Objective To analyze the hospitalization expenses of cancer patients covered with byitem payment and quota payment packages,and probe into the impacts on such expenses for the two payment packages.Methods Inpatient records of 600 cancer patients were sampled by random from the medical insurance databases of Zhengzhou and Fuzhou to learn their hospitalization expenses and impact factors.Results Under the by-item payment package,the expenses of urban workers’ medical insurance were found higher than those of urban residents' medical insurance,with a per capita expense of RMB 32747.70 ± 32035.01 and 23035.83 ± 22875.65 respectively.Under the quota payment package however,there were no significant differences between expenses of the two kinds of inpatients,with a per capita expense of RMB 66043.41±47562.09 and 66576.54±73417.29 respectively.Conclusion There are gaps of reimbursement level between the two basic insurance schemes,which may not disappear in a short time.Under the by-item payment package,the gap exists in the difference of perreimbursement amount; under the quota payment package,the gap is negligible between the two populations under different insurance schemes.It is recommended to make reasonable use of these different payment schemes to minimize the relative gaps in medical service accessibility caused by the difference in reimbursement level.

Objective To study the intestinal microflora changes in children with Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura (HSP). Methods The feces of 64 children with HSP (the experimental group) and 25 healthy children (the control group) were collected. 16S rRNA/DNA fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction were performed to detect bacterial content of Lactobacillus, Biifdobacterium and Escherichia coli in feces. Results The amounts of Lactobacillus, and Biifdobacterium in the HSP group were lower than those of the healthy group, and the amounts of E.coli were higher, but the differences were not statistically signiifcant. The amounts of Lactobacillus and Biifdobacterium in the HSP children with gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal pain, vomiting, e.g.) were signiifcantly lower than those in HSP children without gastrointestinal symptoms and in the healthy group. The difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusions It suggests that intestinal microlfora in children with HSP in acute phase may exist disorders, especially in the HSP children with gastrointestinal symptoms.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of butylphthalide on elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on serum uric acid,c-reactive protein,and hemorheology.Methods Elderly patients (86 cases) with acute cerebral infarction in Xi'an No.1 Hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment of acute cerebral infarction,observation group added with butylphthalide soft capsules.The NIHSS score and efficacy of the two groups,the serum uric acid,c-reactive protein,and the change of hemorheology before and after treatment were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 90.70％,significantly higher than that of control group 72.09％ (P ＜ 0.05);The NIHSS score,serum uric acid and c-reactive protein levels,blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate of two groups after treatment were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05),the Barthel index were significantly increased (P ＜ 0.05),and the change of observation group were more significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide has high curative effect on elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction,can reduce the level of serum uric acid,c-reactive protein and the degree of nerve function defect,improve the hemorheology and life self-care activities ability,which can protect the brain.

Aim To study the pharmacokinetics characteristics of galanthamine hydrohromide sustained release tablets and conventional tablets in healthy volunteers after a single and multiple oral doses. MethodsA single and multiple oral doses of galanthamine hydrohromide sustained release tablets and conventional tablets were given to 20 healthy male volunteers in a randomized cross-over study. We developed an LC-MS assay using naloxone as the internal standard to determine the plasma concentrations of galanthamine, calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters and evaluate the relative bioavailability and sustained release characteristics of galanthamine hydrohromide sustained release tablet. Results The pharmacokinetic parameters of the sustained release tablet and conventional tablet obtained from the single-dose study were as follows: the HVD_12 C_max(time span during which the plasma concentration is at least half of the C_max value)were (15.4?1.7) h and (5.4?2.5) h, the retard quotients (R△,the HVD_12 C_max ratio of sustained release tablets to conventional tablets) of sustained release tablet was 3.4?1.4, the T_max were (4.4?1.5) h and (1.3?1.2) h, the C_max were (27.5?2.9) ?g?L-1 and (53.7?12.7) ?g?L-1.Results showed significant sustained release characteristics of the sustained release tablet. The relative bioavailability of the sustained release tablet was (95.9?14.2) %。The pharmacokinetic parameters of the sustained release tablet and conventional tablet obtained from the multi-dose study were as follows: the T_max were (3.0?1.6) h and (0.9?0.3) h,the CSS_max were (58.8?9.4) ?g?L-1 and (52.0?6.9) ?g?L-1,the CSS_min were (16.2?4.0) ?g?L-1 and (22.5?5.0) ?g?L-1,the C_av were (39.0?3.9) ?g?L-1 and (37.1?5.0) ?g?L-1,the DF were 1.1 ?0.3 and 0.8?0.1, respectively. Results of two one-side t test showed that AUC_SS、CSS_max、C_av of two tablets were bioeqivalent. Conclusion Results showed that the sustained release tablet and the regular tablet were bioequivalent in absorbed extent, and the sustained release tablet exhibited a good retarding effect in release.

Plant growth retardant as one of plant growth regulator can inhibit the cell division, elongation and growth rate in shoot apical meristem (SAM), which can be reversed by gibberellin regulate the product of photosynthesis transfer to the root and rhizome part. As commonly used plant growth retardant, paclobutrazol, uniconazole, chlorocholine chloride, mepiquat chloride, choline chloride and daminozide are used to promote the growth of root and rhizome, call as "zhuanggenling", "pengdasu", "pengdaji" etc. Single or recombination of plant growth regulator is registered as pesticide, and called as pesticide "zhuanggenling" in this paper. Growth regulator which registered as a foliar fertilizer or fertilization was called agricultural fertilizer "zhuanggenling" in this paper. The author investigate the usage of "zhuanggenling" in the root and rhizome of medicinal plants cultivation from 2012 to 2014 in Sichuan province, Huangyuan town, Mianyang (Ophiopogonis Radix); Pengzhou Aoping town (Chuanxiong Rhizoma); Pengshan Xiejia town (Alismatis Rhizoma); Jiangyou Taiping town and Zhangming town (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata); Yunnan Wenshan (Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma); Henan province, Wuzhidafeng Town (Rehmanniae Radix, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, Dioscoreae Rhizoma); Gansu Min county (Codonopsis Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix); Gansu Li county (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma). The result showed that "zhuanggenling" were applied in the most medicinal plant cultivation except Rhei Radix et Rhizoma. It has been applied widespreadly in Ophiopogonis Radix, Alismatis Rhizoma, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, Codonopsis Radix; Rehmanniae Radix, commonly in Angelicae Sinensis Radix application, and occasionally in Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Dioscoreae Rhizoma. In 53 collected sample from plantation areas, fifteen (28%) were pesticide "zhuanggenling", thirty-eight (72%) were pesticide "zhuanggenling". UPLC analysis results showed that 38 farmers fertilizer "zhuanggenling" content of 6 kinds of plant growth retardant. It is regarded that fertilizer "zhuanggenling" was dominant in medicinal plant cultivation, and that the plant growth retardant is added widespreadly in farm fertilizer "zhuanggenling". All evidence proves conclusively that "zhuanggenling" have been used in the proper way, whereas some others have been misused or even abused in the use regarding to type, number, use frequency. The root or rhizoma are increased to 20%-200%. But there is lack of evaluation to appraise the quality of medicinal materials from the aspects of research or industry. Objective To explore the related risk factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in Uygurs population of Xinjiang area.Methods A total of 966 Uygurs individuals undergoing physical examination in the First Affiliated Hospital and physical examination center of Xinjiang Medical University were collected and performed the questionnaire investigation,blood biochemical detection and B-type ultrasound examination;the subjects were divided into the NAFLD group (569 cases) and non-NAFLD group (397 cases) according to the physical examination situation.The NAFLD group was performed the correlation analysis of risk factors according to the body mass index (BMI) and waist to height ratio (WHtR) stratification.Results BMI and WHtR had statistical difference between the two groups(P＜0.05);overweight(OR =2.527,P＜0.05) and obesity(OR=1.938,P＜0.05) were the risk factors of NAFLD.The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and triacylglycerol (TG) were associated with NAFLD(P＜0.05) and the risk factors of NAFLD.Conclusion BMI,WHtR,FPG and TG are the risk factors of NAFLD,and have a certain clinical significance in the evaluation and prediction of NAFLD high risk population.
