiate into adipocytes.All orbital preadipocytes from A1 to A6 were stimulated to differentiate into mature adipocytes with cocktail differentiation medium for a 10-day duration.During the procedure,group A2,A3 and A4 were interfered with 5,10 or 20 μmol/L mevastatin,and in the group A5 and A6,10 μmol/L mevastatin were added at the fourth day or eighth day.Intracellular fat accumulation in differentiated adipocytes was determined by oil red O staining.The absorption(A492 nm)was measured in the ceils by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Expression of COX-2 and PPAR-γ mRNA was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and the expression of COX-2 and PPAR-γ protein was detected by Westernblot.The level of PGE2 in the supernatant was detected by ELISA.Results The expression of COX-2 protein and mRNA as well as the PGE2 levels in B,C,D group decreased markedly in comparison with those in A group(P＜0.05).With the increase of mevastatin concentration,the expression of COX-2 protein and mRNA as well as the PGE2 levels in B,C,D groups decreased successively(F =228.380,101.745,1586.881,P＜0.05).The expression of COX-2 protein and mRNA and PGE2 levels in E group were lower significantly than those in A,B and C groups(P＜0.05),but no significant differences were found between E group and D group(P＞0.05).The A492 value and the expressions of PPAR-γ protein and mRNA in differentiated cells showed the successively decrease in A1-A4 group with the elevation of mevastatin concentration(P＜0.05),and the evidently decreased A492 value and the expressions of PPAR-γ protein and mRNA also were seen in A1 and A5 groups compared with A3 group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Mevastatin inhibits LPS-induced COX-2 expression,PPAR-γ expression,PGE2 secretion and differentiation of TAO-derived orbital fibroblasts in vitro in dose-dependent manner.Mevastatin plays these effect more prominently in early stage of adipocytes differentiation.

Private cloud is an internal cloud featuring multi-tenant,dynamic configuration and optimization infrastructure,which enables developers to achieve service self-deployment and self-hosting within security coverage of the enterprise data center.This paper introduced the concept of cloud computing.Then it went on to present the private cloud architecture of the hospital by analysis of problems in the hospital including information construction costs,management and maintenance,and information expansion.In the end,the authors analyzed the cloud computing service model,hospital private cloud architecture,along with outcome analysis for hospital private cloud implementations.

Due to the differences between Chinese and Western cultures, Chinese version of foreign research instruments may not be totally applicable for use in evaluating the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Great efforts have been made by Chinese researchers to develop scales for evaluation of the therapeutic effects of TCM. This study aims to understand the current situation of research in the development of evaluation instrument in TCM.

Objective To investigate the anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effect of fermented Paecilomyces hepiali myceli-um (PHM) and to explore its mechanism.Methods Seventy-two naive Kunming male mice were randomly divided into Home, vehicle, modafinil( Mode) , low-dose PHM, moderate-dose PHM, and high-dose PHM groups.All mice were ad-ministrated with the drug or vehicle twice a day during a 14-day period.Except for the Home group, each groups was forced into the wheel fatigue device to receive a climb-run training at the time points of 40 min, 8 h, 24 h and 48 h, and to re-ceive an exhaustive training at the time point of 72 h after the last administration.The number of electric shocks was recor-ded during each training and the levels of muscle glycogen, liver glycogen, serum urea nitrogen, serum lactic acid, serum creatine kinase and blood ATP were detected after the exhaustive training using commercially available kits.In addition, 96 naive Kunming male mice were randomly and equally divided into the vehicle, low-dose, moderate-dose and high-dose PHM groups.Twelve mice in each group were chosen for the normal pressure anti-hypoxia experiment and the other 12 mice were used for the NaNO3 poisoning experiment.Results Compared with the vehicle groups, the PHM group showed a sig-nificant decrease in the number of electric shocks, improvement in biochemical parameters associated with fatigue, and an increased survival time in the anti-hypoxia and the NaNO3 toxicity tests.Conclusion PHM is potentially an effective alter-native for wild Cordyceps in the treatment of fatigue and hypoxia.

Objective:To explore the correlation among plasma levels of fibrinogen (Fg) ,D-dimer (DD) and antithrombin III (ATIII ) and carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) in AMI patients .Methods:A total of 147 AMI patients treated in our de‐partment from Jan 2012 to Dec 2014 were enrolled as AMI group ,another 120 patients without myocardial infarction (MI) were treated as control group .According to ACS severity ,AMI group was further divided into normal group (n=22) ,mild group (n=30) ,moderate group (n=40) and severe group (n=55) .Plasma levels of Fg ,DD and ATIII ,and carotid inti‐ma-media thickness (IMT) were measured and compared among all groups .Results:Compared with control group ,there were significant rise in plasma levels of Fg [ (3.12 ± 0.87) g/L vs .(5.01 ± 1.38) g/L] ,DD [ (317 ± 50)μg/L vs .(1530 ± 218)μg/L] and carotid IMT [(0.86 ± 0.41) mm vs .(1.12 ± 0.29) mm] ,and significant reduction in plasma AT Ⅲ level [ (87 ± 18)% vs .(76 ± 19)% ] in AMI group , P<0.01 all. Compared with normal group ,there were significant rise in plasma levels of Fg and DD ,and significant reduction in plasma ATIII level in moderate group and severe group , P<0.05 or <0.01. Spearman correlation analysis indicated that plasma Fg and DD levels were significant positively correlated with CAS severity (r=0.426 ,0.535 ,P<0.01 both) ,ATIII level was significant inversely correlated with CAS severity in AMI patients ,(r= -0.438 ,P=0.005) .Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis indicated that plasma Fg and DD levels were independent risk factors for MI (OR=2.836 ,2.231 , P<0.01 both) ,and plasma ATIII level was independent protective factor for MI (OR=0.899 , P=0.014 ) .Conclusion:Plasma Fg and DD levels are independent risk factors for MI and plasma ATIII level is independent protective factor for MI .

OBJECTIVE:To regulate the management of operation drug and promote medication security. METHODS:Based on the relevant principles in the standard of JCI,the practice about establishment of operation pharmacy in our hospital was intro-duced,and it were stated from two aspects which included working mode and effects. RESULTS:The working mode were format-ed by definiting the duties and working flow of pharmacist,anesthetist and liaison man. The establishment of operation pharmacy, which brought operation drugs into the unified management system of our hospital,saved manpower and improved work efficien-cy,refined the management of drugs in all aspects,improved the management of drug safety level,strengthened drug expiration date management,implemented the reporting of adverse drug reactions(event)and collecting of medication(potential)errors. The established mode conformed to the relative standard of JCI including preparation,grant,storage and collection of ADR of drug. CONCLUSIONS:The established drug management of operation pharmacy promotes standardized administration of surgery drug, which guarantees the drug use safety of patients.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the characteristics of MRI of common hepatic lesions by using measurement of T1,T2 and ADC on the MRI and DWI. MethodsMRI and DWI were obtained in 100 patients with common hepatic lesions, and T1,T2,ADCs and the ratios of the ADC of lesion/liver were estimated. (Results)Average T1,T2 and ADCs of hepatic lesions were as follows: hepatocellular carcinoma, (843.92167.75) ms , (73.9014.21) ms and(0.990.26)10~(-3)mm~2/s respectively; hepatic (metastasis), (946.89186.13) ms, (76.3919.76) ms and(1.170.32)10~(-3)mm~2/s (respectively); hepatic cavernous hemangioma, (1102.33213.12)ms, (142.3228.51) ms and (1.810.42)10~(-3)mm~2/s respectively; hepatic cyst, (1516.32617.84)ms ,(247.33112.52)ms and (3.110.38)10~(-3)mm~2/s respectively.
