Homeobox(HOX) gene is a kind of regulatory gene,which can regulate the embryonic development and cell differentiation,and participate in the regulation and control of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell proliferation,differentiation and maturation,etc.Cluster A in HOX gene family is the master gene for proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells,which has an influence on the number of hematopoietic stem cells and the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cell into erythroid,myeloid,megakaryocytic and lymphatic system,and has a relationship with the generation of leukemia.In this article,study progress of Cluster A in HOX gene family and its relationship with leukemia were briefly stated.

Medical bilingual teaching method is a developing teaching form recently.And bilingual teaching method in Laboratory Diagnosis is one of the reforms to meet the present challenge.At present,it has no uniform mode.In this paper the understanding of the objective of Laboratory Diagnosis and the strategies in the Bilingual teaching are discussed.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the relationship between pedestrian traffic accidents and the type of vehicles and summarize the characteristics. METHODS: Ninety cases of pedestrian traffic accidents were reviewed, and the relationship between the types of vehicles and the injuries (site, feature and severity) were analyzed. RESULTS: Different impact injuries were caused by different types of vehicles. The primary sites of the impact injuries depended on the body posture and the height of protruding parts of the front when the accident happened. The injury characteristics were related to the size, direction of acting force and contact surface. CONCLUSION The analysis of position, feature, and severity of pedestrian injury can determine the type of injury vehicle.
