Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bandage contact lens on patients after the pterygium excision surgery.Methods 200 patients with pterygium excision were used retrospectively analysis and were divided into control group and observation group by random digital table method.Patients in observation group wore bandage contact lens while those in control group did not (traditional method).The degree of pain in both groups was evaluated at 8 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after surgery.In addition,patients were surveyed for the satisfaction of our treatment when discharge.Results The ocular foreign body sensation,eye burning,tears and eye open difficult were obviously decreased in observation group (t=5.643,10.315,P ＜ 0.01).The overall comfort level of the patients in observation group was obviously improved.pain feeling of the eye after surgery in 8h,24h and 48h markedly decreased in observation group (t=6.196-12.495,P ＜ 0.01).The degree of satisfaction scores of preoperative guidancein,postoperative pain control,emotion,mental nursing,self-care ability,comfort in observation group were (1.59-0.62) points,(1.83±0.70) points,(1.42±0.68) points,(1.42±0.68) points,(1.48±0.67) points,(1.29±0.77) points,(1.43-0.64)points which were obviously increased than (0.76±0.55) points,(0.83±0.64points,(0.82±0.56) points,(0.80±0.47) points,(0.79±0.61) points,(0.66±0.54) points (t=4.311-9.354,all P＜ 0.01).Conclusions Compared with traditional treatment,bandage contact lens can significantly reduce the discomforts after the pterygium excision surgery,and increase the postoperative comforts of patients.It proves that bandage contact lens have extensive clinical value.

Objective To study the protective effect of hyperoxic liquid preconditioning in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: group A undergoing all procedures except ischemia-reperfusion, group C receiving the routine infusion of hyperoxic liquid 15mL/kg for seven days, and group B receiving the routine treatment infusion of saline instead of hyperoxic liquid 15mL/kg. Seven days later, the myocardial ischemic reperfusion model (I/R) was fabricated, ECG and homodynamic index were monitored simultaneously. Plasma MDA and SOD level was assayed before ligation, 30min after ligation and 1, 2, 3h after reperfusion. The salivary glands were exposed and isolated from the larvae of Simulium quinquestriatum and stained in carbol fuchsin, squashed between slide and coverslide. Slides were examined and photographed under microscope to measure the polytene chromosomes. Systematic analysis was made. Results indicated that the number of the polytene chromosomes of both isolates is three. The main characteristic chromosomal structures are homologized. Only the banding types of ⅡL are different.

Objective To collect the hot spots, development trends, high yield authors and their affiliated institutions by analyzing the papers on pancreatic cancer chemotherapy in recent 5 years. Methods The papers on pancreatic cancer chemotherapy were downloaded from PubMed. Their high frequency subject headings extracted by BICOMB were analyzed by bibliometric double clustering analysis and strategic coordinate analysis. The high yield authors were analyzed by co-authorship group analysis. Results The current studies on pancreatic cancer chemotherapy in foreign countries were focused on the pathological features of pancreatic duct adenocarcinoma before and after chemotherapy, drug therapy of pancreatic cancer according to its genetics, metabolism and pharmacology of antitumor drugs, surgical treatment combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer. The high yield authors could be divided into two large groups from Japan and USA and a number of small groups. Conclusion New breakthrough points should be found from the matured topics, the topics with a further developmental space should be greatly concerned, and cooperation should be strengthened between study groups or teams.

Objective To observe the effect of fetus distress treated with hyperoxin liquid and to provide evidence for this treatment.Methods A total of 70 lying-in women with fetus distress during cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group was given infusion of hyperoxin liquid by vein and control group was given 50g/L glucose.The blood gas was analyzed in the two groups,and the SOD and MAD of fetus ambilical blood were also tested.The blood gas analysis and the Apgar scoring of neonates were carried out.Results The PaO2 in pregnant and lying-in women and SOD,PO2,SaO2,HCO-3 and BE of fetuses in treatment group were obviously higher than those in control group.The MDA and PCO2 were significantly lower than those in control group.The Apgar score in treatment group was better than that in control group.Conclusion Hyperoxin liquid can improve the anoxia status of fetus distress and save time for further clinical treatment.
